Excellent service, almost all rooms overlook the Nile, a very privileged location, and a very safe location .. But its disadvantage is the small size of the rooms compared to other five-star hotels as well .. This is in addition to the fact that it has a very beautiful base on the Nile .. I recommend visiting it

The guest relations in the hotel is good. they are quick to attend to you when you have a problem and send flowers or fruit tray when you are upset about something. The food in the dining is okay however the variety is not like before. I was displeased with the Chef in the Italian restaurant who said it would take him 2 hours to make chicken soup for my mum who is 77 years old and has dementia. it's the only food she takes and simply because it's not on the menu, he wasn't ready to accommodate us. we ended up ordering room service soup and had it brought down to the restaurant while we ate the stuff from the menu. I must say I was displeased about that. The customer service lady in the breakfast lounge Hayam was helpful. She made sure we were comfortable and assisted us when needed. Overall i think my 2 week stay this time around was not up to the usual standard I am used to at this branch of Sofitel.

The Moroccan restaurant eating time is fantastic and the session is excellent and mierna is not short in taste and sophistication
