Fast delivery, ordered today delivered tomorrow, that's right! Duvet meets expectations.
Small downside: the bag where the duvet was in was dirty on the outside. But the duvet itself was clean!

2 duvet covers bought! The pillowcase was missing in one of the two packages, after an email I was told that they are naturing them, I am waiting for that now. The other was okay.

I expected the satin fitted sheet to have more the feeling and appearance of satin, but it is more cotton.

The print of the comforter is not clear. Especially when you consider that this is a copy of a painting. The colors do not match, which is a great pity. This is better for the cotton version, but I had not ordered it. Shipping and handling went very smoothly.

After hesitating for a long time I ordered a beautiful but very expensive duvet cover.
First an e-mail with ... it was not available, second e-mail the order was requested from the supplier, the third e-mail, it was sent.
Sure enough, it was beautiful, so put it in the washing machine and on the ironing board. All threads and the top stitched together way too wide plus the inside was sticking out.
I wonder where is all that bedding made. ??????
And why is everything not checked by Smulder's company first so that the customer does not have all those inconveniences of packing and returning.

Everything is arranged quickly and neatly by Smulders. Only the website is very annoying on your mobile and it keeps sliding back to the first product when you have viewed something.

Excellent service and communication. The duvet itself was a little disappointing. On the internet, the colors look very fresh and bright. The duvet itself is somewhat pale in color. It looks like it has already been washed a good number of times. Plus the fabric feels very rough.

There is very nice bed linen on the Smulders webshop. Unfortunately, the same articles are listed several times and there are also articles on which you have not selected, eg format.
The box in which my order was delivered was not properly closed. It's really a miracle that everything has come across well. At the pick-up point they had to tape the box so that I could take the items without them falling out of the box.

The product is thick 5 stars. The delivery minus 2. I heard on TV today ordered ordered in bed tomorrow night. Unless of course you live next to a care center. Then it is ordered more today next month as the corona chart rules are tightened. Then you could possibly get your package.

The color is what I fell for. The cotton is coarse, not very smooth. Loose threads are hanging on all sides and found that part of the seam was not stitched together. Too bad because the collection is large, but it makes me hesitant to order again at Smulders. Partly because no difference is made on the website pages in the quality of the cotton.

First and last time I buy something here. Order is delayed time after time. Wait four weeks now.

We are so disappointed in Smulders textile ....
We are already waiting for a duvet from 30 December.
December 30 ordered the first comforter, January 16 told that the comforter is no longer available.
We have chosen a new comforter and the difference in amount has been refunded by you.
Meanwhile, we are 13 days further and still no duvet.
We therefore want to cancel our order.
Never again Smulderstextile for us, very unfortunate.

First sent the above to Smulderstextiel and then you receive a return email: we will refund the money.
No apologies, sympathy or anything. So incredibly bad.

The duvet cover is made of a nice type of fabric but fairly poorly finished.

100% cotton duvet cover from iseng is really itchy - throw it away. Can't sleep under it. Have them washed before using. This cannot be 100% cotton. Cheap junk from China? 2 sterreb because the size, finish, colors are good. Unfortunately completely unusable.

Duvet cover ordered on May 26, 2020. Nice words on the site, delivered the next day. No, no. Today, June 7, 2020, still nothing. Not even delivered to PostNL yet.
Customer service of course not available by phone due to working from home. Beautiful excuse. Or can you not forward the phone in Zeeland?
Soothing words from customer service by email, of course, but still no duvet.
I'm curious how they will compensate for that.
I also wonder if more people will be skipped like this.

Received a great product that fully meets the wish.

Lots of choice, clear. What I would like to give as an improvement point is the recommended bed covers for the duvets. Now it is difficult to search for the right color cover because you cannot see the correct colors on pictures of duvets and therefore you cannot choose matching overtime.

It was a clear website, good information and more importantly the product ordered was very good. I am very satisfied !!

The Snoozing Roses flannel duvet is disappointing, I should have known better: you can't expect quality for that price. Only the inside is flannel. Design lace is made of stiff, coarse fabric, which remains after washing and has a faded color. Pillowcases sloppily stitched. Also made in Pakistan Too bad, I let myself be tempted by the design, but in the future I will opt for more expensive Dutch brands.

Both duvet covers had been in the closet for 4 months because the new bed would not arrive until much later.
So only when the bed arrived did the packaging open.

Hell, the pillowcase was not sewn up properly and with the pillow in it kept tearing.
Contacted michelle schilperoort and he arranged for a new pillowcase to be sent.

Even after 4 months of providing such a service without any hassle, I think it exceeds expectations
All neatly arranged and can recommend gourmet textiles to everyone
