Really nice venue for our Convention. "Be Courageous" Regional Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses. Take a jacket...no lack of cooling in this place. Seats are comfortable, tho a bit tight between rows if you have to get up.

One of the higher priced sections, the back wall section that directly faces the stage, has an excellent view of the lights but terrible sound quality. So if you are going for a concert dont sit there! Sit anywhere else.

We had several disable senior citizens with us attending a high school graduation. The century link had ONE just One elevator... So these family members stood entirely too long waiting to get down to the groud level too leave. Not a place for senior citizens or disable people. We could see the frustration in their faces. They have to do better.

Your employee Marie Vinson is the most racist person ever encountered on any social platform.
I think you guys should advise her not to plaster you guys business all over her social media account along with her racism.
Makes you guys look real bad
It doesnt take but one search to figure out what type of people you as an employer are hiring.
This is not the first comment in this comment section I've seen from her but its extremely distasteful.

While I agree that the CenturyLink Center is a good venue. Decent size, without being too big. My problem is with the "lottery". I arrived at the center HOURS early to get tickets to an event. I was the first person to arrive, and a while later other people joined me. We all stood in line patiently. Then approx 60 mins prior to the time tix were to go on sale a lady walks out to tell us they were doing a "lottery" so that it would be fair. Excuse me, fair? Now, why didn't they come outside to tell us that 3 maybe 4 hours prior? We could have left, had breakfast, and returned! I'm the person that took off work, woke up early, and came to their facility instead of using Ticketmaster. Well turns out, that doesn't matter. I went from being first to being 30th. And you can't choose your seat nor section. You HAVE to choose whatever is next best available seats. Were they using Ticketmaster? If your event is a big event, you can get better seats using Ticketmaster and their fee is worth it for better seats. I got out of line and got better seats from Ticketmaster than the people who were in front of me in line. The lottery should only be used for crowds that are too big to manage, or crowds that are hard to control. We were civilized and standing in line like adults, but were treated like children.

Could have been better. Some yellow shirts didn't want to do their job while others did. If your on break then go on break or get off the floor so people won't bother you. People are trying to find their seats and you don't want to help because your on break, ok cool I can respect that. But don't hang around knowing people are going to ask questions(because you have a yellow shirt), you're just causing confusion and waisted time. Oh and will call is a joke. What's the point of will call if you have to stand in line with others who didn't purchase tickets ahead of time. There should be one side of the office box all dedicated to will call and let the other side be dedicated to those purchasing tickets the day of. Making everyone get in a single line (that's excessively long)while the show has already started isn't fair in my opinion.

This venue was absolutely great. Beautiful acoustics perfect for a rock show. There was also plenty of space for vendors. Lots of food and alcohol being served and still plenty of space for the merch tables. Security was quick and efficient. I felt safe and found my seats with ease so that I could focus on the show that I paid to see.

I went to the center as a coach for the LHSAA state wrestling tournament. The security on the floor were by far the worse staff I have ever seen at any event. They were rude and hostile our wrestler's families and they did not allow parents and coaches to take pictures of their kids on the podium. At first they didn't allow the teams that won state to go on the floor to receive the trophy until the head of security informed his staff that the state champion teams had to receive their trophy. The head coach's wife wasn't allowed on the floor to take pictures with her husband after driving 5 hours from New Orleans earlier that day to be with him. I finally convinced one of the guards to let my girlfriend in to take a picture with me and the 1st place trophy and she was allowed in at first then another guard finger wagged her over and then asked her to leave. The staff is very unorganized, rude, and ignorant to the nature of the event. I wish I could give less than one star. Not a place for a family event.

The monster truck shows are awesome, even if it's a small arena. But I have to give it three stars because the seats are so dang small and close together once you're seated there is absolutely zero way to get up and pass people to use the restroom or move at all. I would go to literally every show if they just fixed the seating.
