Skyline Windows is the best. They are extremely professional and provide excellent customer service. I love my windows from both an aesthetic and cost efficiency perspective. I'm currently selling my apartment and the new windows are a huge selling point!

Replaced ten windows in my home in New York. The installation process lasted ten days, which was fairly fast. They arrived on time on a daily basis, cleaned up, and finished the project within the agreed timeline.

I had regular visits by supervisors who came to spot check and perform any adjustments.

The windows are of high quality, as are the finishes and installation; very impressive.

The company worked well with all new covid guidelines too.

Overall, i m very pleased with the outcome and service and would definitely recommend Skyline for your home project.

Skyline did a superb job - the windows look fabulous.
The crew was terrific arriving promptly and doing their best to keep the dust from invading the entire apartment. They did a particularly good job redoing the plaster work around the new windows.

Almost a year ago I signed a contract with Skyline Windows to install new doors. I gave them a deposit check and haven't heard another word. Despite numerous requests from me, no one has responded. I am about to call 311 to find out how get my money back. I advise anyone thinking of using this company to be very careful.

Terrible office service. Terrible. I have a big "view" window that was installed by this company in the 80s.
Trying to get repairs (new handles, realignment etc) done on it has been torturous the last 4 years.
Excessive phone tag with the office with prolonged call backs from their office.
The service guys rarely have what they need to fix your windows onsite, which means another couple of years of office tango to get a quote, appointment and another service appointment.
I will be recommending to the building that they change preferred window maintainers as the service of this company has seriously declined in the last five years.
