A great and wonderful breakfast experience. Varied breakfast (delicious). Very professional lined up. They welcomed us in an excellent way and the best thing to smile is in everyone, especially the chef Salah, Hayam and Maryam.

The unprofessional hotel parking valley scratched my car , took their full charge and didn't tell me . I noticed it as soon as parked my Car on the other end of town . I could see it coming from their reckless driving . It is very disappointing that a 5 star hotel hires untrained staff.

The restaurant is beautiful and the view is nice and the food is sweet, especially the bread is great, the kebab, the kofta, the seafood, especially the shrimp and fish and the stew is excellent, especially Shaima the receptionist. I asked for a charger what I found with anyone. She helped me and gave me the shipper. Thankfully. Adjustment

When I checked out, I left the hotel for three hours and then came back, the hotel manager Sherif Taher called me in his office and gave $1000 dollars I left it in my room that's worth about 18,000 EGP. Thank you so much, Mr Sherif for the sincerity and honesty.
I stayed 3 Days at this hotel. They allowed me to check in early, staff was great and friendly. Food was the greatest.
This hotel a little bit expensive, but believe me, it's worth it.

The view from the higher floors of this hotel are second to none ... The hotel is however showing its age and needs some modernising.
Staff in the restaurant areas (esp the Moroccan restaurant) were not as attentive as they should have been, which spoiled the experience a little.
The girl at reception (will not name her to avoid embarrassment) needs to be able to distinguish a customer from a local better or treat people with respect.
Other than that, it was a good stay overall, but probably will not return to experience again.
