I dealt with Robert Foster who was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to assist me as I didn t have all the information to hand straight away following an accident. He extended his working hours and called me back twice after he should have finished work for the day. He ensured he chased up the recovery vehicle for me and gave me updates. Then he waited while I found the information I needed once I got home. He made a stressful day much easier and saved me ringing various companies, he sorted the lot! Huge thanks

This week I had my first ever car accident. The last 24 hours have been filled with stress and anxiety. After phoning up my insurance company; I was signposted to Slater Gordon Solutions Motor to deal with the non fault claim. The customer advisor Eddie , provided second to none customer service, ensuring that all my needs were catered for and he explained in depth the process that would take place.
I was really taken back by Eddie s attention to detail and genuine effort to help me get the deserved result.
A hire car is arrivig tomorrow after just coming off the phone to a second advisor Emily , who was also very helpful.
SGSM and in particular Eddie, have really taken a weight off my shoulders and hopefully the rest of the process will run as smooth as it has so far.

After our car was written off while parked and unattended, Slater Gordon, acting for our insurance company, provided a very efficient service. We had our broken car removed speedily and efficiently, a good hire car by 0900 the following day and received the cheque from our insurers within 3 weeks. I cannot fault the service provided so thanks to all concerned.

Too big, too greedy,too many bottle washers acting as cooks, no clue on customer service, no communication skills to speak with and advise customers of their legal rights to a car. Weak manangement, you will never be able to speak to them as they hide behind others. I do not know why they exist, no wonder this industry has a bad name and will get worse. God save us from these people. They treat customers like idiots as they want to control you and your claim on their conveyor belt in thier processes handled by unqalified staff.

Cannot fault the service I received after my car was hit by a van. Something that I thought was going to be stressful turned out to be a very easy going time in a not so easy circumstance.

Communication was great. Responses to emails were second to none and I can't thank Mr Matt Carey enough.. what a credit you are to Slater Gordon.

Im on my 3rd case handler within a year and its me who is chasing them as they promise to return my calls but dont bother and when you do get through to someone they have no idea what is going on. Following a non-fault accident was directed to "Slater Gordon". I explained to the Adviser the circumstances of the incident and requirement for repairs to my car. In addition I also told him that I needed a vehicle to use whilst these were carried out.
The Adviser I spoke to was most helpful, quickly understanding what I required explaining the process that would follow. He arranged the replacement vehicle and answered the questions I raised.
I found the service excellent at a time when things were a little traumatic.
Happy to endorse this Company.

Awful company! I went a week without a hire car because they 'couldn't get a response' from the other insurer, so i had to do that myself and had no problem getting a response from them. They didn't pay the last part of my payment on time and waited until I had to chase them again! No communication throughout, I had to chase them constantly, oh and they're quite happy to take money from your account without letting you know first. Jokers!

With all the stress associated with the damage and stress in the accident, I was lucky enough to find Mr. Artur Lelek, who answered all my questions with a stoic calm. He honestly informed me about everything that was going to happen, about the next steps in the proceedings, about the time of implementation. He immediately took the problem of the replacement car from my head. I am very impressed by the professionalism and professionalism at my disposal. The magnitude of empathy he showed made me finally calm down.
Starting from the Ladies who insured me in the Pol Plan and redirected to Slater Gordon Solutions, Motor is in "good hands".

I had a very disappointing experience where another person damaged my vehicle and tried to deny it although there was a witness.
Going through the process with the staff at Slater Gordon took out all the stress! They listened and when I rambled they took me through everything step by step ensuring that I understood everything!
I felt really taken care off and valued and all of my fears and frustrations where managed carefully and professionally.
I would recommend Slater Gordon to anyone and commend their staff training, dealing with all types of customers and people is what I have been doing most of my life and SGS have customer down to a T!!!

Avoid this company, my car has been sloppily repaired And for a month I have been struggling to improve my car. 02.01.2019 I sent a quote for correcting my car on the same day I received information from the team that this quote was sent to engineer A after 2 dishes I contacted the engineer And he told me that from 27/12/2018 there is no information from the slater Gordon Solutions motor. Liars avoid their great bow. I have very bad experience with this company.

Cannot rate the service provided to me this morning highly enough after getting nowhere with RAC insurance got through to JAMES BLANEY at SLATER GORDON SOLUTION and was dealt with superb knowledge and respect and manners.Was on the phone for about 40 minutes but left after having all my queries answered. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company if all it's employees are as curtious and well trained as James 1st rate service from start to finish.Same couldn't be said of RAC

Wasted my time from start to finish, initially made out I had to do nothing as I was hit so it will be no hassle and it was for my time then out of work I'd be compensated, then changed to having an appointment for injury assesment even though I had no injury and all very suggestive as to what I should say without directly saying it. Left it as wasted my time with no return of calls wasnt happen with how it was proceeding only to have a letter through stating they think it's my fault now even though my insurance are 100% on my side. Told them to stick it where the sun doesn't shine. No wonder the government is cracking down on bandit firms like this.

Not only did he help me emotionally but massively helped me in my circumstance. Useless bunch of Muppets, no-one calls back, no-one ever knows what stage the claim is at. They really are the worst. We finally agreed a contract repair and the company to do it...2 days later get i get call to arrange a settlement payment!!!! Stay well away, I'm straight to the Financial ombudsman service once my car's been fixed. Never experienced such poor customer service in my life!

I have been with Adrian Flux insurance for a few years and they have been very good, but all they have done is take money from me (premiums). Recently someone drove into my car causing minor damage. They admitted liability straight away and their insurance company agree but Adrian Flux / Coplus and Slater Gordon have caused nothing but problems! They are a company run by total idiots who think it's fine to put you on hold for ages, lose information, record information incorrectly and ask you the same questions over and over again! They have done nothing to make the situation better and it appears everything to add complications - it makes me wonder if they get more financially the longer the claim goes on?! I will not be using any of the above companies EVER again!!

My car was hit by an articulated lorry while I was sat in my car in a car park ripping off the front bumper of my car making it undriveable. My wife is disabled and it left me in a very stressful situation as it was vital that i had transport and left me wondering how I would manage the situation. I need not have worried as within minutes I was contacted by Slater Gordon Solutions who arranged for the collection of my car the same day and arranged for a courtesy car to be provided within 24hours. The level of communication was outstanding and I was kept informed and regularly updated of the current status of the claim throughout the whole process. Not once did I have to contact them or chase them at any time. It made the situation stress free and so much easier to handle. My car was returned to me within 10 days ahead of the date I was originally advised off. The receptionist who I dealt with met every one of my requests, in fact she exceeded them. Never before have I had the pleasure of dealing with a company that has been so customer focused in providing such exceptional customer service. The standard of the repair work was to a very high standard and the car was even given a valet. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to deal with a motor claim. I have only given them a 5 star rating as the system will not let me rate them any higher. My thanks to everyone who was involved in dealing with my claim and the repair of my vehicle.

If you are approached by this company after you've had an accident, do not use them. My experience of them is THE worst experience of customer service I have ever experienced!. After 2 years (they promised me it would take 6 months) of dealing with them, I have escalated to a line manager who 1. made no attempt to apologies for the poor service, 2. Promised to review my file and update me in a week 3. 4 weeks later, not only has she not responded but won't reply to me emails.

Avoid these like the plague. They don't deserve your business! They don't care about you or your case, they will just treat you like a number.

There are a number of alternative companies that are smaller but provide the same solutions for a lot less. I have not read one positive review about Slater Gordon and only wish that I had looked at the reviews before proceeding with them.

We are a small business and when my husband had his van written off through no fault of his own, our insurance company didn't want to know us as we were only third party ft, this was our only option when setting up the business.
Slater Gorden have been fantastic and taken a lot of stress away from us from start to finish.
Everything was resolved in 11 days, they arranged a hire van to keep my husband working.
Excellent customer service's from everyone that dealt with us, we cannot thank you enough.

Missed a call January 18th and by the time I had got home, it was too late to call them. Their IVR and website state they are open on Sundays 10-5. This is not correct. Every time I have called them after 10am I'm greeted with a message saying "we are currently closed" followed by the opening hours in which I am calling during. Not sure who these guys are but not a great first impression.

From the first call to Katie, then Stevie, Jonathan, Michael to my last one today with Jay, but the person I'd like to thank the most is Kevin, he's e-mailed and called to keep me as updated as possible even though the garage where my car was being repaired kept moving the goal posts as to the date of my car being ready. Despite not being at fault in a motor accident, we have had to chase Slater Gordon at every stage of our case, they have lost details of our case repeatedly and ignored our requests to allow the driver of the other car to pay rather than using his insurance. I wouldn't use them at all!

I was in a frightening car accident 4 weeks ago at no fault of my own. In which both my car and the defendents car were written off.

Slater and Gordon Motor Solutions were giving me a pay out for my vehicle which I was under the impression it was coming in the first couple of weeks. I had not received anything and was getting very worried as I had just put down a deposit for my new car!

I rang back up and honestly feel so lucky to have got through to Holly Bramwell. Holly was so efficient, helpful and understanding. She had chased up my payments and gave me exact time scales to when I would receive them. Holly would always call me back or email me if ther was anything she needed or to just update me! I received both my payments this morning!

I felt as though I could completely relate to and trust Holly with my claim and she put my mind at ease! Holly is an absolute credit to your company and I know she will go very far.

Holly thanks again you really were amazing!

Having had an accident whereby I was hit from behind and pushed into another car by a wagon, leaving me without a car. Third party accepted fault and slater Gordon solutions were appointed to organise a hire car by the third party to help keep me on the road. I must say this was handled swiftly and extremely convenient. Fantastic service, hire care was with me the same day I made to call to agree to have it provided. Collection was just as easy organised, day picked and they came to get the car from my home.

That said I must mark down to 4 stars as despite advising the third party that my insurance would sort everything else someone from slater Gordon contacted me to say they were dealing with my personal injury and losses claim, having asked several times if he was acting on behalf of my insurer, to which he danced around with a not so clear answer, claimed the solicitor my insurer had appointed only dealt with serious injuries and that they would organise it as my insurer had told them too. I must at this stage point out I recognise rubbish when it s being spouted. Called my insurer, no idea who slater Gordon solutions were let alone had give them my info, instructed me not to discuss with them, on also discussing with my actual insurer appointed solicitor they also told me that they deal with all claims not just major injury claims, likewise they had not given my information to slater Gordon solutions to deal with. Having has a positive start to dealing with slater Gordon solutions I was left annoyed and stressed after the latter incident.

I was involved in an accident on my way home from work. I contacted Slater Gordon from the accident scene. I spoke with Matt who got me recovered from the scene within 45 minutes. By 10am the next day I had a hire car delivered and I have been updated regularly on the progress of my claim. This has made a vey bad experience bareable and that s down to this company and it s fantastic staff. Never got a chance to thank Matt at the time. Please do so on my behalf. Thank You All

I was involved in a none fault road traffic collision not long after christmas 2017 and was pointed in the direction of Slater & Gordon to assist me. I cannot praise the staff enough in a time of great stress they helped me with a perfectly suited hire vehicle, they kept me updated thoroughly and even though my car was written off, they chased the at fault insurers for full liability updates and my payment daily. An easy 5 star review and if you are in a none fault accident i would fully recommend picking up the phone and making contact, their friendly staff will be more than happy to help and make your return to the road as stress free as possible :)

I had someone run into the back of me and as a young female stranded by myself on a busy A road I was terrified. Rang Slater and Gordon through the RAC and honestly couldnt have asked for a better service. I didnt get the name of the guy I spoke to as I was so in shock but wish I did because he was incredible and would love to thank him! Talked me through it, was kind, empathetic and I had a courtesy car delivered to my work within 12 hours on the accident happening with my car due to be taken to a garage by tomorrow. They've done everything for me which has been so nice and have been clear the entire time. Would absolutely recommend them!

They somehow managed to get their phone number, (no other info), at the bottom of the screen beneath our own insurance company's name and listed departments. This meant that my husband with poor phone signal in the dark and rain, accidentally called the number thinking that it was his insurance company. He eventually realised, (probably as the shock of the crash wore off), that he wasn't even speaking to our insurance company. On verifying this he asked them to delete his details, which the employee assured him they would. However, they continued to call despite us telling them that we do NOT require any of their so called services and again requesting they delete our details. To sum up; this company uses dishonest underhand tactics to try to pull in custom which stinks of desperation and speaks volumes about what sort of company this is.

Effortless. Brand new equivalent courtesy car delivered prior to my vehicle being taken away by the garage who did a very good repair job. I collected my vehicle 2 weeks later and at my request I left the hire vehicle at the garage which was no problem whatsoever. Very good service enabling me to continue going about my business without interruption.

Everything was sorted out and arranged during the first call. The staff were amazing and very friendly and very informative and very easy to contact if I needed to ask any questions. I gave 5 stars simply for the highest number of 1 star negative comments I've ever seen! I'm shocked at how bad the customer service is. I called them on behalf of a friend & the chap I spoke to was OK, I can't understand how they are still in business after all these complaints
