Security is a pain in the butt and unnecessary. Could not understand announcer. Great game. Only will go there when absolutely have to. Fees are ridiculous, food was horrible and overpriced. Could not locate any handicap seating

The place in Shreveport/bossier for national talent acts. Have never been disappointed with a show yet. Security is good, drink/good prices and taste at events are average, no re entry and no large bags

Went to a concert here. Loved the free parking. Wasn't too awful getting out after the concert. The food and drinks were expensive as expected but it was well ventilated and mostly cool during the event. Was a great experience for a first time concert!

Had floor seats which are usually very good seats, but seats were jammed together, even though there was enough room to at give two inches between people and their butts. I had to remove phone from my hip because lady next to me kept pushing into my bone. Food and drinks of course as expected.

We attended a great concert there! Staff was friendly and welcoming, lines moved SO fast. We were a little disappointed in the screens. We are used to big jumbotron sized screens so that was a little disappointing but overall a super low stress evening and we felt like guests. Thanks for the southern hospitality.

The R&B Super Jam Concert feat Tyrese with 702, Donnell Jones, KC, Ginuwine, and Avant was Great! Tyrese, Ginuwine, and KC were the show! However, I didn't appreciate how the production staff was rushing the performers off the stage and threatening to turn off their microphones etc. This was my 1st time attending a concert at the CenturyLink Center, the building is nice but the atmosphere was okay, could have been the weather.

We saw Martin Laurence and several other comedians. The place was pacted to the brim and there was no trouble except the heavy traffic exiting. Big fun, great concessions, and clean restrooms! We will definitely go again!

Free parking is great, but that means there s no parking attendants. When we tried to leave after the concert we sat in our parking spot for AN HOUR, no one could move. A FULL HOUR. And I get it, I know it s hard to get out of a sold out place. But if you had someone helping with parking you wouldn t have a huge traffic jam where no one can move at all!! Also, there were people in line with us who paid for VIP but were handicapped and instead of letting them in and taking the elevator up, security made them wait until the regular doors opened bc they said they HAD TO TAKE THE STAIRS OR THE LONG RAMP when this person was CLEARLY NOT ABLE TO DO SO. That s unacceptable.

For a small stadium this place has everything you'd need. Plenty of consession areas with typical stadium food options. The seats aren't the best, but they're not terrible either, but they're at least cushioned with a back and not bleacher style. I've only been here for monster truck shows and can't vouch for how it's set up for concerts or other sporting events, but keep in mind that it's small. You could probably fit at least 6 of these stadiums inside the Superdome.
