As a customer the experience has been three to four stars, depending on the day. As a parent of a previous teenage employee I have several other thoughts that come to mind and those experiences have not been the most professional for my son.
I have called and called multiple times trying to get answers to questions and rarely get someone on the phone, which needless to say is frustrating
