you would think the integrity pharmacy would run a little better for such a well known company but no the home care is really all they got. the pharmacy Don't go to this pharmacy, just don't. The service is really bad they "forget" to deliver medications even after you call them and ask if they are being delivered they said "yes they are on the way" never got them then they tried to tell me they did deliver and they were signed for they quickly stated they "forgot"

I have worked in the medical field off and on for 25 years, until I was part of this team and company I never really felt appreciated, nor accomplished as much as I do working here...(now I have been her for over 6.5 years).... I feel like we have done so much for people, and we strive on trying to give the best service we can. This company means more to me then just a Job , they are my family, we are a team and we all have big hearts, you have to have compassion to do this job! -saying that, I feel like we all go above and beyond for our Patients and Clients, and I feel like this company truly loves and cares for their employees.

I just lost my brother Paul 2 days ago to cancer. He was under your service and his nurse was Danielle and I just want to thank her for all her help, care, and concern. During her last visit I voiced concerns over his agitation and she had anti-anxiety meds to him within a couple of hours. She was straightforward about the little time he had left but she was compassionate and caring and answered our questions honestly. She didn't just do her job and go. Also once he had passed another nurse that was on call came to the house and notified everyone that we needed and sat with us until he was taken away. And I am sorry I don't remember her name but she too was awesome. And I am thankful that we had these two ladies that helped make his life and his passing as easy and pain free as possible for him. And thank your company for all the helped and care we recieved.

During the last days of Vanessa's father and one of my best friends life the staff and nurses from Integrity Home Care and Hospice were beyond amazing. Greg, his staff, and the nurses Joyce P. Julie M. and Deborah H. and if there were others I missed I do apologize. These people were truly a gift from God. Giving John the ability to be at his home here on earth until he passed to his heavenly home in Glory will be something I will always be grateful to these Angels here on earth for helping us with. Thank you Greg! you are truly one of the greatest people I have ever met in my life.

I get discharged today from my home health nurse service's. I'm a recent bka amputee who just went through a revision surgery.
I've had a fill in nurse once in a while, but the nurse I have now has been working with me since day 1.
Lacie is absolutely awesome. She has had alot of patience with me and has encouraged me to keep going on when I just wanted to quit. She's heard me scream and cry and she's heard me laugh. Through it all , she has been absolutely amazing.
Lacie told me from day 1 that she will see me through all of this until I was healed completely and she has totally stayed true to her word. You are amazing Lacie , thank you for hanging in there with me!! Thank you integrity !!

I know Matt Collier very well and love the fact that he is working for such a great company. I know it is tough to decide between all the home care facilities today, but knowing you have someone like Matt working there makes me fell wonderful about referring my financial clients to them. Thanks for making that an easy decision! Customer service is job number one for them!

It was a God send when Jo Malene decided to REFUSE me service. The kind of people that have worked for me from INTEGRITY I would Swear could Not get a job Anywhere Else.
Yes INTEGRITY was Drastically lacking of Employees. The first one that they sent over was Pregnant and couldn't function as she had really bad morning sickness.
For some Insane reason I was the problem for there Inadequacy of Providing me with a CAPABLE worker. Plus she was Always calling in sick. She got paid from the State of Missouri to lay on the floor with her head in my toilet and her arms around the toilet seat.
Then I would go weeks without a worker
If Not for Meals on Wheels I would have Starved to dead. I am Crippled and my neck is broken. I need 2 Total Knee Replacements
Have to have 2 Eye Surgeries. Several giant Gall Stones ripping thru me. A Giant Tumor on my Kidney. I cannot hold up the weight of my head Collapsed disk C3 thru C8. I keep calling INTEGRITY saying that I need to get started on my Surgeries and needed a full time worker. As I was in A LOT OF PAIN. I DIDN'T want to be put in a Wheelchair or go Blind.
Eventually they sent an Angel and she would have stayed with me Until the END. SHE had to Leave Doctors Orders.
Then sometimes they would send someone once Every 2 weeks. INTEGRITY was already short of Employees. When I did have a worker I Only was given 3 of the 5 days that the State gave me. Then I was told that INTEGRITY was opening I believe 2 more facilities. What where They Thinking? They couldn't even provide me with Adequate Service even though my life Depended on INTEGRITY to Provide the services. So they where Not compiling by State Laws I was told by Another Agency.
Seems Like the only thing that Mattered was the MONEY. Not the quality of service. They treated me as if I where the Problem. Now if I tell you about the 3rd and last girl. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Then I would have to write a Novel. Being Desperate for Employees. They could Do no Wrong.
Having gone to CATHOLIC SCHOOL. I Never Lie. I had to complain Constantly about her.
One Friday I wrote down the PROBLEMS with
Labor Faker. And I filled out the whole sheet of paper with PROBLEMS with her. They attempted to Retrain her. That was the ONLY DAY that she actually worked. God and I know what happened Was SO WRONG.
Thank God the Nitemare is Over.

The services they provide are pretty top notch. I have had nothing but positive interactions with their PCAs, Nurses and Office Staff.

My only concern is that the ethnic diversity is sorely lacking.

Having even been in their corporate office, I feel like an audit of their interviewing and hiring practices may be in order. I'm sure they have had a diverse cast of applicants, but the people they end up deciding to hire doesn't seem to reflect it.

I'm certain there are plenty of qualified candidates for PCAs, receptionists and office staff who aren't female and Caucasian, so where are those employees?

There's a great disparity of employment opportunities for ethnic minorities outside of General Labor and Fast Food in this part of the country. I would love to watch and see whether or not Integrity Home Care winds up becoming part of the solution to many of these impending socioeconomic crises, or if things remain as they've been.

But back to Integrity Home Care, I have high hopes for this company and their outreach. :)

The nurses and therapists are excellent. Professional, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. The in home care providers have been a challenge. I have had three excellent people in the few months of their services in my home. I have been having new people on several days each month. I have been hoping for knowledgeable, hardworking and efficient people. I have had to basically train each individual. I am hoping for the basics; loading, unloading dishwasher. Changing wet bed linens, some laundry, shower supervision, as well as dressing, preparing light breakfast(cereal, toast, coffee, rarely eggs.) some days supervising my husband's short walk, dust mopping, dusting. I have rarely expected all of these services in one day, as I have people several days each week. We are nice people and it should not be difficult to get our basic needs met.

My mother Gerlinde moved in with my sister and I in May 2016 when she was to the point of being unable to care for herself. Integrity provided both home health, physical therapy and hospice care when the time came. We found their staff to be knowledgeable, caring and available for us day or night and went out of their way to not only care for mom, but become members of our family going above and beyond in their love and compassion for us. When the time came to go to hospice, thought a newer program for them, they were on the ball ensuring we had all we needed to make mom comfortable as possible in her final days and to support us as well. Loosing someone you love is never easy...but they were there throughout the entire process. Thank you all, and God bless you for all you do.

I originally left a review with two stars but I d like to think that my experience doesn t reflect the company as a whole. My phone interview with Jessica K was great. She was very informative and polite. However, my interview with the Recruiting Manager was really rushed through and it felt like she had no intention of connecting with me from the beginning. Not to mention, the lack of communication that followed was almost 3 weeks before I was finally sent a denial email. As an HR professional myself, I feel like there is definitely some improvement to be made in the interview process at this company.

Our Mom, Andree Lesher, was only with hospice care for a few days. From the first person to evaluate her until she passed, the team was remarkable.
Wonderful, knowledgeable, caring staff. They made things so much easier
and provided everything we could possibly need. Most importantly, they
understood what a difficult time this was and did everything possible to
make Mom comfortable while showing our family compassion. We are truly grateful to them.

I was excited to get notified that they wanted to do an interview with me for a job position that they had advertised! Then the next day I get a text message saying they had to cancel my interview with no explanation about why and that I couldn t reschedule. I have worked in the medical field for over 6 years and have never been treated this way before. I will never apply to work with them again.

Thrir hospice team was with my mother in her final days. Everyone was great and they have a new program where when patients get close to death they offer a 24 hour sitter (free of course) to be with that person. Wonderful ecperience with this company.

I want to start by saying that Integrity doesn't deserve one star, not even half a star! They are very unprofessional. I wouldn't want to work for these people or be one of their clients. Ashley the recruiter was supposed to give me a phone interview and never called me! I sent emails and called her to see what was going on and she still hasn't called or emailed me back, and it's been over a week! To me, when you say you are going to do something you should stick to it! It's no wonder why they are losing all of their office workers to Phoenix Home Care!

Thanks for nothing Integrity

We knew my Mom would need in-home therapy and nursing care for a period of time after a lengthy hospital stay. Integrity had caring nurses and therapists who helped manage my Mom's care until she graduated from needing it. I worked in the medical field for much of my life which helped me navigate her care during her hospitalization and short stay in rehab upon her discharge. She was very eager to leave the nursing home, but we knew she still needed expert support to successfully recuperate and regain her independence. I know Integrity was an immense help to our family and we know they are only a call away should we need them in the future.

Awful awful! They hire in bulk and then don't even know what they r doing so in return can't let their aides know how to do the job correctly. They r quick to jump to conclusions and are rude and accusing. They don't care about their employees at all let alone a client. I WOULD NOT want my parents/grandparents with this company at all!!

The nurses and staff at Integrity were wonderful to work with during our time of need. They answered all of our questions and came right over when we requested a visit. They were very caring and knowledgeable. I have and will continue to recommend them.

I have worked for Integrity for 13 years now I started out a caregiver. After a year and a half or so I came into the office to be an assistant scheduler. Working on both sides of this job, turley made me realize how important being there for your clients is. Being on time, not calling in and knowing you are responsible for making sure your client gets out of bed takes a bath and gets a meal. Things we take for granted every day. A caregivers job is that important. I have since moved on from an assistant scheduler to other positions in the company. I am now at the front desk. I love being able to meet all the caregivers wish everyone a great and safe day.

BEWARE!! We were warned by MULTIPLE people who had similar experiences to go with a different provider, but my father n law had been with them for 15+ years he was against changing. The previous years he wasn't sick though. They had been doing light cleaning and grocery shopping. Once he was diagnosed terminal the game changed. From the second hospice got involved things got weird and wrong! They immediately started talking to us and him like he was on his death bed and not in mental control enough to make his own decisions so we would drive the 1+ hr. drive, emotionally wraught because we expected him to be what they said only to have him walk out the front door and meet us at our vehicle. (That was the first time). So we stayed into the night with him talking and reminiscing and us completely confused as to why they would call and say those things when he was obviously fine. from then it just got worse. My husband, who his father had given power of attorney to, recieved an afternoon call that he had made the decision to go into a home due to needing 24hr care and us being so far away. We were told they had him going into a very nice spacious home that was newly remodeled yada yada. when we showed up to take him he was very strange acting and quite I thought he'd given up, then we checked him into an old, musty, dreary home where he had the corner of a small shared room. We couldnt take it and the next morning went and took him out of that place and moved him in with us which he thanked me every day for. During the time he was with us I never observed any of the things his nurse from before had repeatedly said. Oh, plus during the nursing home check in it came out that his nurse had taken my husband off as power of attorney and the HIIPA which doesn't seem legal. Also my father n law told us he was never told about the nursing home until the morning we moved him and that the nurse had come over dosed him with liquid adivan and xanex and told him right before we got there. that's why he wasn't fighting against it! The nurses he had at our home in branson never forced that medicine on him like the one in springfield. either. We had a trip with our 14 year old that had been previously planned so we took him to stay for 3 days with a friend of his from his old apartment. For some reason the nurse he had before ended up there on the day we were picking him up. they asked the friend to let them talk to him alone and when she got back the power of attorney had been switched from my husband and they were taking him back to that same home. My husband and I called repeatedly trying to find where he was at only to get the run around and talked to with disrespect. My father in law was weak but in decent physical health and still in strong mind and within 7 days of being kidnapped and hidden he passed. Noone bothered to call until the funeral director saw my husband listed as next of kin 2 days after the fact! in his personal items his checkbook pocketknife and glasses were all misplaced or stolen. At this point it doesnt matter. Nothing will ever convince me there was not something dirty going on behind the scenes with the nurse at least. I would like to know if the money that this company takes from people after their dead gets split into bonuses or do they use that for incentives? The only other idea that makes sense is that the nurse is a serial killer which sounds crazy but it does happen!
