Our family have purchased many new Toyotas from Smithtown Toyota and they have always been very competitive in price, always straight forward and honest with us. Will always shop for Toyoats at Smithtown Toyota first.

It was a pleasure dealing with the people at Smithtown Toyota. Dave M was the salesman and worked with me to get EXACTLY the Rav4 Hybrid that I wanted, color, interior, and options. I waited for the ship to arrive and they delivered it right away.

I dealt with Diego in the finance department to actually take delivery and there was no hard sell to purchase all the delivery add-ons like I've experienced at other dealerships.

Great experience with my sales person Keith...no haggling, just the lowest price, & I got the vehicle I wanted with all the options I requested...even a sunroof which wasn't expected & it didn't cost me anymore than the original price I was quoted.
Great service & support program as well that beats all the competition.

Very Professional service from the greeter to the experienced sales staff and expert finance department. My Wife and I were shopping for a new SUV and had watched many you tube reviews of vehicles as well as visited a number of competitors in the area . We new what we wanted in a new vehicle and Toyota delivered.

Nowhere did we find the professionalism and attention to detail that we found at Smithtown Toyota.The day we looked at a highlander the Dealership was very ,very busy and since we didn't have much time that day we simply toured some showroom vehicles and decided on the Highlander XLE. We decided to return in a couple of days to work out the details.

Before returning to the dealership I spoke with the sales department and our salesman Chris Malerba worked out most of the details for us right over the phone. No nonsense ,just a real nice experience with a salesperson who has great customer service skills and product knowledge which made it a flawless process to get into our new vehicle.

When we picked up our vehicle we were treated to another round of excellent customer service and Had the pleasure of meeting and working with John Farranola . John sped us through the final steps of our lease agreement and tactfully presented our options without the high pressure found in some other dealerships we've experienced in the past.

Our Gorgeous Toyota Highlander XLE (alumina Jade)was ready and waiting and Chris walked us through the operation of all the high tech equipment ,never rushing ,to make sure we understood everything about operating the vehicle. We were told to CALL HIM ANYTIME if we had ANY questions about ANYTHING.

A real pleasure to deal with the staff at Smithtown Toyota and I believe this is where we will buy or lease all of our vehicles from now on . Kudos to dispelling all the negative stereotypes about car dealerships Smithtown Toyota. A job well done . Now I know why you are so busy every time I walk in to your Location. I had a great experience purchasing my new 2019 Toyota Rav4 Limited at Smithtown Toyota. My salesperson, Chris Malerba, made the experience hassle free, pressure free and all around enjoyable. He went out of his way to provide me with print outs of all of my options, he took his time answering all of my questions and he gave me a great price on my car and trade-in. And on top of it all, he is a super nice person. I shopped around at other Toyota dealerships in the area and the sales people were a joke compared to Chris at Smithtown. He treated me with respect, which is something I found lacking at most of the other dealerships. I appreciated the way he did business, and therefore I will definitely buy from him again and highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car.

Purchasing a vehicle is for sure a large expense. The last thing you want is a representative that is pushy and has no clue what he or she are selling. I had such a great experience with Keith Williams from Smithtown Toyota that I not only purchased one vehicle, but I am a repeat customer. Trish was my sales associate and she helped me purchase a 2018 Rav4. She was super helpful and helped me find a car that met my transportation and budgetary needs. Everyone else who I met there in Finance (Keith) and in insurance (Sal) were great and helped me get the most for my money. I had a great experience at Smithtown Toyota and will definately be back next time I need to purchase a car!

I leased my 2016 Rav 4 here in June of '16. Despite getting off to a rocky start due to my own total lack of experience in cars (I had no idea how car prices worked. By the end I did. Learning experience at least, even I feel silly about it all), The staff (and Greg specifically) were more patient than they really had to be in dealing with my total lack of knowledge with car pricing.

I've since gone back for multiple twice yearly checkups and such and haven't had a problem yet. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyata.

The price was extremely competitive and beat another dealer by $2,000.

We needed to replace our Honda Civic Si with a good 4WD vehicle that was an automatic vs standard transmission. As our search evolved we determined that we felt more comfortable with a part time 4WD vehicle which brought us to Smithtown Toyota (where we originally purchased a 1996 4Runner). Everyone we were involved with at the dealership was knowledgeable an listened very well to our needs. We met with Keith Williams who listened to what we were comfortable with and recommended a 4Runner Premium which fits our needs perfectly, part time 4WD and great technology. Also involved with the delivery of the vehicle was Mark Schwartz (Sales Manager), and Jeff Brat worked the finance portion of the deal, both a pleasure to work with. Overall, excellent experience with the delivery of the perfect car for us from the perfect dealer. This dealership knows how to sell cars and treat customers well.

Based on a great experience leasing a 2016 4Runner Premium with Smithtown Toyota we decided to trade in our 2010 Jeep for a second 2016 4Runner Premium in one week. Fortunately, we leased a car from Smithtown Toyota the week prior so we knew exactly what we needed and who to speak with. Once again Keith Williams put us in the perfect car at the perfect price. I purchased my brand NEW Toyota Tacoma from Smithtown Toyota & have used their service department for ALL maintenance, even though I live 25 miles away. On my last visit, I requested that the wiper blade refills be replaced, in addition to the regular maintenance. I was informed that the blades on the truck were NOT genuine oem parts & there would be an additional charge for replacement. When I explained that the truck was purchased NEW from Smithtown, & the blades had NEVER been replaced, Ms. Karakasians repeatedly said that only genuine oem parts were on the truck when purchased - insinuating that I am a liar, which I am not. If this is how Ms. Karakasians, the customer relations rep, treats customers, she needs to change her profession. Perhaps putting diapers on pisser clams.

I just did a lease-end buy out at Smithtown Toyota...

I just did a lease-end buy out at Smithtown Toyota, and I have to tell you, Diego (the Finance Manager,) is aces in my book.
He is honest, laid back, and a real gentleman.
And what he says, is what it is! No pressure tactics, No B.S.
We originally went to Atlantic Toyota, because that's where the car was leased, and OMG! Nothing BUT B.S.
They inflated the interest rate (3 full percentage points... Both thru Toyota Financial, I may add.) They tried to sell us a $2650 warranty to lower the interest rate slightly!? They wanted to charge a $995 dealer fee, and oh yeah... you absolutely CAN buy the vehicle directly from Toyota Financial, despite Atlantic's repeated and emphatic assertions that all buyouts HAD to be done through a dealer.
Fast forward to Smithtown Toyota, and more specifically to Diego. He was honest and straight-forward from start to finish. I initially spoke to him on the phone, and was fully anticipating a "bait and switch" once we were in the dealership. But...It NEVER happened! I was, and continue to be amazed, and somewhat shocked (I've leased and purchased many cars in my life. THIS was the most low key transaction I was even involved in!)
I will sing their praises loud and long, and steer everyone I know in their direction.
Smithtown Toyota made a true fan of me. When the time comes to trade in this car for a new one, I know exactly where we will go to make the deal!
Ya see... Honesty really IS the best policy!

We just purchased a 2019 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid Limited from Smithtown Toyota. As much as we wanted to get a new car, we had been dreading the car buying process. But our entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Right up to the last minute I was ready for the hard sell and "up sell" but it never happened.
Our salesperson Trish Shea was helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. After looking at 2020 s and 2019 s in various trims as well as some used vehicles, we are very happy with the model we ended up with. I credit Trish for helping us to make a decision we were happy with. I would not hesitate to recommend Trish and Smithtown Toyota to any of my friends and they will be at the top of my list when it is time for our next car.

Bought a brand new highlander plus purchased platinum warranty from this place. A musty MOLD smell developed shortly after. When we bought it in to service. They told us the a.c. drain line was clogged. was looking underneath carpet padding. and they would not cover this. underneath was covered in mold. it was unsafe for me to drive in along with my twin babies. Research this topic. (Toyota A.C. drain clog) they have class action lawsuits already in action. and there have been over 800,000 recalls for this.

Michael Bourne was our salesman, he was very knowledgeable on all the Toyota vehicles, especially on the 2018 Corolla LE that I had purchased. I have purchased new and used vehicles in the past, unfortunately I did not purchase any of those vehicles from Smithtown Toyota. Michael was by far the most patient, honest, and professional salesperson I have ever met. Micheal listened to what I needed, and showed me exactly that, he didn t try to oversell me a car that didn t fit my budget and or my needs. I wanted to also acknowledge the rest of the sales team, who welcomed me, and congratulated me on my new purchase. Thank you to everybody at Smithtown Toyota for treating me like family. Worst !!!!! Group of people you can buy a car from they don t honor what they tell you and will do anything to get a sale. I returned my Toyota Prius that I had originally bought from Huntington since these guys were rude at the time. However, giving them the second chance they told me if I got another Toyota they would waive my disposition fee and of course now almost 3 years Toyota calls me up asking for the fee. Spoke to one of their many managers and was told they would look into it and call me back which obviously they never did. After 3 weeks of running back and forth trying to find the same guy finally got him on the phone and he says to me there s nothing we can do. So now I was basically lied into buying another Toyota. Think 5 times before you buy with these people or a buy a Toyota in general! All scams by sales reps !

After being in an accident and having no car and not knowing what to do or where to go for help I was referred to Smithtown Toyota by a good friend and told to ask for Sean Deitz he helped me find something I could afford and told me all my options. He put me In touch with sales women Jillian Arthus she took me through all my options, she took absolute care of me and gave me the best deal I could afford hassle free no pressure at all. I will 100% recommend this dealership to everyone I know they are professional and courteous and understanding and for once I can say this , is looking out for the customers best interest!!! Had every intention of leasing a new 4 door sedan today. Went to Mazda, Honda and then Toyota. Hands down, had the best overall experience at Toyota of Smithtown. Trish, my sales rep, was curtious and very knowlegable about the the products she sold. When she told me she had only been in the business for a few months, I was shocked. Was not your typical pushy car salesman and took the time to crunch numbers with me. Took a little haggling back and forth...but at the end of the day she sold a car and I feel like I got a good deal. It s nice to deal with young, profesional, motivated individuals. The dealership also offers free oil changes, inspections, tire rotations and a yearly wash and waxing. Would recommend Smithown Toyota to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable family vehicle.

I did not like their work ethics. I replaced engine air filter and cabin air filter hours before going in for an oil change. They marked yellow for these two items on the inspection sheet. Apparently they did not bother to actually look at the filter conditions. Spare tire didn't get pumped which can cause inconvenience if I ever get a flat tire.

My purchase went really, really well at Smithtown Toyota. I purchased a beautiful "blue flame" RAV 4 with all the bells and whistles. I love the ride and being able to switch back & forth from ECO to SPORT. Jillian showed me some really cool stuff that can be done in stop and go traffic, with the back up camera and sensor, with the blind spot monitor and the lane detection. She set up my favorite radio and Sirius stations and showed me how to use Apple Car Play. It is so much fun to have a new car with all the great new car options and features.

Great experience working with David Sung! David greatly understood my situation of having a new baby at home and that I didn t have a ton of time to be coming back and forth to the dealership. He was accommodating, got me out of my lease that I was in, and into the Highlander that I wanted. The day I was signing all my paperwork my daughter was sick and he ensured a speedy process of paperwork and that my car was ready to go, he also reviewed the entire vehicle with me in record time and reached out afterwards to see if I had any questions, and also to make it known that I can always refer back to him if I come across anything I have a question with. I highly recommend working with David Sung at Smithtown Toyota! Wonderful experience!

I have bought over 30 from this dealership that being said I really like the sales department, but that's where it ends. The service department is probably the worst of all the Toyota dealers on the island. Every time they work on my cars something isn't done correctly. The final straw was I had an oil change done on my 2016 Tundra back in March my mistake I didn't check the oil afterwards but after 2000 miles my truck was a quart of oil low and the oil was dirty. I change the oil on this truck every 5000 miles and never have to add oil and it's usually still clean what that tells me is that they never changed the oil the last time and they still were paid for it. Another really good example was when I first bought my truck the drivers seat had a seam the was separating as per our agreement they replaced the seat cover but when I picked up my truck the seat was loose the mechanic put the seat in without tightening it up. That was extremely dangerous. I will never bring my cars back to this dealership I will have my cars serviced at Sunrise Toyota from now on. I'm so done!!!

Just bought a Scion XB from John Dias. SO overwhelmingly thankful for his easy sales attitude with just the right amount of persistence. From the sales floor, to the financing dept (Mitch and Jay) everyone was professional without being overbearing or pushy. Unlike some of their competitors in which we were called rude for not wanting their cars. Steve Cannata has a great team and awesome dealership. Keep up the good work, wish I had more cars to buy!

I bought a new Camry Hybrid from this dealer (the dealership was recommended by a friend). Jillian Arthus was my salesperson. She was first rate. Even though new on the job, she was extremely competent. I got a fair deal (though I needed to negotiate hard for it), with a minimum of nonsense, and was treated respectfully. The nonsense part was that JIllian said my estimate of the dealer's cost of the car, which I got from Kelly Blue Book, did not include the $900 charge for shipping that the dealer pays. When I checked, I found that this charge WAS included in the Kelly Blue Book estimate.

When the dealership didn't have the color we wanted, she went the extra mile and got exactly what we wanted from a dealer nearby. After the purchase, Jillian spent all the time needed to show me the features of the car.

Keith, the business manager, was also very professional, and got the numbers right. He also did not pressure me about buying extra insurance for the car. He did, however, mislead me about both my wife and I needing to be on the loan, but it turned out not to matter very much.

All in all, were are extremely satisfied.

Jillian Arthus was a great help. I highly recommend you call and ask for her by name. It will be worth it for the experience of sitting with someone that will NOT give you the typical car salesman BS. Rather she will provide product knowledge and great communication through the process while not being pushy. She provided a very fair price and welcomed smiles through the whole process. As a whole I felt like Smithtown Toyota, and Jillian worked for my business and I left with a good taste in my mouth.

Was initially working with another dealer and it was one frustration after another. Went to Smithtown Toyota and met with Sales mgr. Alex and Salesman Lou Bilous. Immediately they were able find the exact vehicle with all the options I requested. Received a good trade in and good pricing. upon delivery Lou spent a truly decent amount of time going over everything about the vehicle and its tech. Everybody there was very easy to talk with and very accommodating.No pressure and no frustration. I will definitely be buying or leasing from them in the future.
