We were there for a Duval County schools information. PARKING was terrible. NO one was directing traffic (and there was sure a lot of it), you were lucky to get two cars through a light to even get to a parking lot as cars parked across the street so that you were unable to drive on the green light. In the parking lots people parked across the entrances/exits which made many cars have to hop a curb to get their cars out...was absolutely terrible planning. Where were the traffic police when you needed them??? Oh, we did see a couple sitting on a railing, talking and drinking water and watching all the mess on the street!!
Information on the schools, once you made it inside, was very informative. It was nice meeting people from the schools that you think you want your child to go to.

I have been here twice. First time on Thanksgiving weekend for a holiday craft show and the second time in August for a hot tub, what we thought was a convention, weekend. We were looking to purchase and they were looking to sell. So it worked out for us. I find it hard to get there but that could just be me. Each time I went it was clean. I also felt safe because of the security guards walking around.

Was here to participate in the Hunger Fight. Great venue, Well maintained. Parking can be a challenge though. Often you'll have to pay to park.

We go to Christmas in the south here every year. Parking was awful this year due to all the new construction

I went to the premier bridal expo here and was underwhelmed by the event. The convention center was okay. Bathrooms were clean but the space itself seemed pretty small.

It seems like an adequate display area for all sorts of industry, the location was complimentary to the sites needs.

A sad, sad place. When I last visited for the Home Show, the ceiling was leaking throughout the venue and trash cans were everywhere catching water. Not a good look.

Parking staff was more than OUTSTANDING! Bathrooms dark & dirty. Urine & feces on toilets, countertops w/dried soap & litter. Dark inside Train show. Smokers allowed by doorways! Even going into the building Gross! 1st impression yuk! Wanted to use Monorail but wasn't sure if operational. No schedule posted or signs for access. The 4 stars is for parking staff & police.

It's so big if you don't go in the right entrance you'll do a lot of walking.

The staff and if it still these were fantastic the vendors will all cordial. The ATM did run out of money. That's a new one on me. I still think they charge too much for water. It is Water by the way. Or they should just at least do us the decency of having cold water fountains.

We traveled here to attend dinosaur quest. Our boys absolutely loved it!!! We loved the dinosaurs and the staff only wish the bouncy houses weren't outside under the sun (tent). The heat was horrible outside, inside was perfectly cool.

Building is very historic...but the traffic can be bad getting in and out

Fantastic place for a convention, we went here for the auto show. The centre is a former train station and still retains many of the elements from that time, such as, ticketing booths, seats, lounges and stops for the trains. A lot of history here and it is well maintained. Bathrooms were clean and staff were incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the place eager to share.

Attended the Jax quilt show here. They always put on a great show. One thing they usually do is put benches out for people to rest on when walking through the quilt exhibit. This year they didn't. It was much harder to make sure you could sit down if needed without them. Please put them back.

Took my kids to see Jurassic quest there. Very big facility. Food a little expensive.

I love this time of year ,with Christmas made in the south. Nice and clean

Went to the 2018 Jax Boat Show...wow. For a warmer weather climate area, I was expecting bigger boats - especially bc it was partially outside. Overall, it was ok.

They always have interesting shows here. Always something to do

Went to boat show. It was fun, lots of small center console fishing boats. Biggest boat i saw there was 30ft. Wish they had more variety. Was hoping to see some landing craft style boats like Munson. No sailboats or big cruisers or large off shore fishing boats.

$8 to work in a nasty dirt lot, snack bar for shows is horrible

Went to the Southern Women's show had a great time.

Went to the Senior Expo. This is my second year. It is so informative. Look forward to going and taking friends each May.

Historic location and getting better as the connecting neighborhood redevolps into urban lofts. Current construction around the Prime Osborne is slightly problematic but not too bad. I expect this to be a 4 star plus location with in a year

Home & Patio Show was disappointing to me this year not as big as it usually is.

Love the people I work with and the excitement of each event

I been there for a week....food is great and service they provide is at a professional level and building is clean and safe. Security is everywhere

Went there for the Southern Women's Show. Enjoyed seeing all the products and venders.

My husband and I went to the Fall Home and Patio show after Hurricane Irma struck Florida. Made some contacts with roofing companies.

I Love going to the Florida Eucharistic Congress! the Prime Osborn Convention Center is the perfect place for the Florida Eucharistic Congress.

Probably the coolest convention center type space in Jax

It is ok. It's actually disappointing from the prespective of a large city venue. It is what it is. Doesn't have the city a competitive edge vs other large cities. We can do a lot better, as city.

Have went to many events here over the years I have lived in Jacksonville. Always clean, have plenty of parking and workers are usually friendly.

It was my first time going I did not know that the place was that big inside. It was very nice.

St Vincent's Riverside Hospital Medical Mission at Home was a huge success to help our community

Needs to be coverted back for railroad . As a convention center it's pretty lame.

Very nice venue for an event small or large also this venue was an old railroad terminal converted into a convention Center very nice used in the 70s and 60s as seaboard coast line railroad station

Alot of space! Concerts, conventions, weddings......

Great convention center but a little hard to find if you are not from the area

Could use some landscaping to spruce things up a bit, other than that great place to host events.
