The place is great and the service is beautiful, especially in the lobby section of Hiam, Huwaida and the Lounge 16 ... happy to visit this hotel several times for its direct view of the Nile and it is nothing but rubbish on the outside tables in the evening

I attended a business presentation there recently, it was very well organized, the breakfast and coffee were basic and average, while the business lunch was very delicious and well presented, overall the hotel has an amazing location with the best views over the nile, restaurants that benefit from these views are availabe, accessibility is good and the staff are friendly and helpful, however the parking is horrible and way too expensive (50 EGP/hr) so I paid 300 EGP in total.

Kababji food, Zain and the reception from Sister Shaima Mumtaz. I thank her for following her and asking her about the quality of food and service.

I love Egypt and and love it more when I came to sofitel thanks Hayam so much

The staff are fabulous and very helpful and will take care of your every need. Great location amazing food and would be more than happy to return. The gym is fitness so no real weights but Golds gym in near if you want to have a real workout. Outside swimming pool is brilliant and can enjoy views of the Nile while in the pool.
