Duvet covers ordered at the last minute (1300h) and delivered the next day around 1600h super!

We have purchased everything for a holiday home from Smulders, for over 1100 euros in sheets, comforters and duvet cover sets. The shipments indeed arrived quickly, but after that we were less satisfied with Smulders.
Two different sets of the Kayori brand were broken after a short rinse before the first use, so both have never been used on a bed. The hem of a pillowcase was too tight and had come loose and started to fray and another set did the same with the duvet cover.
Now something can always go wrong, but what is really bad is that Smulders does not respond to my complaint, despite the high amount I spent with them. I have reported the two broken comforter sets and asked them for a solution, but after two weeks I have not even received a confirmation of receipt for my email.
I think it is very unfortunate that this company apparently does not think it is necessary to give a reaction to customers with defective goods. I am considering sending everything back, but I am afraid that I will then no longer have bed linen and no money.

UPDATE:
Smulders has contacted me in the meantime and explained that my email has been lost and that I can send everything back, even if it has already been washed (then you usually only notice these shortcomings). I can either get my money back or choose duvet cover sets from another brand. I have therefore adjusted my rating.

Excellent information about the ordered item on the website and fast delivery

For a while I was looking for a fitted sheet in a specific color, but after a long search in stores, I came across Smulderstextiel, and purchased a fitted sheet via the Internet. The representation of the color on the site was true, so I had my fitted sheet in exactly the color that I wanted and on time. I have already washed it once, great wash-resistant.

The fast delivery of the ordered item was top. It was only a pity that the duvet cover was not properly finished. A seam loose, labels skewed in pillow cases and duvet cover.

Truly everything that can go wrong with an order now went wrong. Received wrong package. Fitted sheets not in stock, back delivery to the wrong zip code. So it still has to come in. Why then those 5 stars? The goods are of good quality for a nice price and the ladies on customer service make up for it. Thank you Sabrine and Vera for your kindness, customer focus and service attitude. You turn a hell of an order that could end in tears, into an enjoyable experience that gives confidence in a happy ending. Toppers!

Delivery was fast and good. Package well packed, and the duvet was what I expected. You will receive the invoice and an order form with the confirmation email. Well organised!

Good service: sheet had a small seam loose. I WILL ALSO MAKE IT. 10% off! No costs etc. with return. And then wait again.

Stuff is exactly what I ordered. And although I made a mistake in the order, I could send back part of the order for free and the money was quickly returned. Given the quality and simplicity, I will order again next time.

After a call super fast solved and got a new one.

Slechte ervaring, helaas. Ik bestelde meerdere kussenhoezen om de kleur te vergelijken. Waaronder een denim kleur en ontvang ik een vage grijze kleur. Wijkt af van de foto.

Daarnaast kocht ik meerdere pakken kussenhoezen waarvan ik dacht dat er 2 hoezen per pakketje inzaten. Maar nee, dat staat er niet goed bij vermeld. Wie koopt er 1 los? Je hebt toch twee kussens in bed. Uiteindelijk alles retour.

Retour: na 6 dagen na retourdatum geen bevestigingsmail ontvangen. Dinsdag (3/11) bij postnl gebracht, maandag (9/11) gevraagd hoelang het nog duurt. Mededeling: De zending staat in ons magazijn te wachten totdat deze verwerkt word, dat zal deze week gebeuren en anders begin volgende week. Onze excuses voor het ongemak.

Alles bij elkaar 2 weken wachten en hopen dat ik het geld snel terugkrijg.

Print is not nearly as beautiful as the image on the website and the duvets are not the promised 260 but only 240 cm, which is quite a deviation.

Only good experiences. I bought 3x a duvet cover and all of excellent quality for a nice price. In addition, bought a duvet for all seasons that I enjoy a lot. Easy to wash. Pillows also of excellent quality. Can be machine washed. In short, very satisfied with smudger textile!

Smulders has so much choice in price and quality that it took me a few days to see everything! Fast service and sufficiently informed about a subsequent delivery. the fitted sheet for the topper is perfect. Lovely with elastic in the corners but also a sewn-in corner, fits perfectly. The fitted sheet for 140x200 cm has not yet been used (Walra) but we have already had several and it has always been good so far. Fast ordering method and delivered super fast. Absolutely great!!

Order and delivery completely super. Products, flannel fitted sheet and jersey fitted sheet for top mattress, a bit on the tight side. Size for 140/120 x 200 can be just 120. Wouldn't fit 140. That's a bit of a shame.

The pillows purchased are of good quality. They were neatly packaged and delivered within a reasonable time.

Products and service are okay, but the website can do better with regard to size order choices.
Filtering by (1 person) 'Length incl. Tuck-in strip' = '240cm or longer' shows a whole series of products. But if you actually order, the choice is ALWAYS limited to [140x200 / 220cm + 1 pillowcase]. Nothing 240cm, and even one combined 200cm / 220cm choice. The underlying heading Walk-in strip did show 'Double continuous, extra long: total length approximately 240 cm'.
So this is always independent of the chosen product (learned a few samples).
This is VERY CONFUSING! Strong advice to improve the Size selection table, at least something with the numbers 200, 220 and 240 in it as 3 separate choices, if available of course.
The gamble is risky, and the only possible 1-person choice 200/220 selected and ordered.
Eventually received the good product, 240cm incl. Tuck-in strip. I'll say fine, but this is really confusing and a bit of a gamble.

the tea towels were not of a good color. The duvet cover came in the wrong size, even though customer service had agreed to take the cover out of the order. I still haven't received the dishcloths after a week

What an extremely disappointing organization !!! Incorrect delivery for the 2nd time. The company takes no responsibility whatsoever and it takes more than a week (after receiving the return shipment) before they start processing it at all. In short, not recommended !!!

Regular customer at Smulders Textiel for years. The website is clear, informative and contains good filters. Fun webshoppen! The last order was not right. A sheet was not properly finished. I was allowed to return it, but I think that is too much hassle. Then I got a part of the purchase price back. Well resolved!

bought duvet. The color was much darker than in the photo on the website and was not appreciated. Therefore sent back. Received the money back without a problem.

Covers were there the next day, and are of good quality, only the bag containing the covers was open, which was a shame.
