Since my arrival and stay in this upscale hotel on 15-11-2017 and up to this day I enjoy the services above the top of all the employees and in all its facilities, especially the restaurants and especially (Casa Mia Restaurant) brothers and sisters Mr. Salah, Mr. Mohamed, Mr. Rajab, Ms. Hiam, Ms. Nour and everyone and sorry Where the names of everyone do not attend.
Each one of them is a star and I am confused about them, their ethics and the level of their craftsmanship.
So I would like to congratulate you on your successful choice

The restaurant is Kababji, the dinner is very excellent, the team is very helpful, and very happy, and the food is really great .. It was the first time and not the last time.

The Moroccan restaurant is wonderful, especially the casserole, the couscous, the view is excellent, the shisha is excellent and Mirna is not a short taste.

Luxurious and respectable .. But the period is not very recommended History now 29 June 2019 In the maintenance work around the hotel disabled entry and exit in a provocative manner

Best saty had here with great atmosphere and best staff they are helpful and supportive it is not first time for me and will be never last time many thanks to hayam and amre and kamel

Good view from comfortable room overlooking the Nile, good breakfasts, friendly staff, easy access to city from always available taxis, good pool facilities including work out and sauna although complex showing signs of tiredness - but I designed the formwork for the central core of the structure back in 1978 so possibly bias. Good value for money and will stay again

The hotel overlooks the Nile and breakfast is okay. The entrance to the hotel is bad, the Moroccan restaurant is expensive and its quality is poor. As for the Italian restaurant, it is forbidden in it for one pound. I don't know, how is it in the Soviets? Kababji did not try it
The hotel, in short, is excellent. Its atmosphere and activities are sweet, and the coffee in the lobby is excellent .. but there are notes, there is no shattaf in the bathroom and the rooms are cramped
To the extent of my family .. The Moroccan and Italian restaurants are only looking, but the food is very bad and what is it for? This kitchen taboo becomes the Soviet, where is the administration?

Kebabgy dinner is a favorite of mine since years. One of the absolutely best locations on the Cairo Nile river, consistent great service, and the food is probably one of the best grills in town.

This hotel is nice but not best suited for western travelers, they really only cater for the local market. The check in staff are plain rude, they have no training in customer service. If you complain about anything in the hotel, they couldn't care less and will never apologise, simple things like getting towels or toilet roll for the room could take hours, and the reason you need these things is because nothing is replaced when the rooms are cleaned. Talking about the room, the shower didn't drain so i was always taking a shower in a shallow pool of water. The hotel restaurants, we tried them all - service was average at best. For example, a simple request in the Italian restaurant to make some pasta with a little tomato sauce for the children, both under 3 - we were told to order off the menu for them - there was no kids menu! - why couldn't they just make us some plain pasta? The only staff i really felt were friendly and knew how to treat guests were the doormen out front who could speak english fluently and always gave a smile and said hello. The rest of the staff, well it was like i was working for them. This hotel is ruining Sofitels reputation.

I wish the hotel management more transparency in naming the rooms and their classifications in order to protect the beneficiaries from the center ... Note boats in the Nile spoil the place because of the requests of owners of boats helping you Breakfast ... God enriches them from his bounty.

Negatively surprising
We went to this Sofitel for an afternoon tea my wife and I last Monday (5, March 2018) and were quite surprised by a few things: 1) the banks around the hotel where the promenade surrounds the different restaurants is littered with the Nile garbage; surely not the nicest sight, 2) the cushions on the seats still wear the passage of some "accidents" being liquid or food, 3) waiters ushering 5 women while we were 10 meters away, seated and had been waiting -under their very eyes and for 10 mn- for somebody to take our order, 4) we asked for a mint tea and got a green tea (some English classes seem highly necessary) and 5) the sugar container was full of brown water...enticing!
We spent 1 hour there. I think it is too short for so many blunders which surely don't belong to supposedly such a high-class establishment. Personel is indeed in dire need of training. If nobody serious enough can be found on the spot which is easily understandable, find people from elsewhere!

A special place and your place in the middle of the Nile is in the center of Cairo close to the tower Cairo Tower Alnil beside Tahrir and the Museum of Liberation Egyptian Museum around the most important Abnwadi and gardens

Kababji restaurant ... The welcome was sophisticated and examination Sister Jacqueline and eating excellent and shisha and not the finest ... deserves the experience

Family style all restaurants very good and high style and buffet is good and tasty staff is good like mis samia duty manger is very helpful and also hayam very smile and asking always about our relaxing and our comfortable really I feel it is my home

The service was excellent. Food quality and variety met our expectations and the terrace Nile view was great. The reservations manager miss Hayam was of great help and hospitality. I would definitely visit again
