Most people distrust this company as they just want to make money by turning small issues into big ones. Customer service loses to the hunger for earning more and more money!

very poor service and customer interaction. this place seems like they will just hire anybody off the street to work on your car.

They're scamming people by creating worse problems instead of fixing it. Do not be fooled and just don't bring your car here. Once you leave your vehicle here, there's no guarantee that they would just fix the problem. The thing is, they won't let you get away with just paying the minimum. They want all your money. Be warned.

This company scams you for your money. You get your car in for a little ac problem, then change up every part they can without letting you know first including how much you should be paying. You'll be surprised when they give you the bill upon claiming your car, and if you can't pay you can't get your car back.

Getting my car repaired here was the worst decision I've ever made. The advisors was very good at talking to people. They convinced me to add a bunch of stuff to my repair request. They answered all my queries to the best of their knowledge. I don't know if they really convinced me or they somehow hypnotized me. They were good until they get your money. After you put your car into them they will milk you for more money like a baby until you run out of it. There comes the infinite delays, miscommunicationbetween the employees/technicians, and lastly faulty repairs. They are fixing your car in order for you to come back to them for another repair. Overall, just don't go to them to repair your car.

A total rip-off and scam! I brought my car here with minimal need for repair and ended up fixing a whole bunch of things that were doing fine before I went here. I am certain they did something like breaking those parts so I would need them to get them to repair. What a rip-off! Stay away from this place.

I had the worst experience here! Their service is just the worst. They quote you with a price, then you agree with it. When time comes to pick up your car, you'll be surprised with so many additional charges and fees. When you complain and won't pay for the additional charges, they won't release your car. This story would take too long, so just don't come here for a service.

My car was repaired in January, right before I went on maternity leave, at Midas Alhambra, CA for a new ignition switch, which requires them to take apart the steering system. I called them in February to let Midas know I felt something was wrong and they told me everything was fine. I, not knowing anything about cars, went with it. Now commuting to work every day (100 miles total) my steering felt loose and off and within in a matter of days my entire steering went out! Midas Corporate aka TBC is trying to tell my warranty is out for the ignition switch so there is nothing they can do. So I am getting the word out about how Midas only completes bad auto repairs and can't be trusted! Looks like I will be taking Midas/TBC to Court!

They overcharge you and tell you you have to fix and replace many parts. So I brought my car and have it checked elsewhere, and it was Half the repairs and half the cost this company quoted. Good thing I didn't have them service my car.

If you can take your car to another repair center, please do so to avoid being scammed by this place. I took my car here with a minimal repair need but they came up with such an expensive estimate because according to them, my car needed so and so replacements and repairs. Good thing, I had my Dad with me that time and we didn't get fooled by them. We took our car and went to other repair place to do job.

The reviews here are truth! I thought they were fixing my car but ended up creating more damage than what it has initially. I was furious because I have to pay them for something that they created! They are clearly scamming people and ripping them off. Save yourself from getting scammed and avoid this place at all cost!

Customer service at TBC is A JOKE! took my car to one of the locations they own for a tire change and other small details. They simply ruined my car and when I got in touch with upper management at the Palm Beach Gardens location a lady with an english accent tried to take care of my case but she just made excuses and basically told me there was nothing she could do to help me. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THEIR FRANCHISE LOCATIONS!!! they simply do not cate about customer service but only care about all the hounders of dollars they can get out of your bank account.

This Page and Woodson location in St Louis Mo is a joke. I took my car here and my car which never made any noise ever was sqeeking badly when I came home. The store treated me like crap saying said it my car and my front brakes not the brakes he had recently put on. Mind you he did this in like two minutes never pulled a tire off and wouldn't honor the warranty. I cant believe I was treated like this. He basically laid hands on my car like a faith healer and said its not the work I did you need 240.00 more dollars. So much for a warrenty they only offer to fix it after I filed a complaint ......Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY ESPECIALLY IF YOUR AFRICAN AMERICAN THEY THINK YOU JUST WANT FREE STUFF. I JUST WANTED MY CAR FIXED FROM BAD WORK. I Took my car to the dealer who said my front brakes were fine it was the low quality material that Midas put on my car that was the problem. The head mechanic here can not be trusted.
