UPDATE: I can see the owner has replied stating it was only delivered 2 days ago, this is incorrect, the order was delivered 7 days ago.
I also see they are claiming I didn't give them 3 business days to reply, this is false, they have had over 5 business days to respond to my original query.
They have since emailed me stating they've never seen any emails from me, yet replied quoting a different PayPal account that they would only be able to reference if they had read my original email and seen the order number.
This is deeply unprofessional.

I purchased a be quiet Dark Power Pro 12 power supply from them, unfortunately it was sent with the wrong UK power plug, meaning that I cannot use it.
I have tried contacting them by phone, using the online contact form and by email and have had no response in over a week.
After doing more research, it appears this is a common problem, SmartTeck will ignore any emails, phone calls or support requests that raise any issues or concerns.
If you look on Google, Trust Pilot and other review websites, the owners will feign ignorance by claiming it's not their problem and you have to contact the manufacturer for support, or they will claim you are a fake account looking to damage their business.
This is also contrary to what their website states, which says you have 30 day 'hassle free' returns to return a product for a replacement, refund, or additional support.
It is also illegal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which states consumers have 14 days to return items to the place of purchase for a refund, replacement, or additional support.
I have since resorted to just buying the necessary cable that is required, it should be here in a few days and hopefully the power supply will work and there won't be any further issues.
Thankfully, I paid with PayPal, so if there is an issue, I will be able to dispute the payment and get my money back.
If you do buy from SmartTeck, which I would advise against, expect no customer support in the event of an issue, not even a ticket number or generic no-reply email acknowledging your support request has been received.
I would also strongly recommend that if you do purchase from SmartTeck, use PayPal or a credit card, that way you have PayPal's buyer protection or can issue a chargeback or make a claim under Section 75 on a credit card.
I always try and support smaller businesses if I can, and unfortunately SmartTeck is a small business I will now be avoiding.
Finally, I realise SmartTeck will probably reply to this review stating that I've never ordered from them, that I have the wrong company or they will reply stating I'm some fake account who is trying to damage their business.
