Skyline Windows does its level best to get things right, and to make things right if they're not.

We were extremely frustrated shopping for windows until we went to Skyline Windows. Instead of the high-pressure, "What will it take for you to sign a contract today?" sales tactics we had been experiencing, we got, "Take as much time as you need; it is a big purchase." The price was great and the Starmark windows we purchased are very high quality. They sent a large crew out and they were all very professional and hardworking. They were able to do the whole job in one day. They picked up on the fact that one window had a broken lock and followed through to get it replaced. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Don't bother looking at other window companies in the Richmond area. Skyline Windows offers top-quality products installed with great care and craftsmanship at affordable prices all without the pressure of pushy salespeople looking out for their own bottom line instead of yours. Last month Skyline installed 31 Okna 500 series vinyl windows in ONE day, including the exterior trim capping, at a very fair price. I have very high standards and expect top-quality and Skyline exceeded my expectations. Without hesitation I highly recommend Skyline Windows.

Skyline exceeded our expectations from the start all the way though until the job was complete. Skyline's owner Jared stood out to me immediately over the other 3 companies we received quotes from because he didn't have the same arrogant and pushy demeanor that the other company's salesmen.
Skyline ended up replacing 20+ windows and 2 doors on our 40 year old house, all for a considerably more fair price than the commercial competitors out there. Skyline's entire crew of 15+ men completed the removal, installation, and clean up in a single day! They were unlike any other contractor we've ever used I attribute that to the quality team they field from top down.
There were a few speed bumps but all were compensated by the 5 star job and quick response time to any of our questions. These were minor bumps for things such as given their busy schedule and manufacturing time we weren't put on the schedule for a few months out. Somehow our order for the side door never get processed and it wasn't realized until a few months later so we had to wait about 6 months to get that installed. Lastly, and again minor, but we had to call them back to fix the storm door because it wouldn't shut tightly enough to deadbolt. All things considered though, I still tip my hat to them with a 5 star high five :)

Fabulous group of people to work with. Replaced all the windows in our home. Excellent product line, entire job completed in less than a day, installation crew very professional, customer service exceptional. Always returned my calls or emailed promptly. 5 Star rating!!

Skyline was great.
Notable: 1. They called in extra workers to get the job finished by the end of the day. I did not ask them to do this, they just made sure the job was finished on time.
2. They expertly moved and re-screwed the clips for any window blinds where moving them was necessary.
The windows look great and the house is much warmer in the winter.

Jared and his crew are the real deal. Called and left a message for an appointment on a weekend, had a call back from an admin on Monday morning to set an appointment. The sales staff was on a tight schedule and was anticipating being a little late, on the scheduled day so they called and gave me a heads up. I could not accomodate the new appointment time, so one of the other managers dropped what he was doing to meet with me at the original planned time. That meant a lot to me since I do residential appointments as well and was on a tight schedule that day.

Jared stopped back by and took measurements after the inital appointment on his own time for the Storm Windows we needed to protect our 1930's leaded windows. It's been rather drafty the last two winters, so hopefully these make a difference come December and January.

Jared delivered a quote in the promised time frame. We discussed over the phone then met one last time and signed the contract. Since they were custom, the delivery time was estimated between 6-8 weeks. When they arrived, I recieved a call and said that the installers would try to get to it in the next 2-3 days. I told them to notify me when they were headed out to do the job via phone or text, which they did a few days later. The storm windows are super clear and difficult to see. They are very clear overtop of the leaded windows and the surrounds match the paint very well.

Jared and his crew run a tight operation. Won't need to call anyone else for the next window job and know who to recommend going forward. Great job to the skyline crew.

Top of the line products, better prices for quality windows/doors! Enjoyed every part of the process. No pressure sales, which was a big plus when becoming overwhelmed with shopping around and learning about different products. All around great experience. I highly recommend Skyline! Look forward to using them again in the future.

Skyline replaced all of the windows in my house recently. I am sure it was not a fun or easy job for them since the windows were nearly 100 years old in my house. All of their employees are very knowledgeable and maintained a professional demeanor throughout my experience with them. From the estimator, to the sales rep, to the front desk, to the installers... Skyline did a fabulous job. I am thrilled with how the new windows look. They are also MUCH better at being energy efficient than my old windows were. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Very happy with my new windows. I live on a busy highway and the noise reduction is impressive. The installer was friendly, professional, and took care to make sure the job was done right.

I love our windows and so wish I could give a 5 star review. However, on the day of our installation at least three employees failed to wear masks inside our home, despite my request ahead of time, and an assurance from the company that they would. Up to the day of installation, it was a five-star experience, but entering people's homes during a pandemic without masks is unacceptable. They did correct the problem upon complaint, but I shouldn't have had to complain.

Skyline Windows did 7 of our windows, replacing old storm window design. I talked to 4 different companies for the job and Skyline was not only the most cost competitive, but the easiest to work with. They showed up on time and did a good job, would hire again,

After receiving quotes from 3 window companies, my wife and I decided to go with Skyline not only because of their competitive prices and high quality window options but also because of the exceptional service. After ordering, Skylines installation crew replaced all 17 of our windows in one day while I was at work and I could not even tell anyone had been in my house. We have used them at least four different times on everything from straight forward standard size replacements to custom arched windows in the attic of a Fan house. We also used them to replace a basement door which was a very delicate job due to it's special order, crumbling brick surround, and non-square situation. No complaints, no mess, right on time, exactly on budget, incredible. If only I could find other contractors that were so reliable, reasonable and wonderful!

I met with several potential vendors when it was time to replace my windows. I have a large number of windows, and I knew I would not replace all of them at one time. Skyline was willing to work with me based on my need and resources. I will be receiving my second installation next month. The house is so much quieter with the new windows. The installation crew was very professional and efficient. I like the reduced pricing for cash payment and the opportunity to talk directly with the owner.

These are the nicest windows I have ever seen. They are manufactured by Okna and are highly rated at a reasonable price. The crew did all 23 windows in one day. They were well organized and very professional. I could not be happier about this project. I have had many great comments regarding the quality of the windows. I installed the composite windows with external grids. Outstanding!!

My wife and I recently contracted with Skyline Windows for replacing 4 very large slider windows on a sun porch of an 85 year old cottage. From the initial consultation with Jared Ray in their Lakeside office/showroom, we were impressed with their product and industry knowledge, selection, reputation and no pressure sales approach or gimmicks. The windows arrived on time as did the installation crew. The installation team were true professionals and skilled craftsman at their trade. The job was completed in one day 9 am to 7 pm once all of the finish trim work was completed inside and out. The crew went above and beyond fixing a few items not on the work order including caulking around a couple smaller existing windows in the room that needed sealed. The new windows are beautiful, energy efficient and very high quality. Contracted to replace 19 1958 era windows with new, energy efficient windows. I had not expected the level of expertise and professionalism demonstrated by this company. I usually tackle these projects myself, having done these jobs in previous homes, and am very discerning to the level of craftsmanship I am able to provide, to customers or myself. These guys arrived, enmass, (12) according to the wife, and removed and installed the windows in January in about 6 hours start to finish. They removed and cleaned all debris, wrapped and sealed the remaining wood frames; very, very pleased. The installation was performed January 2019 and I have not experienced any problems with any window. They did accidentally crack the glass to a basement casement window; instead of just replacing the cracked glass, they replaced the whole window, no charge to us.
I have more work planned for them in the near future.
Very pleased with this company.

I learned about Skyline Windows at a Home and Garden show. We had three windows installed by them several years ago. Did an awesome job. Last Fall we were able to have the entire house done in new windows so we called Skyline. Jared and the entire staff are wonderful to work with. The installation was done professionally and we've already seen a nice drop in our Columbia Gas bill due to the better insulation in the windows. I would and have recommended Skyline Windows to friends. No heavy sales pitches - just solid information and great products.

This family owned business is absolutely fantastic. During the visit to get an estimate, I learned so much. They are more like teachers than salesmen. I shopped around but came right back to Skyline. NO ONE ELSE could compete with the quality or range of products that Skyline offers. It was easy to convince my neighbor and mother to choose Skyline.
**** PLEASE consider scheduling an appt with Skyline FIRST. They taught me all the lingo (U-factor, coatings, spacers), so it was easy to see through the fancy gimmicks of the "big name" window companies.
ALSO be sure to ask about WARRANTIES on labor and on parts. One of the "big names" had only a TWO year warranty for labor, while Skyline's is 10x better!
BONUS: On installation day they were courteous and neat. They kept me updated with their progress and helped to remove a few spots of rotted window sill (as discussed in the estimate.) No complaints.

When I see this many 5 star reviews, I usually get suspicious... But this company was perfect. I ordered 16 windows from them for a self-install job. They came out and measured, and the windows fit perfectly. When you order the windows, they store them in a storage unit so you can come get them whenever you want. The windows are awesome. They answered all my questions without acting like I was wasting their time. I didn't actually get them to install the windows (I installed them myself) so I can't speak to the service they provide for install, but all of my interactions lead me to believe it would be a great experience.

I was extremely pleased with the installation - the two crews were very efficient and fast in removal and instillation (especially since it was in February !!).
All debris were completely removed, out and inside and the windows cleaned. The installation crews were exceptionally professional.
The window material is excellent and blend perfectly with the interior paint. I plan to have additional windows replaced in 2020.

We recently used Skyline Windows for the second time and, once again, were extremely happy with their product and service. Our existing windows were leaking and there was a lot of rotted wood that needed to be replaced. In our research we discovered that Okna windows, while not the cheapest, are the best value and would give us the most quality for our money. Through an internet search, I found that Skyline Windows installs Okna and we contacted them. Even though they are several hours drive out from our town, they were willing to come out and give us an estimate on replacing 25 windows in our home.
We wanted every penny of the money we spent on replacement windows to count and so we took our time deciding and eventually chose Skyline. We couldn't have made a better choice! Not only were they prompt and efficient, but their crew was courteous, hard-working and conscious of the details.
Our new windows look beautiful inside and out. The quality far surpasses several replacement windows that we purchased just the year before.

The Skyline Windows products are well made, rate high on industry standards for the type of window we selected, Starmark EVO Composite, and they look great in our home! The showroom team did a great job of further educating us regarding the windows we thought we wanted which helped confirm our decision. The installation team was very professional, courteous, respectful of our property, had great skills and worked well as a team to insure all debris was removed each night. We were amazed that they could install 48 windows in 2 days with their crew. We really like the aluminum wrap on the exterior that perfectly matched our paint color - the best part is we don't have to paint window trim again.

If you are in need of new windows, call Skyline. The service I received was fantastic. The quote process and education about the windows was very helpful. The finalization of the order and re-check of the measurements when I accepted the quote made me feel reassured they were doing everything to get the order 100% correct. Finally came the day of instillation...a crew of 6 people took to work immediately upon arriving and did a fantastic job. I have a house from 1940 that had original steel frame windows. They are anything but easy to get out but this team made seemingly light work of getting the old out and the new windows in!

The only think I was a bit unhappy with/surprised by...given the age of my old windows, each pane of glass had to be taped up and then broken out (like with a hammer). Unfortunately this meant that pieces of glass fell around my house. The crew did a good job trying to get most of it up, but it is impossible for them to get it all and there are still lots of large shards of glass around my house.

I have an older house, every window a different size, and replacing a double window with a sliding door, also custom sized. Highest quality build, installers were excellent and left their work areas cleaner than they found them. Can't say enough good, or recommend too highly!

I did a ton of research, got several quotes, and Skyline just trounced everyone else in terms of the quality of product they use (we got Okna windows), the service they offer (no subcontractors!), and the price. From the initial consult to the measuring visit to the install, Skyline's people always arrived on time. At the end of BOTH days of installation, they left my yards spotless and debris-free. Even while they worked, they had a nicely ordered system for what type of debris went where (neatly stacked the old windows, old trim went in one pile, old wood went in another pile, etc). My neighbors were really thrilled that they weren't looking at some chaotic construction zone for two days even though this was some major work on our house. I would recommend Skyline to absolutely anyone looking to replace windows in Richmond, and I'm going to be calling them about a front door soon.

We were pleased with the sliding glass door they installed for us so we went back to them for replacement windows for the whole house. Product is good quality and installation was professional and finished in one day. I would recommend you give them a look.

I selected Skyline to install windows in my home after obtaining bids from 3 other competitors. They were not the cheapest but they were not the highest. In my fist appointment with them, I was given a list of customers in the 23112 area code that I could call. The 3 other competitors it was like pulling teeth to obtain any information. Although, the job is not completed I'm happy I went with Skyline and with the results to date.

We were worried about getting the windows replaced due to all the horror stories on reviews and we talked to a number of window installers. Skyline Windows was excellent from beginning to end. The price was 1/3 of the cost of Anderson and they did what they said they would do. The windows look great due to their attention to detail. They installed 1/4 trim on the inside (which they didn't have to) and it looks great. The installers were professional, left zero trash and clean windows. Our house is 10 degrees cooler and we couldn't be happier.

I had all of my windows replaced by Skyline Windows. I love my new windows, they look great and no more condensation like I had with my old ones. Everyone is this company was very professional and very customer friendly. They did a great job with the installation and very neat, cleaned up completely . They went the extra mile with a couple of issues with the outside trim on my house and very knowledgeable of my HOA rules.

These folks are so professional! They installed 35 windows for us in one day! They even called a backup crew to make sure they finished. Cleaned up perfectly afterwards as well. We will definitely refer them and use them again.
