ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio (formerly SEI Brakes, Inc.) Review

This place is horrible and unsafe. A few years back, I almost lost my life due to an accident in the workspace. DO NOT work here.

Japanese do not care about you as a person only the bottom line and that is getting product out the door. Managers have to assimilate to this way of thinking. Working on the lines is crippling to your body....Japanese are tough to work for.

This is the best job for me. Everything is great about this place. People are always friendly and they like to help each other. The supervisors and the HR are always there for your helps and needs. I really RECOMMEND this place for everyone to work and start a new career with ADVICS!

So far everyone has been nice and its pretty clean. No issues.

Great experience with interview, and tour. Comfortable setting during interview process, great pay, great benefits, facility looked awesome and the are very concerned with safety..... Needless to say I took the job!!!

My experience was horrible
My father passed away and no one said that there was a 3 day grieving period which on that third day my father was being buried. I also was told that I needed proof of death,which I had upon planning to return to work I found out I was let go because I took the third day to bury my father. On that note I don't have a job because of their rules. Attendance is so important that upon my second day there 20 people had called off. In the department that I worked in 1 single person called off 4 days. Attendance right!!! Therefore this is no place to work especially with an unexpected death!!! Would not recommend!!!

best place i have ever worked...the company really cares about you. you are more than just a number to them.
