Stay away from this company. according to the owner the workers have no right to know their current hours, they have no right to know how many hours they need to fill a contract to get hired onto a company full time. According to the owner any company that wants to hire any of the temp workers need Her permission to do so. you can ask a question about your hours multiple times and be told you have never asked. They talk down to their clients. they will threaten to put them on a no work order if they have to take a day off. which is illegal to do according to the government. If you work for them know you have Rights. you have all right to know your hours and all right to know what you need to fulfill a contract to get hired on full time.
