Amazing resort. Didn't have to leave at all and had an awesome and relaxing holiday. Lovely staff and food.

The place was very nice for retreat. The staff were very friendly. We chose the room with doble bed and if you are famly with 2 kids.. the bed was large enough .
We enjoy so much the pool. We also rent a bike. So we can ride along aorund the hotel and outside.

Room is nice. Large bed and sofa. Bathroom is odd, with glass doors to both the shower and toilet for limited privacy when using the toilet. Location seems pretty good with a private beach for hotel guests as well as many pools to swim at. The concierge helps us with booking tours and excursions. The taxi rates seem somewhat high, but I'm not sure. The breakfast buffet is awesome

wow, how come you see the Lobby, it is presented with a green view that blends with Balinese wood carvings. there are so many restaurants here starting from restaurant breakfast, brunch at 10-12 available at Cucina restaurant. Then there is Manarai club with the concept of pool and bar, in the pool there is a pool bar feel the sensation of eating and drinking on the water while soaking. the hotel also has direct access to the sea, SUNRISE is a good time to enjoy the sunrise.

Lunch was very good at cucina. Great service, tasty and variety of meals.

crappy service mixed our room with someone else's took them over na hour to move us regardless of th the four phone calls to them . Staff not friendly at all specially at restaurants suppose to be five star should be zero

Very nice hotel indeed. Spacious and comfy room, excellent service by the hotel staff. Large and satisfying swimming pool. Clean private beach connected to the hotel. Amenities can be better though. Compared to other sofitel I've tried. We were only given 2 water bottles during our stays. They gave my son a birthday cake ready at the room at the time we checked in which was surprising. So that's customer service and very memorable guest experience

facility top notch. polite staff. but the organisation for breakfast is absent. there are people waiting in line to get in, then there are people who just get in... and staff would served them. tables would remained unclear for long while. thinking of it, could be a over book issue? will I be back? let's just say, for this price point, I may be inclined to try others.

Great hotel with a very nice pools that connects directly to the rooms. If you stayed here, consider staying inside and just enjoy the facilities. The private beach is also very nice and enjoyable. The hotel has excellent service and the room itself is very spacious.

I would come back again. 5 star hotels in Asia offers an experience I would always pay for. It s something I miss terribly living in Australia. Your money goes a long way in Asia compared to Australia for the same brand of hotel chains.
What I loved most was the staff were always smiling and so welcoming. I hope Sofitel pays them well. Instead of writing a long review, I took plenty of photos instead.

I am very pleased with this hotel, one of my favorite hotels. Mulaindari a beautiful lobby and rooms of character with ornaments walls. Nusa Dua Beach is located in a quiet and clean. Sofitel has a large swimming pool, comfortable and pleasant to relax, rest and vacation in the hotel.

The parking attendant is not nice, and please pay attention to the parking lot because when it's crowded it's full.

If you don't want to stay here, just ask the reception or staff if you want to go, because there are no sign instructions where the lobby, ATM Center and others.

I went here for a wedding. The atmosphere was great. They have beach in the back of the hotel. The building was very beautiful.

One of the best resort in Bali. They offer services that are truly 5 star. This is my second time staying in this fab hotel. This time I stay 2 nights with 2 kids and 2 elderly. I dont need to leave the hotel for everything you need for great holiday are already here. Beach, pool, kids club, beach club. Food also great and the cost is very reasonable. Special praise should be given to the restaurant staff. They really do make sure we have everything we want.

We stayed here for couple days and Sofitel nusa dua is THE BEST resort in town!

Overall stay was excellent, the room was gorgeous and the top floor view also was beautiful. The pool was great for the whole family, many spots to lay on and definitely no need to fight to have sunbeds.

Positives...LET'S GO!:

1. Housekeeping did their job very well, and top notch for their detail in cleanliness especially pujawan
2. Pool was huge and many options to have some beds under the sun. Guaranteed
3. Lobby was exquisite, clean and modern
4. Food was fantastic, my fave one was their Italian restaurant,a buto their food was tasty (try to order Lamb Ribs!!!)
5. Possible and easy to hire bikes and ride around the resorts..
6. Service....the Front office staff Indah and citra were doing their best to set up flowers and some decorations in my room, Dian whom always replied my emails and never tired of it ,n last but not least, Meity the manager was attentive and friendly, arranged our transfer and itinerary to our next destination.
Again, worth every penny and won't disappointed to spending time with family and friends.

Beautiful and relaxing with 5 star service. Breakfast is nice, pool is clean and well designed and beach is lovely. We were staying and Milesim club room and it was an absolutely nice stay.

We have stayed twice now and are pleased with the service, however we noted a drop in cuisine levels and were disappointed after visiting other 5 star hotels in Nusa Dua. The staff were fantastic and they have many key members across all services.

Magnificent 5 Star Hotel. I love every thing from the spacious rooms to the beach and the entire environment.

Love our Sunday brunch with lots of varieties of food and kids always have fun in the kids zone and dessert are yummy.

We went to the Sofitel for their Sunday brunch. Amazing food and generous helpings of free flow alcohol, and attentavive and friendly staff. The only frustration was the stifling heat in the venue! For such a prestigious hotel, the poor airconditioning was increibly disappointing. I asked about it, and was told it was always like that, and it was due to the number of people they seat. They really need to upgrade the aircon or at the very least install some fans! Afterwards we moved to the pool bar, nice area and great service.
