In this very troubled time I feel the company let down staff by not providing gloves or screens to.protect them sooner. On the 26th a lad served a customer touching his food then served me touching my food, handled my cash then served the next customer. Not good at all no gloves on and no hand sanitizing
I have just been to my local co-op in the pouring rain & I only bought 4 items in the Parkgate shop in Knutsford & I was charged twice for the eccles cakes. At the till I was not offered the receipt it was just thrown in the bin. I had to go back to the shop, in the rain again, & spoke to the manager who said this didn't happen often, but I reminded him that I had been overcharged on 3 previous visits & could he train his staff to always offer the receipt for items purchased. He gave me a refund, but the lady at the till did not help the situation by shouting at me over everyone else in the shop OH WE ARE ONLY HUMAN! I will not be visiting this shop again in a hurry.

I have found my local co-op continually run out of Hermes receipts and as a consequent they refuse to take in parcels this happens far to often Hermes must print these receipts by the millions
