There HAS to be a way of screening people for contraband that is more efficient. Entirely too long of a line to enter for graduation to screen that many people with handheld wand metal detectors. Buy walk through ones, and then wand the ones that go off. I agree with security, but dang. An hour to go in?

Good setting, prices reasonable for that type of setting and temperature good. The only issue was very crowded exits after leaving with no traffic control. Left people sitting in cars for very long time, with no movement, to get out of parking lit.

My brother & I came here for the LIT AF Tour hosted by Martin Lawrence & I had a great experience. Enjoyed seeing all the comedians. Easy to find seats however leaving was a bit of an headache due to traffic of people and cars but that's expected. Seats were perfect for viewing pleasure.

Really not happy going to this center for my religious convention. It is hard to maintain my focus with such advertisements and decorations as well as poorly working facilities. Will definitely not return to this place.

1. Terrible for those who cannot climb steps. Handicap access ramp is very steep with 8-10 switchbacks going up the hill. Really feel sorry for anyone helping to push a wheelchair up, or control a wheelchair coming down. Anyone designing a building on a hill should be required to walk this ramp/ push an adult up/down in a wheelchair/walk it using a walker or crutches to learn what not to do when designing handicap access.
2. This venue does not allow any camera with a detachable lens inside. Not even for events that are not professional performers, such as high school athletic competition. They define these cameras as "professional" cameras.

Packed in like sardines in uncomfortable seating. Terrible acoustics. This is the typical problem with huge arenas. Not to mention the over priced concessions. Security is excellent. Empty your pockets everything goes through XRAY and metal detectors, plus you're checked with hand wands. Enjoy if your favorite artist means so much to you.

Saw Chris Stapleton perform here last night 8/24/19 and the evening was good until the end, they trapped us in the building after he was done performing and would not let anyone leave. They had people standing at each exit door holding them closed. The entire arena was full and all those people were trapped in the hallways like sardines trying to leave. It was a very uncomfortable feeling and went on long enough people started to panic and talk about shoving the workers out of the way. I would imagine this was a breach of fire code or local law for sure, I would hope anyways.

The concert itself was put on very well and enjoyable. Beers were $11.00 each and mixed drinks were similar, did not see prices of food.
