It is always the first impression that makes the most difference in the experience you re going to have in a Customer service Hospitality Setting.
ViVi At the front desk of the Sofitel hotel Athens airport is absolutely the best I felt as if I ve known her for 10 years she treated me as if I was her Friend .
That means a lot when you come in from a long Difficult trip......

And I would also like to say that the entire staff at the Sofitel does not fall short of near perfect customer service !

The food in the white stuff in the restaurant are second to none I enjoyed my stay immensely the hotel has done a beautiful renovation a world class renovation.

And as always they have the best mattresses pillows In blankets you could ever hope to sleep on.

Thank you once again to ViVi and the entire staff for making my stay the most comfortable and relaxing
