Poor business. Ordered delivery for family dinner and order was canceled 5 minutes before delivery time with no call from business. First time ordering here and most definitely will be the last.

Never order from here they tell you it will take an hour and be over 2 hours to deliver and won't refund your money

I love they pizza. I think it's better than Dominos & Pizza Hut.

I just will not order using their online service anymore. Their customer service is garbage. Their online menu is not up to date either.

I've only just discovered Happy's pizza and I'm definitely going back and they deliver.

Spent over 30$ 2 weeks ago to not only be ignored for two weeks, But everytime I call the manager is not available. First time spending money at this place. Will never do it! Pray they give me my 45 dollars back

My chicken wasn t finished, ordered chilli cheese fries called and Bryan answered and was going back and forth with us like it s our fault we didn t get the chilli cheese fries my husband asked for resolution about matter and he said nothing he can and called my husband a foo, very unprofessional customer service and uncooked chicken.

Ordered lemon pepper wings and rib tips and small pizza. They was busy but we got our food pretty fast! I also ordered banana pudding it was pretty good as well! Food was great definitely will go back and try more things on the menu!

I am very unhappy about the way Abraham customer service is. I called to place a order and he answers the phone and says Hello with an attitude. So I then proceeded to ask is this Happy s Pizza and he says yes will this be for pick up or delivery? I said pick up but he still had an attitude. I then asked for the manager since he was rude and he said he is the manager. I then told him I will not be placing a order because of his attitude when answering the phone. This customers service is horrible being that I order from this location frequently and I ve never had an issue. I loved this place up until tonight.

Great place to get your hunger satisfied. Just can't be beat. Recommend calling ahead.

Order was great except burnt $6 cheese bread (which was refunded) and managers attitude was crappy. Please stop sending people food that looks like this. Coincidentally, I used a promo code I had to order this. My sister loved the wings which came fresh so she also used a promotion to order from here the following day. Guess what? Wings came burnt to a crisp. I'll attach picture shortly. You guys have to stop doing this to people. It is not correct. Look at your reviews. Shameful esp bc this is over 6 months of many ppl saying same thing. There's mistakes and there's I don't care. When you burn food yes you lose money, but when you try to sell that to your customer ? It tells us alot about you and the kind of people you are. NOT who I want preparing my food.

Wow. Surprisingly tasty pizza that was served fast and inexpensive.
I took a chance with the ribs and it was worth it!
My friends ordered the wings and said they were good too.
Gem of place.
Definitely will order from here again.

Great pizza and awesome customer service. Our first time we ordered only 1 pizza. We ended up calling 1 hour later for another pizza! It was that fresh, hot and good!

Burger was hella dry. Only good part it was chargrilled!

I just have to say food was great however the delivery was major BS they forgot half the order said he would be back with it and never came back an hour later we see a different delivery guy from them and ask about order he knew nothing about it so we called to have money refunded to our card and was told they would try and that they would not give the tip to driver

Love this place in 6 to 7 miles away but I don't care its so worth it

Took a chance on this place. Website looked decent with pictures of nice pizzas and ect. Pizza was cardboard flat and tasted like it was frozen oven pizza it came dry and kinda over cooked. Pictures on website are no reflection to what they actually have.

I ordered a pizza last week and had to cancel it after waiting 2 hours. Today I tried again. The pizza came in about 15 minutes but the guy who placed my order forgot up hit the pepperoni button so I got a cheese pizza. I called and asked them to fix it and asked if I could get bacon as well for the inconveniences this and the last time and was told no. I asked for a refund at that point and the driver brought me back my money plus the tip I had given so I'll leave 2 starts instead of one because I wasn't expecting that.... I'm also from Michigan so this is not the standard of Happy's I'm used to.

I am not impressed ended up not feeling well after me and my wife ate rib tiblets with nothing but fat was cooked by putting it in the pizza oven and then the banana pudding melted into I am not sure if it was ever safe to serve. Don't waste your health or money beware of the things you eat

This is one of the worst places I have eaten from.i received a menu in the mail but everything I tried to order they no longer sold. After choosing something else for myself and my husband I paid 30. For cold rubbery fries that I couldn't eat a long black hair in my salad. My husband's food was also cold but didn't come with any kind of dipping sauces or even napkins. I'm very disappointed. And still hungry. Salad doesn't usually come with hair as the main ingredient.

unprofessional!! I specifically asked if they delivered to me they said yeah . I get half way into my older , she gone say oh we don t deliver to you !

How the gell I call an order at 4:38pm... they tell me itll be 25 min. Fine. I get there at 5:15 PM they say itll be ANOTHER 10min... 15min later I get my food at 530... 50MIN WHEN I CALLED IN... WTF... Never again.

We ordered last night 3/15/19 at 7:30pm. I asked how long for delivery, she told me approx 1hr. It was 9:15pm when I had to call them. It took at least 20 times before their phone wasn't busy. She said "it's Friday night, so we're pretty busy", she went on to say, "I know it's not an excuse". She proceeded to tell me, our food, is on the way. Finally around 9:45pm our food arrived. Pizza wasn't hot, at all. I ordered the $29 deal. You get a large 2 topping pizza, I paid extra for extra cheese, then you get rib tips, chicken wings, fries & a cookie that's cut for individual servings. The pizza wasn't hot, warm, it was cold. However the rib tips, chicken wings, fries and cookie were good, except they weren't hot either. The pizza didn't have extra cheeses on it, even though I paid extra for it! The prices are pretty good. They have to work on getting a better BUSINESS phone, that can handle many calls, instead of constantly getting the busy signal forever. I'm not sure, if we'd order again from there being it took from 7:30pm to 9:45pm, that's beyond ridicouls, especially since she quoted me 1hr. Food wasn't hot or warm. Pizza had NO EXTRA CHEESE! Delivery took forever, difficult time getting through on the phone. That just might be reason enough to go elsewhere. Or maybe order earlier in the day?

Ordered through Postmates I barely got anything I ordered. Got a large hard dry fries when I ordered large bbq fries. Ordered dipped in bbq sauce chicken strips got chicken strips. I also asked for extra bbq sauce got AIR. With specific instructions. Called them they basically put me on hold no sorry or nothing and told me to call Postmates. This is my 3rd time buying from them and my last every order was a problem but I liked the bbq sauce. But I m done and angry

Very friendly man answered the phone. Ordered extra lg pepperoni pizza with pineapple and jalapenos and a side of original cheescake. Order arrived on time. Delivery man was nice and friendly. Food was clean and delicious. I was told an hour for delivery and it was right on time and still hot. Will definitly order from here again.

the food is great don't get me wrong but they barely answer the phone and their delivery is so slow wish it could of been better I've been calling their number today for over a hour started at 3 o'clock it's after 4 o'clock now like litterly been call back to back to back no answer what type of business is that they have lost my business

Food was good delivery long but worth it and then called to reorder and was placed on hold for at least 6 mins at which point I hung up and called back and when they answered no greeting but placed directly on hold. Cant imagine they are super busy at thurs at 1130 am but how unprofessional - makes me question your other practices as well. Now called a 3 rd time prior to just leaving this review and line goes complete busy signal. Yeah Im good.

Tried this spot nothing Happy about this pizza...order 2 extra large pizza she thought it be funny to cut my pizza in 1 slices all around. Order cajin fries large just to get regular fries.

No tables to sit, just a counter kinda facing the gas pumps to the convenience store. But people do not go there for the "ambiance" - if you need that, downtown Las Vegas is 15 minutes away.

Let's talk food. I got the small ribs, BBQ chicken wings, Fries. Did not get pizza. All were flavorful, hot and the fries were yummy.

I would give it 4 stars, but had better from food trucks on the west side, in which Happy Pizza is kinda located.

Was it scary to eat there? Not for me cuz I got me a killer Afro! But I can see where others without such hair styling might avoid this place - I say, your loss. Come in the day then, order with the app and pick up. They do delivery. Food was good - location maybe no so.

There was a public telephone outside. How do you even work one of those? Do they take quarters? Seriously.

Anyway, West Side has good food.

When calling in to put a order in, they pick up and slap you on HOLD they don't give you a chance to speak not knowing the reason for the call...im on multiple lines and have been on hold for over 10 minutes. no one brothers to come back to the line and give and update..... when I finally got thru there was no delivery person then I was told that customers that called in and did pick up orders has preference over someone calling in to place a delivery order... there is nothing posted saying no deliveries or there's cut off times......VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.....well I will make sure that the drivers/office staff & lot personal from my company wont be ordering from HAPPYS/WHATS SO HAPPY WHEN YOU CAN GET A FREAKING ORDER.

Wow !! very good food ! I am on holiday and wanted to try a fast food restaurant here. So we ordered pizza, wings and hamburger with fries.
The food is DELICIOUS !! and I have nothing to say about the the delivery. It was on time and the girl on the phone was nice.
I will definitely recommend to anyone who want to have a good experience of American food !

Order took over an hour to get to my house, food was mediocre at best. You're better off getting a Hot N Ready from LC's it tastes better than the pizza from this place is a fraction of the price and you can eat actually eat it in a decent amount of time from ordering. Ribs were flavorless and the box was stuffed with fries (no doubt to cut costs)

It takes over 15 mins to cook 4 chicken tenders. They are okay not necessarily go out of my way for them but my job is next door and not many choices in this area.

Update I couldn't even get 1 napkin in my bag that is stapled closed.

Waited over an hour after being told 30 minutes. Pizza was literally cold and not what I ordered. I called and they just kept saying "ok. Thank you." again and again.

Had delivery, when I failed to answer my door quick enough the driver acted like I offended him. The ribs aren't as good as they used to be.

Love their wings, especially the teriyaki ones!! A big thank you to the manager who found my wallet.

This was a horrible experience! I have a food handlers card and I know how food is supposed to come served. I had hot wings that arrived at not even 80 degrees they were lukewarm at best. I had to reheat in oven and pray I didn t get sick after a 2 1/2 hour ordeal with them and Grubhub which ended in me paying in cash. Spoke to manager about horrible customer service rep on phone who lied and told me food was done well before it was complete. Manager said driver wasn t in store and order wasn t made yet employee said it was made. He said he ll start order fresh when driver arrives. Yet driver showed up to my door 15 minutes after me and him got off the phone. It takes that long for the wings to properly fry so I know he lied. The girl even said the pizza was done before I spoke to the manager and I asked why was it done before the wings? Which at first she said they were also done 12min after my wife got off the phone placing the order. We ordered extra cheese it was regular cheese. Will NEVER eat here again and BBB review will follow this review

It was cool, had the 5$ pepperoni pizza n the rib tips n cheeseburger too..3 different meals..but now it's closed..been trying to eat there for a week, phone disconnected or it just rings

Never order from these people they don't care they serve food not fully cooked. The chicken was rubbery and tough and pink. The manager which i was first told there was no manager said bring the food back after it was delivered saying we need proof that's our policy. Poor management and customer service.

Made a order for delivery and they said it would be delivered within the hour, call 2 hours later they said the order had not left the store so I cancel the order and they charge my account away. Call to talk to a manager and I was told to call my bank nothing they could do. Never received any refund.

Best food ever!!! I never want to get pizza and bread sticks any where else from now on!!.. my only negative thing to say is they just need to work a little on their service.

I have had delivery from Happy's since I moved to this city. Although (sorry you guys still love ya) the catfish leaves muuuuuccch to be desired, rib tips, ribs, wings you name it on point. Staff always friendly and courtesy when I call, may take a minute to get your food but it is well worth the way.

My pizza wasn't done bottom soft and soggy, wings had toooo much batter on them, greek salad was disgusting ( iceberg lettuce instead of romaine, black olives instead of the olives listed on menu and Greek dressing was nasty. Peach cobbler canned peaches and frozen crust and banana pudding was just pudding and a few vanilla wafers! Don't offer food that you can't live up to cooking. I won't order from here EVER. One star just to write a review.

Loved it!! Only reason why I tried this: Majority of the reviews who gave this place 1 or 2 stars only complained about the wait time. Not the food was terrible. .
The lady told me it would take 25mins to cook everything.. because they cook it fresh.. and I live a min away. I don t mind the wait, when the food is fresh. Only reason why I gave 4 stars was because some parts of the chicken was tuff.. but overall it was delicious:) Will come back again... Paid $27 for 12 mixed chicken, 2 breads, fries, and 2 cups of Mac and cheese.
