Well, my computer crashed, and the young man I talked to was very polite, and knowledgeable. I am a computer nitwit, and I'm sure he wanted to throw his hands up in the air and kick me in the shin as he asked me questions about my computer and I had to plead ignorance repeatedly , but he was very kind about. I had a great experience there.

The worst internet provider around they should refund there customers their money they are ripping off from & step out into the streets and shoot themselves for it
