I love this place for its big floaty rollers and natural half-pipes. Oh, and a tram and two gondolas plus high speed detachable chairs to take you up in style.

I love it here i relly love spendingmy time and money on this place
Grooming of downhill on a powder day is stupid who's decision is this there is not one skier at snowbasin that thinks this is a good idea its the best powder run in Utah to groom it is the worst decision snowbasin makes and they continue to do it how can this be
Beautiful lodge. Great food, staff were wonderful, pleasant. Great place for our reunion. Thanks.
Recently attended the John Paul campout. My second year going to this event. Food was exceptional and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. I will go again next year.
This is my favorite ski resort, I definitely recommend it. There food is also very good and high quality.
Second time for crawfish boil. Could not get crawfish. OK but service was so-so.
My family and my friends family go up to Snowbasin quite a bit based on good experiences. We love the place. There's perfect runs for every person. There's black diamonds for the more advanced skiers and easy blues and greens for the rest. Overall, my favorite ski resort
Warm and friendly people, the food is amazing, and the mountain is incredible! All equalling to an epic experience!
Over priced when there is better and cheaper ski areas close by. Everytime I been there the temp have been to high. Slush in the lower half or third. Even rained in January. I know that they can't control the weather but I skied 4 other resorts. Snowbasin was the most expensive. I was able to get discount tickets at every other resort. The buildings are very nice.
Incredible. You can't beat the Gondola. They opened the earliest they ever have this year 2018 and the season so far is incredible. Good food, fun atmosphere, great time. I highly reccomend Snow Basin to all and welcome travelers who come to Utah and get to experience our world renown resorts!
Had a blast here so far, there's always some barely crowded lift to be found, trails for all levels of skiing and the view racing down is stunning.
I really enjoyed the events held during the summer. Both Beerfest and Blues, Brews, & BBQ were a ton of fun. Be sure to check the weather and dress accordingly. Also, bring your appetite! The food and beer have been great this year.
Great skiing but expensive... but any skiing is expensive.
I thought the experience was incredibly enjoyable. Extremely high prices though.
Great skiing and good lodge at the top of the mountain. Friendly staff.
Snowbasin is a wonderful ski resort for my family of 4. The mountain is huge, with two comfy gondolas and several other high speed lifts. The facilities are excellent. Food is delicious with a great variety to choose from across 4 restaurants on the mountain, and reasonably priced for such a resort. Lift lines are short as you would expect for a locals only type of mountain. We love it and come every year!
Great cross country skiing. One of the most beautiful places in northern New Mexico. We will Definitely be back this summer for some hiking and mountain biking.
I always loved being at this Resort but today they got way too greedy! I forgot my boots so I went to rent some. They told me it would be $50 to rent one pair of boots! They said it was $25 for the boots and $25 to do a binding test. They said this is a new policy that just went into effect and it also had to do with charging an hourly amount. Even many of the employees agreed that they thought it was way too much money but were stuck by the policy.
Ski Utah without the crowds. Great terrain, great snow, and great staff. Unlike other resorts, Snowbasin has no town or village at the base.
Sister to Sun Valley, top notch quality and service
One of the best hidden gems in Utah. Had our wedding reception here and the atmosphere and staff were amazing.
Snowbasin is my favorite place to ski!! I am a season pass holder and enjoy going there many times a year
Amazing mountain with some of the best bowl boarding I have seen in 33 years of snowboarding. Also some of the best steep areas and great small gondolas. Will be back next winter.
Right as you walk in you are greeted by the friendly staff, huge golden chandler's, a fire place and plenty of seats to just relax or plan your next move. The food is top notch and the staff is full of smiles and great attitude. The gambling tables are fun, we had a blast playing 21 with Carol(our dealer). The bathrooms are large and each toilt has it's own room, no cheap stalls, so it's very private feeling. They have the whole place covered in lights, it's like being in a castle similar to beauty and the beast mixed with the cozy comfortable lodge/cabin feeling. All around it was very pleasant.
One of my happy places, Snowbasin! Greatest snow on Earth, today, indeed!! :)
I've lived in Utah for 7 years now and mostly skiing at Snowbird and Brighton. Got the mountain collective so decided to check out Snowbasin for the first time and WOW was I surprised...it's way bigger and nicer than I was expecting. Tons of good terrain for all levels and stay warm in the gondolas when it's windy or cold out! Will definitely be going back.
Although the snow was a bit icy, the lodges are great and the staff are always able to help. And the last time I went I got free food from completing a survey, it was very nice.
Food was good, really good. I had a pad Thai. They need more snow, but alas there service was good.
From the slopes to the food, the guest experience at Snowbasin is #1
Spring visit but beautiful and weekend festival style music. Lodges and gondola were amazing. Great food.
I can't say enough about the Learn & Earn program. As a beginning skier, it has been tantamount for me being willing to make the investment and give skiing a try. I love that they provide 3 full days of instruction before setting you free on your own. I also love that they provide you with rentals that you can keep for the entire season since it means you don't have to buy all your gear in order to give it a try.
I do wish that there were more beginner runs. I also wish that the main green run they have was less crowded - Bear Hollow often feels scary when there are many people flying down at high velocity. Snowbasin has tried to get this under control with some signs and barriers, but as a beginner, these barriers feel like advanced obstacle courses since the snow gets packed so you can only navigate one way and everyone is trying to go through these narrow chutes. I'm looking forward to when I can move up to some easy Blues and get away from these high-traffic runs.
Awesome resort. I have never had anything but fun here. Definitely the best place to spend a Sunday afternoon.
Summer sat and sundays are splendildy awesome tram 16 dollars for adults kids 5 and under free be there early and you can ride tons from 12 pm to 6pm . We didnt do the climbing wall and minitaure golf for kids but it looks like a blast. We just disnt have money. A suggestion they should have kids get in free for that sometmes in the summer. I think you would get more business...because adults would buy the tram. Just a thought!
Blues brews barbecue, at Snowbasin is a good Sunday fun day. Good blues music, good food and always great beer.
Gondolas are awesome, crowds are small, bunny lift is a high speed quad, lodges are beautiful.
Opening day, November 27, 2020 was packed! Long lines and about 1 in 10 people did't have their nose and mouths covered. I asked several employees to remind patrons to cover their noses and mouths. People don't care! I'm wondering if I should ask for a refund on my annual pass.
Their Earn and Learn program is GREAT!
Great place to ski as a family. The staff is very friendly and the food is good but prices reasonably. We will be back.
Snow season or summer the beauty of the surroundings is amazing.
Located up in the mountain for skiing in the winter and to hike or listen to different bands on the weekends.
This is a beautiful resort located on an amazing mountain! Granted, I have yet to participate in any WINTER sports here.... I've gone every Sunday for Blues, Brews, and BBQ. However, I will definitely go snowboarding there this year. Year round fun though....that's an easy 5 star rating!
Incredible year round resort! World class skiing in Winter and hiking, biking and live music in the Summer!
It was a beautiful sun shining day. Trail were packed with hikers bikes and horses, looking forward to there summer weekends
food is good but very expensive and the wait for food can be quite long
World class Olympic resort with so many terrain options and a wealth of activity choices all year round.
One of the best ski resorts on the west coast. Love this spot more and more every season. Busy on the weekends but you get the resort to yourself on the weekdays. Great good, good trails, good staff - great times.
Great amenities, short lift lines, killer terrain, and great snow. What more can you ask for?
Came to Snowbasin for the mountain top yoga and it was a great experience. We were in the lodge at the top and unfortunately the snow kept us inside. But surely will return.
A gorgeous resort with lots of fun summer activities.
Plenty of varied runs both intermediate and advanced/expert.
Great mountain, great terrain, definitely ritzy and a bit snobby.
World class skiing and mountain biking trails. Winter and summer sanctuary.
Loved this resort! Even on a busy day the gondola lines were pretty quick!
Had a great time at their Sunday BBQ and Blues concert. This was my second time this summer. I enjoyed both concerts. The music acts are different and interesting, the venue is relaxed and comfortable. It's a good time.
This place is so beautiful in the summer. My best friend got married here in June. We rode gondalas to a beautiful building at the very top of the mountain. It for sure was the nicest wedding I've been to! I have never been here in the winter time.
Beautiful resort, more on the spendy side. There is hiking, skiing, and relaxing.
The whole staff is nice and helpful, they upkeep everything to all look clean and manage the slopes well. The food was great and they have a good selection, however the food is very overpriced and about the only option unless you want to go for a decent drive. All around good experience.
Got Some Good Runs here and less Crowded that Snowbird or Brighton etc. But it s obvious why
Prices raised from last year even with the crappy season here. I ve gone to basin for the past few years and it s slowly getting less and less valuable. Bothered by price to quality.
Fun gorgeous place. Fun off season as much as in season for skiing!
Beautiful lodge and the grandsons loved the skiing.
Snowbasin really needs to put some money into a greater variety of mountain bike trails. Trails are too crowded now with user conflicts increasing. Directional trails would also be a safer and more enjoyable option.
We road the gondola to the top and it 's absolutely breath-taking. There are many trail to hike and fun activities. You can make a day of it with family and friends. There are places the eat but we did not try those we just took a picnic on the hike.
All though this place is great, it is also very expensive. But definitely work going. I recommend bringing lunch, just so you don't have to break the bank more. Great resort, gondola's that keep you warm and out of the weather, and good people.
