They were very helpful. Went in to apply for a job.
It used to be a relaxed place to work, but management has been making changes that make it more restrictive than other call centers. Used to be able to have your phone, now you can't even read or sketch. I understand it's work, but when the only thing you do all day is call people who don't want to talk to you, it's frustrating having nothing to take your mind off it. Doesn't help you can hardly get regular hours. Still, the work itself is essentially easy and the staff is generally excellent. Those are the only reasons I'm keeping it 3 stars.

I work there. After 30+ years in the foodservice industry, it's a complete turnaround in lifestyle, which is what I really needed. I work with some pretty cool folks. The atmosphere is all businesses, but in a laidback kinda way.
I think this is the worst place to work because it's full of teenagers that are allowed to keep their phones on them while they're making calls but if you're older you are not allowed to keep your phone on you because it's against their rules if you can't get a lot of surveys done they will criticize you and see your underperforming so my recommendation don't work here unless you want to be miserable.

While job is easy, the scheduling is a massive joke. So inconsistent, unreliable, and very frustrating.
