They are one of the worst companies in terms of customer support, after covid-19 lockdown was lifted, i called them to ask for razer huntsman elite availability as they are the official dealers, but they told me it was out of stock, when i asked about it from a different salesperson, he told me he will check, but never got back to me, and cited the reason, he was busy with other clients (so im not a client?) and forgot about me, he then told me one piece was available, but after again ignoring me, i had to call for an update and he told me they had sold it online.

afterwards, when i used to call them in intervals of week, becuase im a gamer and i really needed the keyboard, they started ignoring me, yesterday evening, i called them up, they told me that tommorrow (i.e. today the day i'm writing the review) they will have it in stock, today when i called them up, first they ignored my call, then i called on the landline, they picked up, and then when i asked them status of the keyboard, they laughed at me.

is that how you treat your customer? i was gonna buy a whole gaming pc setup tfrom you, the best money had to buy, but now ill make sure, none of my friends buy from you, and i'll make sure i dont buy a single part from you.

now i am buying my keyboard online, also, today they called me up in the morning, i told them all the problems, still no reply from them, they are the worst.
