The restaurant is beautiful and the view is nice and the food is sweet, especially the bread is great, the kebab, the kofta, the seafood, especially the shrimp and fish and the stew is excellent, especially Shaima the receptionist. When I checked out, I left the hotel for three hours and then came back, the hotel manager Sherif Taher called me in his office and gave $1000 dollars I left it in my room that's worth about 18,000 EGP. Thank you so much, Mr Sherif for the sincerity and honesty.
I stayed 3 Days at this hotel. They allowed me to check in early, staff was great and friendly. Food was the greatest.
This hotel a little bit expensive, but believe me, it's worth it.

I attended a business presentation there recently, it was very well organized, the breakfast and coffee were basic and average, while the business lunch was very delicious and well presented, overall the hotel has an amazing location with the best views over the nile, restaurants that benefit from these views are availabe, accessibility is good and the staff are friendly and helpful, however the parking is horrible and way too expensive (50 EGP/hr) so I paid 300 EGP in total.

Kababji food, Zain and the reception from Sister Shaima Mumtaz. I thank her for following her and asking her about the quality of food and service.
