Efficient and fast service. Service centre on the right at street level.

Took my car in for a service and they didn't put the sump plug on properly causing the oil to leak out of my engine. Terrible service, and the mechanics are not trustworthy. Don't be surprised if you're charged for a test/repair you didn't need

Just wanted to compliment you guys on the service I received from Darren this morning. I needed the PDC disconnected for my daughter to do her drivesr licence test. I was well received at service reception and never for a single moment was I made to feel that I was inconveniencing the Service department. Darren grabbed the vehicle and by the time I had finished a cup of coffee he was back, job done. He never stopped there he then demonstrated on the vehicle how I could reconnect after the driver licence test. He did a great job and placed the dealership in very high esteem in my view. Just spoke telephonically to the Service Manager, Kevin, regarding purchasing an extended maintenance plan on an Audi Q5.

He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained the pros and cons of purchasing the extended maintenance plan.

He was also kind enough to give me his direct telephone number in the event I needed any more assistance on the matter.

I know where I will be taking my vehicle for a service in the future.

This branch is a joke.
I've been there 3 times to get quotes on a new A4/A5. Not once did a salesman even approach me to assist. The 4th time I went to see a specific salesman that I was referred to. He quoted, but then there was just no follow up - so I bought an A5 demo from a branch in JHB.
Awesome car, but I had to book it into the workshop today to have an anoying noise fixed. After being spoken AT by the most condescending service manager, explaining that the noise was basically my imagination, I got the car back with exactly the same noise. And to top it all, they ATTEMPTED to wash the car.
It is people like these that really make me regrete driving an Audi...

The Audi Pinetown branch is one of the best dealerships around. Excellent service and staff are very willing to help. I was down in Durban for work and needed to service my car before heading back the JHB. Some Audi dealers in JHB should strive to reach this kind of service.

Clint was really accommodating and even drove out to Ballito to show us the Vehicle. Great guy and really wants the best for you as a client. Really recommend the Pinetown branch over the Umhlanga s.

This has to be the worst branch of Audi in Durban.

I had a knocking noise coming from the front right and side when going over bumps and told them about it. They said I need to bring it in for diagnostics which costs 1500. I did that and they said that both the right and left side links have cracks and need to be replaced. This costs 5500 and couldn't be done on the same day because they didn't have the parts.

I did an eft for parts and the parts were ordered, the following week I had to take the car in again to change the links. When I picked up the car the noise was still there. Now for the third time I took it in and now they say that I need to pay 3300 more to sort it out.

Absolutely pathetic service as nothing of this was mentioned at the outset and after spending all that money I am still left with the problem.

Wonderful ambiance and interesting motor dealer. Well laid out showroom with the whole Audi model range and virtually every model with a sunroof. Friendly staff and comfortable waiting lounge.
