Had a wonderful time plenty of machines open and watched my brother win a big jackpot!!! Priceless

Poor pay out ,can not even play on penny machines and hit anything on 20.00.

Great entertainment line ups, many dining options, and an overall fun getaway.

Haved stayed, and played here many times previously when my daughter was attending Central University. Most recently stayed in the Superior Suite when we were there for The Price is Right Live. The room accommodations were awesome and very reasonably priced! We had a blast at the show and a great time playing in the casino. It's great to be able to sit in the lobby and relax by their wonderful fireplace, so very relaxing! The outdoor fire pits are amazing! Soaring Eagle is a great place for a night away of fun, laughter and relaxation.

I only came up for the day to play at the bingo hall and play some slots for my sisters birthday. We all had a great time and staff was friendly and accomadating. Especially sandy! She is great and has been there from over 20 years. We love her!

Good place to go on a rainy day.would like to win once in awhile though.

I couldn't really find the non smoking section for the casino floor

We love to go to this casino and resort. Beds are very comfortable and there is always drink specials and gaming perks to take advantage of. Nice getaway!

I drove 6 hour to attend the concert with Maxwell, Fantasia, and Anthony Hamilton. on July 12, 2016. I paid for tickets in advance thru your ticket service and picked them up at will call, that is where the problem began while my guest and I arrived about 30 mins before the show time 8:00 p.m. it was over an hour to get the tickets and we missed Anthony Hamilton. The process used to distribute the tickets was very slow due to the amount of people that were to get tickets. I feel if they knew the number of tickets placed at will call they could have staffed that location with more people to expedite getting the tickets. Also going to the one concession (pizza) I waited in line 20 mins. they did not have any product ready. SAD!!!!!! After the drive (6 hours) we still managed to enjoy whet we saw from the entertainment we saw.

The machines are so tight especially if there are promotions or events going on which is how they plan it I'm sure.They cut out all my promotions for the month of February, my birthday month. I was told it's because I wasn't coming consecutively yet I went the same amount of times my spouse did and he got all the promotions.

Place is rigged for only old people to win damn Redskins bit still fun once in awhile

This place was awsome!! Hospitality was amazing, the staff was friendly and very professional. Everything went so well, no problems of any kind!

Everyone is always friendly and helpful... event lines tend to be long but they move rather fast. Must try the prime rib sandwich!!!

I love this place. Mostly everytime I go to Mt Pleasant I visit. It's my little break from the kids hang out spot! Everyone is so Nice, welcoming & helpful.

It's not Las Vegas but it has a decent selection of table games and slot machines. Great players club and special perks for military veterans.

Absolutely love this Casino! For business I am here 4 to 5 times a year and every time I walk in the door I am greeted as if I am their number one priority. Love their food and drinks too!

I love to gamble, i love to eat. They have a variety of resturants a vast varuety of machines to play and the people are very friendly.

Great place for the dart tournament plenty of things to do when we weren't playing.

It's grown a lot and is a very attractive and clean casino. I've never stayed in the rooms, so no review on the hotel yet. Slots could be a little looser.

The food was excellent and plentiful. The fact that it was a two-for-one price day was a bonus. Service was great.

I am not a big gambler, but if you're looking for a good Casino, it's a good place. We go over about four times a year, loose about $10 each, the restaurants have good food, but the place is entirely too smoke-filled (you have to walk through the smoke-filled rooms to get to the non-smoking area.)

Came on an early early Wednesday morning, and lost $100 in 15 minutes. Sucks lol

My dinner was delicious and timely and my service was very friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming but the food was a little pricey. Then again, everything is pricey to a college student. I would recommend others to go here to have a good time with friends and family.

Good atmosphere; craps table had slightly better odds than Firekeepers. But the place is just too dang SMOKEY. I'm in there for just an hour and I come out reeking like a cigarette. Air circulation in the building is downright awful and there is no way to escape the smoke. For this reason alone, I will not be returning. If you're going to allow smoking, at least have a decent air circulation system like Firekeepers.

Went for a ZZ Top concert. Had a fantastic experience. Concert venue was great and the gaming floor was excellent

It looks nice, but they need to do something with cigarette smoke, it bothers me. It was fun anyway.

Nice inside venue, my concert was moved indoors but from the looks of it the outside venue appeared to have amazing seating even their hill side seating looks to be one of the best in the area

I lost $700.00 on the 24 th of Nov this place has been really terrible.

I had a good time gambling for about an hour. Couldn't stand the cigarette smoke so we left. Food quality sure went down since the last time I was there. It's a beautiful facility too bad they don't go smoke free.
