I have been to more than 5 countries this last year. I went to the US, Europe, South Asia, and finally North Africa. Accordingly, I have seen my fair share of hotels. But one like Sofitel Cairo Nile, I have saw none. What kind of hotel asks guests to leave their breakfast so they can set up lunch? What kind of hotel doesn t clean a room unless asked to? Room hygiene, when i first checked in, is below 0. Mind numbingly lazy staff. I had to cut my stay and check out early as I couldn t bear the stay. I ve never been to a hotel so low. I may not know if what happened with me was a one time thing; but I certainly know that even if I m offered a free room in this hotel, I m never coming back.

In Kababji in tomorrow, the service is excellent, the service is beautiful and the kibbeh is delicious. The stuffy and the chickpea are very helpful. The staff always ask you about the level of service and also the sessions are great.

The reception was very warm. Ramy, Mariam, Esara, were very helpful. They offered me the Nile view which was so beautiful. Also I got an access to the Club lounge at 16 floor being the platinum member of Accor Hotels. The staff there at 16th floor is very nice and friendly . Mahmoud in the evening , And ones at morning breakfast are very friendly. Maged thebartender at La deck by chef Laurent Peaugot is making amazing mixes.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is attentive and efficient. The calm and positioning of the hotel on the island of Zamalek allows us to rest in this beautiful Egyptian fervor but which remains noisy.

The swimming pool, the small gardens, the view and the restaurants of the hotel are sublime.

It was an Excellent stay. One of the best hotel in Cairo. Great staff;). Also, they send a cake for my friend birthday. We didn t tell them we have birthday duo to the best staff they have they check our date of born and send us a cake. What a great staff !
