The room we were in had a gap in the patio door which was very loud and windy all night, the heater did not work and the carpet was old and stained, breakfast was excellent but I expected more from the room for the price.

I had one of the most lovely travel-experiences @ Sofitel Cairo El Gezirah! Staff are incredibly helpful, lighthearted, and joyful.
Especially the Breakfast Restaurant of the hotel & Kebabji Restaurant, as well as the reception and room service.
Even rooms and facilities are fairly comfortable, clean, and nice!

I highly recommend it & i will definitely come back to it if im ever traveling back to Cairo.

We did not rest in it ... the service does not provide you well except in the presence of Bakhshish ... The rooms are narrow .. and the restaurants are bad ... and the room cleaning service is poor. And the cleanliness of the rooms is less than average ... The view was on the Nile but the Nile is very dirty and dirty and you see it with the naked eye ... When you book through Boknak, make sure you pay more than a third of the amount in the hotel because of various taxes paid by the guest ... The nice thing was the lobby. . And some staff Rsbashban ..

Hutil wonderful and I Agi special years of the place because of breakfast and service more than wonderful, especially for Hiam and Chef Salah and Rajab. I advise everyone that he lives in Hautil if we go down to Cairo. I feel that you are the king of kings and that he is your home.
