I have written several reviews in my time but it has always been because of poor service, poor quality, or substandard customer service. This is my first positive review as I am compelled to express just how great my car purchases were with Smart Lease (Especially Kelly Elliott) and the way it made made me and my wife feel. I would not even write a review if the service or experience was what I expected, this was by far the best and easiest EVER. Kelly made it extremely simple with her above average communication skills which is the reason we returned to her 6 months later and purchased our second vehicle. Since our experience, we have sent several of our friends to her with the same positive results. Kelly lived up to my hype and our friends shared our thoughts that they will never step foot in a dealership again to purchase a car. Great job Kelly and Smart Lease!!
