Great selection of MN clothing and a great place to pick up a gift. Very friendly staff and well-organized store.

I've been a customer of Sota for years, initially stumbling across them via their Instagram account. Super good quality of clothing, particularly the raglan baseball tees and the tanks I've gotten, and it taps into the strong sense of Minnesotan pride we tend to exemplify here. My bank account usually sheds a little tear every time I receive the e-mail from Sota saying there are new product releases available, because I know I'm going to see at least one thing I like. Always happy to pay for quality, and literally every order has been in my home mailbox the next day, even with just the standard shipping, so I appreciate that prompt level of service.

Not enough variety of sizes. Very small amount of choices in the infant to toddler sizes. Parking very limited, can only park on the street and it is shared with the American nope not planning on returning!

Clothing looks great, feels great, and is designed locally.

Super cute shop! Love there clothing and gifts. I think some items are a bit pricey but they had a cool warehouse sale that had some great deals.

Cute little store for local apparel but the prices and a bit steep on some items. Still a cute store and the employees are very sweet.

This wonderland of a place is my absolute favorite! Ask anyone and they ll tell you I m almost too proud of MINNESOTA and this place let s me take the pride even further! Great quality products for a great price! The designs of the apparel are simple yet beautiful just like Minnesota. Everyone of my family members are getting a gift from here so hopefully they don t read this!

Sizes aren t normal especially for the unisex. I bought a shirt for a guy friend and it didn t fit him at all. Waaaay too small. They only have one dressing room and when I was in there 4 people were waiting to try items on (not cool for a clothing company). Totally bummed.

Two female millennial sales associates working while I was the ONLY customer in the store. No greeting when I walked in, said nothing to me while browsing and no greeting as I walked out. I may have purchased something had their customer service been better; sadly all they cared about was snacking on their food and chatting to each other.
Sota Clothing is awesome and I continue to support this small, local business but will never visit this store again.

Cute place offering nice quality Minnesota products. A little spendy for me but would be a great place to get a gift for someone with lots of MN pride!
I've also seen some reviews say that service was bad because the people working there didn't talk to them. That wasn't my experience; the young lady working was very friendly with me but didn't pester me. But I feel it worth mentioning that I don't really like it when sales workers go out of their way to talk to me, and I generally prefer to be left alone unless I have a question, so I think those reviewers' idea of "good" service is subjective.

Went for the first time recently and can t wait to go again! Loved the mural nearby, fun spot for photos. Shop is super cute and staff was really kind. Everything is very organized! I got a hat and sweater. Love all the items!

Just purchased items, received free shipping, and my items were shipped out in a timely manner. So much love for this company <3

Let me tell ya. I put this sweater on and you can t PAY me enough to take it off. It s so soft and I can t believe the quality. I m probably going to order 10 more to send to my family members in Texas so they can make everyone else down there self conscious. ALSO I ORDERED THIS YESTERDAY?? AND ITS ALREADY HERE?? Bro I pay 100$ for amazon prime and apparently Sota over here doing one day shipping fo FREE. Please, do yourself a favor and order yourself any of their clothing items. Order them for your family, your coworkers, your dog maybe even. Love you Sota xoxoxo

Great little shop with very cute clothes! Great customer service and friendly, helpful staff! We had an little issue that was our fault and the manager, Molly, was super kind and sweet and fixed the problem for us....which she wouldn't have had to done! It makes us want to go back though and always give them our service!

A big to McKenzie and the Sota customer care team. Wife bought me a hat for my birthday and the emblem was sewn on slightly crooked. One email with picture attached yesterday and Sota team already had replacement in the mail this morning. Plus, they said to just keep original. Already loved the product, now I have more reason to love the team behind it!

I love the hoodies, and want to own one, but this brand is not at all fat friendly. Tried on the 3X pullover (the only 3x they offer), too tight. It's listed as a "slim fit" in their site, and they don't even offer a size chart for it. Disappointed... Lmk if you ever make anything big and tall sized.

I was there yesterday. Super cute clothes, but the older blonde sales woman was pretty snippy when I had questions for her. Decided not to buy anything since I didn't appreciate the attitude.

I recieved one of Sota clothing t-shirts as a gift and loved it!! The one item I recieved was a bit smaller so I contacted McKenzie to do an exchange and she did a wonderful job!! The item I sent back ended up getting lost in the mail but they absorbed the cost and yet still sent me a new one. She was concerned with my experience and my new shirt arrived within the next day!! Super happy with customer support and the new product I recieved. Wonderful company, hoping to buy more products in the future.

Not only do they have awesome, fun, high quality clothing items and products. Their customer service is top notch! My husband and I have been buying their gear for a few years now, and always look forward to their new releases...I recently got one of their camper mugs, its amazing! It keeps my coffee and tea beyond hot for the long hours I put outside. I had the mug for maybe two weeks with a solid weeks worth of use when the cover suddenly "popped" out of the mug. I thought it was just heat related but it turns out the plastic cover failed and the o-ring had snapped it in half. Devastated I reached out to Sota gear to see if I could get a replacement cover or see who made the mug so I could contact the manufacturer to buy a new one. McKenzie responded very quickly and offered a new mug all together with the option of picking it up or shipping. I ended up with them shipping it, and I got it next day. Thank you guys for backing your products and taking care of your customers! You already had a lifelong customer in us, but now you've completely solidified our loyalty to Sota clothing. I will be back for more gear in the near future!

Well we purchased several items of clothing at the store...two sweat shirts were purchased. A member of the family wore the sweatshirt once, it pilled up and was not wearable after one day. I contacted more than one person in the store system, only to hear "there's nothing we can do....". Please keep in mind the products are substandard, and the store will not support you when you have a problem. You have to give a star to be heard, I want to make it negative 3 (-3 stars). Thanks for your time reading this rant, may save you some trouble. Don't shop here!
