Very dissatisfied !!Gave my iphone 5s at Sniper Solutions,Vivira Mall , OMR to replace lightning conductor.They recommended a duplicate product worth Rs.3500 and told me that there wont be any problem since Original lightning conductor was not available . Within two days , audio jack(comes with lightning conductor) stopped working and the next day my iphone internal software doesnt accept this new part and black and white lines were displayed on screen . Took the phone again back to them and told them the problem and proved them with supporting documents . But the response was pathetic and the technician(Karthik) is not aware that duplicate product will affect the ios device . They dont care about the Customer satisfaction and the response from them was , "the phone worked when you received it and you are responsible for it" .
I have seen two other people shouting at the store for their money .
