This company produces archaic, non-functional systems with as many problems and "bugs" as it is physically possible to fix. Their systems are very rarely updated, lack basic functionality, and present problems that are easy to resolve. Their mobile applications crash frequently, are very large for no reason, and sometimes simply do not work, despite multiple attempts to communicate with them.
