Having only known the drama that went along with spending a day or more at dealerships to buy a car, I decided to take a shot at leasing a vehicle for the first time. I really didn't know what to expect of the process or how to go about it, so I just filled out a couple of online interest forms and waited to be contacted. Kelly was the first to call me and I must say I'm extremely happy that she was. While on the phone she asked me what I was looking for - my answer, "I don't know." She went on to ask me some general questions about needs and wants that, in my opinion, didn't paint a very good picture for her. However, she took what little information I provided her regarding what kind of car I wanted, the in need of some serious TLC late model vehicle I was driving, and the challenge of a less than ideal credit score declaring, "If all goes well, I'll have you be in a new car in the next 24-48 hours". This, honestly, scared me a little - I wasn't used to the process being SO easy to get through and the possiblility of follow-up happening SO immediately. But that's exactly how things went and Kelly delivered with style. I am now the proud leasee of a fully loaded, flashy 2013 VW Passat, hands-down the best car I've ever had in my time as a driver. The cost minimally impacts my household budget and the terms truly do "give the freedom to drive it like you own it". My visits to dealerships are OVER! From now on, this is the only way I'm going about getting a new car...Thanks Kelly, you're the best!
