What a disappointment. With this building being the headquarters and supposed biggest attraction by Samsung, it did not show. The complex offers a few gimmicky games and is lacking any crowd. The employees are nice though. The store in the basement isn't as wow-ing as you'd expect either.

Lots of choices. But u have to ask to talk to customer service. I waited on sales floor ten minutes. 4 sales associates ignored us.

The selection of Samsung products is modest! Still, the Samsung Tour is fun and entertaining. The future is presented in a playful way and you can see how it will possibly come with our networked devices. Try it out!

A place to experience Samsung's flagship models and flagship products

You can play some free games and have the results sent to your email address. They also have a virtual Rollercoaster ride which feels quite realistic.

A nice quick experience to do. Not far from the bus station and the Gagnam district. It's not worth it to move just for that but if you're passing it's worth a detour.

Ideal to add the tech side of Korea on a trip.

I liked the customization (part 1) and the VR. You can go to the floor below to do it if it is closed to the Samsung light.

It's nice to see the heart, but it still feels like an exhibition hall. Not enough space for experience

Attractive and high tech ...

Very good technological offer, the latest trends in brand ideas, very entertaining visit if technology interests. The souvenirs are not very attractive, they are not very attractive to the buyer and if they are expensive. The prices of new items that have not yet become widespread are equally expensive and there are no discounts for being in the parent company.

This is a great free exhibition, mostly because of the Vr but there is very little new tech on display like the new foldable phone was not here.

Very interesting concept store, but for a brand with global reach such as Samsung, with a store in such a touristic location in Seoul, I expected a better support in English.

Interactive experience in digital age. Plan to spend at least 2 hours here.

This automatically gets 5 stars but adding maybe a little history course area might make the future tech even more impressive, seeing how far samsung has come.

Great Samsung store, not much of an experience that most online tourist sites hyped it up to be. Easy to get to with the train!

There is a lot to see. Very kitch experience. Don't miss the vr portion and the smart home upstairs.
The main attraction , where they use their the hnology to "define" you is only good if you're very easily impressed.
Note that just a few Samsung items were on display. Can't see the whole catalog here (far from it)

The VR experience was fun and there was more fun to experience.

The future!!!! Amazing building and amazing experience

I expected more of the Samsung flagship store in Seoul. Yes you can try the newest mobiles and techniques of Samsung. But nothing special compared to a normal electronics store.

A place for Samsung to showcase some technologies. I guess it cool. If you get pass the initial wow phrase and understanding how it works, you realize everything is not that advanced.

You can get a new Samsung smartphone quickly, and it is very convenient to access Samsung genuine accessories and carriers.

Not as great as their website says. The first floor is their shop with samsung office supplies (coffee mugs, notepads, etc) and electronics (JBL headphones, Samsung phones and tablets). Their prices are comparable to Costco so there were not deals. The technology in the store is the same as any electronics store. As a tourist, I was hoping for a good deal or product that isn't out in usa yet. The only thing that came close was the fold but it's a $2000 phone and some electronics on the second floor. The staff are nice and the displays are cool but I didn't learn anything.

Spacious and great interior like hotels. Also the museum like store was interesting as well as the VR experience.
