A really beautiful and very nicely decorated hotel right next to the airport. The rooms are comfortable, large, clean and offer many ammenities. The service is really excellent: all the staff are super friendly and skilled and always happy to help you. The food at the restaurant is also really great. The only downside on this hotel is the prices which sometime are a bit over exaggerated for a hotel airport.

Despite the location is very good, it is right in front of the airport, but the room is so run down that it is way way way below a Sofitel that normally should be.
In repsonse to Mr Stavrou's comment, the night costed me 200euro and becuase its a Sofitel and hence I booked it, and hence I have to turn down your invitation, as I am for sure not coming back. Thank you.

At this time of the corona everything is closed! The terrace, the roof, the pool, the restaurants ... even the minibar is locked and it is not possible to use the refrigerator in the room. Breakfast arrives in the room and is extremely poor!
Only the price remains the same.

Whatever you say you do is little. Clean place, beautiful, comfortable luxury and modern. Helpful and polite staff and excellent breakfast buffet. Delicious dishes and a huge variety for all tastes.

ViVi At the front desk of the Sofitel hotel Athens airport is absolutely the best I felt as if I ve known her for 10 years she treated me as if I was her Friend .
That means a lot when you come in from a long Difficult trip......
And I would also like to say that the entire staff at the Sofitel does not fall short of near perfect customer service !
The food in the white stuff in the restaurant are second to none I enjoyed my stay immensely the hotel has done a beautiful renovation a world class renovation.
And as always they have the best mattresses pillows In blankets you could ever hope to sleep on.

For a beer while waiting for the departure of the plane for Paris. Nice proximity, pleasant surroundings, order by the chef of rank, service by a trainee apartment and waiting for glasses of water almost until the end of the meal ...
Price for two beers, a bottle of mineral water and a club sandwich 38 50 !!! Not to mention the price of parking for a little over an hour ... 8 ...
It's too expensive, especially for a 'local' when you know the price for the same thing at the water's edge, about 11 50 with of course free parking and a magnificent view ... Long live the holidays .. Far from the Sofitel except for the Americans !!!
Just a short walk from the airport terminal which makes it very convenient. Nice room with all you need plus 2 restaurants.

Great room, so easy to get to. You literally cross the street from the airport to arrive at the hotel. You can use the airport cart to roll your bags.

Fantastic! Best Hotel i ever visited. It's quite hard to leave the rain shower, it's the best to relax and calm down. Kitchen and the whole service were also just perfect!
On Sunday 4/11 we went for a brunch at the bar. It was very rich and everything I ate was delicious. I chose the risotto with mushrooms made by the cook on the spot as well as the lemon pie. The sweet chef came out of the kitchen and came to ask us if everything was fine and if we needed anything extra. The price of the buffet is very good compared to what it offers. The staff was polite.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean. Check in and check out was really efficient. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast is also very good, very wide selection. The metro and bus stop are right next to it. So it's very convenient. Athens is a little bit of a hike but if you some time is definitely worth it.

So for Greece this is extremely expensive, yet you get no decent wifi. 350 euros and don't try streaming , can't do. Avoid Greece to be honest if you like any kind of reliability over anything. Amazing stuff

Top class service and accommodations. Located at the airport in Athens for convenience. If you have the extra money to splurge on a premium hotel and have an early flight the next day, this is the best option there is for hotels.
Just opposite the Airport, quick check in, large and clean room, good breakfast, we had a very short stay but an amazing experience.. did bnot use other facilities but value for money

Nice hotel across from the airport. It s very convenient if you have to leave early in the morning. Staff was nice and friendly. It s a little bit pricey though.
Very good Hotel, with an amazingly short distance to the Hotel, but you would never know it from the lack of noise in the hotel...Our room was really nice and amenities were top notch. I didn't know I would appreciate that type of stay for one day, but it did make a difference after the long ferry ride back from the islands, and it was a wonderful sleep.

This hotel is very expensive for being dirty. The room had distinctive damp smell, even the blanket feels little sticky. The walls and baseboards are dirty. They are scratched up and cracked. The bathroom is not even that clean. I just don't understand how this is a 5 star hotel? I don't think this is a Greek standard of a 5 star hotel because we just stayed at Hilton and it was clean and very nice interior. The only positive thing about this hotel is you can literally walk straight into the airport from the hotel.
Great hotel after a long flight. Beds are very comfortable and showers have endless hot water. Easy access to the airport, literally walk across the street to the terminals, they do have half day rates, great for getting a little rest before/after your flight at Athens.

For the price I expected better. The entire wellness suite and pool was closed so not much to do otherwise. Clean and modern, great food.

Very nice, very convenient, very quiet. Rooms are spacious, up to date, clean, and well equipped. Staff is very courteous and professional. There's a good 24-hour restaurant, and a bar open afternoons and evenings.
Nice architecture, excellent sound proofing and good service. I recommend. The only issue I have is with "captive" services. E.g. you cannot connect a computer to the provided TV via HDMI to watch your own movie, you have to pay the hotel to rent one, etc.
It is the closest hotel to the Athens Airport, considered a Luxury Hotel. It can already be seen from the furnishings and services it offers. Everything is in the rooms: from bottles of water for the night to slippers in soft white sponge; from the snow-white bathrobe to the clothes brush. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, hair dryer, soap and everything you need.
The bathroom consists of a beautiful white porcelain sink and a box that includes both the tub and the shower side with shower head and hand shower, all closed by very clean glass. To enrich the whole marbles and gres as new.
The toilet is located in a second Camerina so as not to disturb those who want a shower or a refresh. The king-size bed with fresh, soft sheets and a very soft and warm duvet to wrap you up and make you feel pampered and peaceful.
The full size and interactive TV.
To finish the breakfast and refreshment corner with coffee, tea, sugar, kettle, cups, glasses and goblets and the mini bar with snacks and fresh drinks and wine.
In short, everyone but not everyone, as the price per night is in the range of 5 star higher per night. For those who want to take a break in Athens near the airport .... just the so-called 4 steps.
I forgot ... the reception staff is extremely kind and helpful. Thanks it was a nice experience, we relaxed and recharged but above all we felt pampered.
Great location a great service. One major fault was the bathroom sink did not drain no matter what we did! Expensive exercise for a 12 hour stay and on leaving at 6am, questioned by reception whether we contacted front desk with issue.... Would have thought house keeping would have seen obvious issue!!!!!!

We didn't stay here, just had some coffee and food before our flight. Service was lovely and so was the food.
The hotel is just outside and over the road from the Terminal. But its too expensive, the rooms are kinda dated.
It was a great hotel experience, My wife and I chose the hotel because of it's location, but honestly it exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is undoubtedly very nice, with many services, the pool, the spa ... The room is large and well soundproofed, the courtesy set includes practically everything and yet I thought something more: the cleaning is not perfect perhaps of the dated carpet that darkens it. Still it's perfect if you need to catch a plane early.

Located directly at the airport. Rooms are a bit older. Only small windows. Restaurant is ok, breakfast on the other hand very rich and good. Surprisingly expensive for Athenian standards.
Convenient for a quick night at the airport for an early departure, but if you have the time I would recommend an apartment or hotel in Athens proper. Note, many of the airport restaurants are available pre-security so it's worth a walk over to the terminal for food if you're hungry.
