So discovered Amplify products had a apple lightning cable going cheaper than normal price. So i bought 2....ok they work, but VERY VERY slowly...again the chinese just cant get it right...i have subsequently thrown both away...that rubbish!

I had the mishap of buying one of their connex laptops which is an unknown brand, and you can only buy missing features from them only. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!!!I've come to their business area, where I was sent on a chicken run around, I've eventually had to try and purchase it online so that it gets delivered. Even now I need to wait for them because they are still STOCK TAKING. Tell me, how is this my problem? I just wanted to get a connex laptop charger. One simple thing. I might have to wait the whole year by the looks of things. Oh I've tried to call them and it's one transfer to another. I'm disgusted by such POOR service.

If I could give you zero stars I would! POOR SERVICE! I am still waiting for my connex charger to be despatched. I phone numerous times and every time they had some kind of excuse. I paid for the charger middle April. Madelein Botma.
I lost my drone remote between the rocks at sea while trying to take some nice videos with my Volcano drone. I contacted SMD and was super surprised by their customer service. They were fast and so professional! I will recommend them to anyone. Within 3 days after my first contact I was flying again!

Shocking service from them. Ordered and paid for products through bidorbuy on 1 December and still did not receive it after I was assured that they will deliver it and not through a courier company. Waited hours for delivery only to find out they have to use RAM to deliver. 2 days before Christmas, no presents for the kids. Thank you SMD for ruining Christmas!!!
What amazing service from the repairs/support team! A huge fan of Volkano products.....had an issue with a product (1st time) and went to the depot for what I thought would be a quick fix. Within a matter of 20 minutes to test the product I was given a replacement unit. No fuss, no mess! Thank you SMD and Sinele for your prompt, efficient, friendly and effective service.
I really had poor service from this company. The call centre all gave ambigious information. And the product is still under warranty. Manager nowere to be found. Handed in product for repair with no feedback on to when it will be returned...
Extremely poor quality product. My brand new laptop barely lasted 2 years. I wish I had bought another brand, I will never buy the Connex line of laptops ever again.
