The reception is very bad, uncooperative and totally unfriendly to their customers, especially what is called Muhammad or Mahmoud

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Not suitable for families that prefer privacy. Rooms are small and narrow. And narrow balconies as well. There is a connection between rooms in the hotel so there is no privacy. You can simply hear what is going on in the adjacent rooms and this includes the balconies of course. In addition to the modest service at the logistics and reception level.

Went to the Italian restaurant for lunch, the buffet was amazing, not one thing I had there was bad! Staff super friendly and attentive. Pastries both at the restaurant and the coffee shop are some of the best I had in Cairo! At night for drinks it is a nice place to enjoy a Nile view, and cocktails are not bad. Service however was mediocre by that area, and the security guards, standing right behind you, and staring at you and your girlfriend, not impresive or lasting impression of security. But I am a fan of the spot
