I like that we have a local healthy socially conscious shop in St. Catharines. I have tried one of their muffins and donuts and unfortunately they are dry and crumbly not to mention overpriced for what you get. You can go over to Beechwood Donuts for a vegan donut for less and it's tasty. I think the juice craze is on its way out too as people learn that juicing takes away the fibre which your body needs and is converted right to fat by the body than eating fresh whole fruits & veggies. Also their charcoal latte I ordered came luke warm.
