SMG/CenturyLink Center Review

Very good concerts come through this place. Im a big guy, the seats are comfortable for a show. Im tall. Not fat. If your a rounder guy, may not be as comfortable. I worry that my knees may hit the person in front of me in the back of the hea d. Be careful crossing and uncrossing your legs.

My group performed there. Very friendly concierge staff, not so much to be said about the building staff who was short and not so friendly. Housekeeping was just ok. Concourse set up was a bit awkward.

Not a huge venue. They use TV's to make seeing entertainers easy from balcony. They don't however have handicapped access to balcony and I saw several people fall on the stairs.

I attended a graduation at CenturyLink. Overall it's a good venue. The maximum purse size they allow is 6"x9"; advance notice (signs) posted around the parking lot would have eliminated many women returning to their cars to store oversized More

The CenturyLink center is not only a great place to experience good entertainment, but also is a great place to work. The administrative staff does an outstanding job coordinating these events, and are always striving to create an exciting and safe environment for the patrons to enjoy their entertainment. Keep up the great work, Centurylink Center Staff!!! Your efforts are not going unnoticed.

Great Venue for concerts. But be prepared for a long wait to get out of the parking lot.

went to a dance recital here and several concerts. food and drink prices outrageous...but overall always have fun.

Large parking lot with plenty of light. Clean and first class venue

Good seating and service but the acoustics of the arena and sound system are terrible. Can't tell what the singer is saying and it was loud and distorted with lots of feedback.

I like going to concerts here the only thing is like everywhere else afterwards its hard to get out !

God help you if you are handicapped and have a hard time walking no handicapped spaces left, nobody bothered having a shuttle to help me get to venue then had to climb stairs multiple times due to staff that couldn't properly guide you to your seat. Sound in this place sucks won't go to any concerts here in the future.

Went to this venue to see the Foo Fighters. The venue was spacious and clean. Clean bathrooms are a must for an event this big. There were plenty of food and beverage vendors to choose from and plenty of space for the ample merch tables. Parking was spread out but it's not a big deal.

SO TERRIBLE!!!!!! Took so long to get into the building and to leave the Parking lot. Almost an hour for each!!! Needs MUCH better directing on both parts. I ve never experienced this at any concert I ve ever been to. So awful, will not be back here ever again

Free parking, concession prices are good, many people volunteer to work the concession stand and their pay goes to what ever group they are affiliated with. Some better seats would be nice.

This is a great venue for concerts and many other awesome events!

Great music venue. Security staff outside not too friendly. Like all venues these days, you can't bring any bags in bigger than a dollar bill. Great concession selection. Parking a different matter: easy to get in, hard to get out. Indoor security staff is very good, helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. At a recent concert, my Seats were at the very top of the arena. I have to use a cane because of replaced hip and knee. The security person that was standing there said she could change my seats for me. She took me to a section 2 levels down with a perfect view of the stage and no climbing stairs. Definitely give her a rating.

It was great. Couldn't ask for a better place to be. It was clean and spacious.

It's wonderful had a blast it's well worth the money has everything u can think of and the staff was so helpful

Always has great events. Traffic after the event's over sucks but I feel like that's everywhere like this.

Went to the circus and have been to several concerts at CenturyLink. Very nice venue. Clean bathrooms, quick alcohol lines, great concessions (try the popcorn!).

I don't know. I hate climbing all those stairs. And the seats are too close. But there no other option.

Easy to access. Air circulation was great. Was an attendee at the Love Never Fails J. W. Assembly

Great venue, really nice. Will visit again for other shows and concerts. Plenty of parking and the facility is really nice.

The Lauren Daigle concert was amazing! Volunteering for Child Fund was a great experience!

Saw the Shrine Circus on Sunday and it was amazing!

We had a great time at the Winter Jam mega concert. The facilities were nice which added to the experience.

Easy to navigate, well laid out, have been to many shows, have had a great experience every time.

Really enjoy the CenturyLink. Cirque du Soleil was excellent and having the crowd surround the stage made it feel intimate. The restrooms are always clean and the staff is very helpful when your trying to find your seat. Parking is ample however, trying to leave is a challenge. Just not efficient at getting the crowds out. Overall a great place to see a show!

This is a very nice facility for large events. My only issue was that there could be more stalls in the ladies room at the main entrance.

Excellent spacious venue for graduations. Seating was tight. Did not like that they had no food vendors and the ceremony was long. Great parking.

Total BS on their rule about purses. After they rummaged through my nearly empty purse, I was told to put it in my car. I had a case for my glasses, a wallet, keys, medicine and a phone.

The show was great. I just hate that the rude employee was on a power trip while other women went through other lines with full size bags.

The arena was clean and the A/C perfect. However were comfortable shoes you will walk up many stairs

Shows here are great! Pretty good acoustics and I haven't really ever had a bad seat.

As our only large scale facility you have no choice but to attend desirable events here. However, their prices on concessions are unreasonable. I personally believe this contributes to their lack of ability to establish a desirable profit margin. Their concession stand is staffed with volunteers so their overhead is decreased. I also understand they are returning a portion of profits to those groups. Overall I feel the facility would benefit from reevaluation of its operating procedures as a whole.

Our church had Easter Sunday services at this venue. Parking was good. The sound was super. We had an excellent view from our seats.

Went to see Harlem globetrotters had a great time wit my son will be going again

Wasnt very close but could still see well and hear everything.

Century Link was easy to get around. Pink was outstanding... the lady is fearless. Loved it all.

Disney on Ice was great. My only complaint was the flow of buses going in and out was tremendously slow. There has to be a more efficient way to load and unload the kids. (I was driving a bus for the field trip.)

We were seated in Sec124,Row Y seats 26,27. View of the screens, everyone on the stage was a blur from our seats. My mom had a problem downloading her tickets but a great old lady with superb customer service helped her. Short white lady, with white hair. She gets 10 stars,she walked us upstairs to customer service. The contractors they have serving liquor gets 0 Stars for the mixed drinks. They were $16 a daiquiri with no liquor in them. They were so sweet I couldn't drink it all. I don't recommend not will I ever purchase again. Straight Rip off. We go to concerts all the time and purchase drinks. We have never purchased a double shot of syrup instead of alcohol. CenturyLink Venue 4 Stars, Customer service at entry 4 Stars, drink booths,No Stars it should be illegal to do what they did. Selling frozen drinks with no alcohol and charging you $16. The positive, you won't get us EVER again.

The greatest. No words can describe how great I think this place is.

They need more than one small elevator. We went with someone who couldn't climb all those stair to enter. The elevator line was over an hour. The rest of our party took the stair case inside.
