My experiences with Skyline Keizer Ford have never...

My experiences with Skyline Keizer Ford have never been anything less than exceptional. Once again, Sage Bass was ready when he heard that I was looking for a new car. My last three cars have been Ford Escapes, but I needed something different this time and I had specific requirements. When Sage called with his recommendation, my husband and I headed to Keizer Ford to see the Ford Edge. Sage had a Ruby Red Edge sitting in front waiting for me and it was love at first sight! The customer service is excellent and Sage remembered my favorite car color! We took a ride with Monty as he explained the features to us. Monty was a real pleasure to work with as we checked out the different features of the Edge (lots of fun new things to try!). Monty and Sage made the purchasing process quick and easy, but before we were on the road home in our new Edge, Phil joined us and synced our phones and contact lists.

We ve been long-time customers of Keizer Ford because of the friendly, professional treatment we receive when looking for a new car or needing service. Sage Bass and Keizer Ford will always have my business and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car or truck.

I wanted to give a shout out to Norm, Dave Menga and Sage Bass at Skyline Ford in Keizer. My husband and I looked at SUV s at Skyline Ford. That following weekend we looked at several dealerships in the Portland Metro area. We came back to Skyline Ford in Keizer and purchased our SUV. Our experience we had with them far outweighed the other dealerships. Their employees were extremely patient. They had the personal touch and they kept our needs in mind. Thank you so much!!

Bought a 2007 Ford Escape limited on a trade in at another dealership. The car was originally purchased from Skyline ford. I went in to get the keyless entry code as it didn t come with the car. Jason Flanagan came right out and helped me free of charge to hook the car up to a computer and get the code. Great service!!!!

The salesman who helped me, CJ Madlangbayan, made my experience very positive. He was knowledgeable, nice, courteous and fun. By asking me questions, CJ narrowed tha car search and then showed me a wide selection on the computer. From there, I picked a truck to look at. Once CJ drove it up, I climbed in. CJ explained all the features carefully and then I drove it. CJ both fully and patiently answered all my questions. Once I made the decision to purchase the F150, the sales manager, Sage Bass, did all the paperwork with me. Again, Sage accomplished this in a timely manner while carefully explaining everything to me. The whole Skyline Ford team was terrific.

I have a warranty issue and it takes 12 days to get an appointment. So I have a 40,000 dollar pickup that will sit until it gets fixed. And this is my primary vehicle. I ve had pretty good service in the past but this is a little irritating.

Deal went fine until trade in value was lowered by $1500 which was disappointing because we sent all pictures before and had agreed to a value however when they can back with lower amount we told them we were going to not take the deal they comprised and met us half way between and we thought that was fair so we continued with the deal the sales person was awesome whenever all options on truck and made sure we did not have any questions. At no time from our inquiry on the truck until deal was complete did we ever feel pressured they all were friendly and helpful

These three fellows, Dan Waldron (Sales), Octavio Hernandez (Sales Manager) and Chris Wagner (Finance) were great to deal with during our purchase of the 2013 C-Max. This was not a high pressure event, all three listened to what we had to say and what we were looking for... Not pushing what they wanted to move. Although in previous years we have done our Ford business with a different dealership, we felt Skyline Ford would be more able to handle any service needs the new technology the C-Max may require.

I have bought all my cars from here for years. The employees make sure to direct you to the vehicles that meet your needs and wants without overselling. I never feel pressured and they make sure to lay out all financing options with detailed explanations of each. There is never a need to show up ready for a battle because there is no pressure at any level. I will continue buying all my cars here!

We were well taken care of. Call Vee for a sales person. She was wonderful. She had keys ready for the cars I wanted to test drive and got waters for us and was really pleasant to be around. It is nice to call in and ask for a price on a vehicle and she was able to tell us right away without having to talk to someone else first. We are supper excited about our new car.

Whatever you do, please promise me you will not go here for service. I brought my car in multiple times for overheating issues. I replaced $1,000 worth of cooling circuitry, and it still didn t resolve the issue. I had one of the service advisors argue with me, and tell me that the cooling fan didn t need to be running when the Air Conditioning is on. I happen to work in HVAC, and know that the cooling fan has to run in order to reject the heat from the cabin of the car. After all was said and done, I found what the problem was, and probably you could too with a $20 multimeter. That problem was simply a broken fuse making intermittent contact, causing the cooling fans to intermittently work. After this was replaced, the problem was gone, or so I thought. A while later, I was driving, and a beautiful white cloud started to emit from the exhaust. Turns out there was a crack in the Head, allowing coolant to enter the exhaust stream, go through the turbo, and out the back. This also caused the coolant to mix into the crankcase of the motor via oil passages on the turbo. I am now out a turbo, and a head, and am unsure of the extent of damage to the bottom end of the motor. This was all caused of course, due to the service departments lack of work. The crack is only possible when the engine overheats like it did. So please, go find a different place to service your car. I don t want to see you go through the same financial situation I did.

Great service every time, whether you purchased from them or not. Next time I know where to go if buying a car. I made a horrific mistake of buying from Jim Doran which I'll never do again. I'm glad to go to Skyline for the great service department.

We were two hours from home, pulling a trailer, and something went wonky with the electrical connection. We came to skyline ford service center and were treated like family. Tracey had the problem sorted and fixed in less than 20 minutes and only charged us the cost of the blown fuse. We tried to tip him because we were so pleased with his service and he declined saying it was his pleasure to help us out! We were very impressed. Thank you for getting us back on the road and off to our family vacation!

I went in for a quote/estimate for a damaged bumper and truck bed panel. The estimator tells me that his quote may not reflect the actual price. I said "sure, but it will be close, right?" he says "not necessarily, let me give you an example. Say I my estimator software says the bumper will be $500. When I go to actually order it, it might be $2,000, so there would be a supplemental charge" . Really.... he said that. I said, "it would not be very hard for you to look up the actual price, or call to check it. Oregon law requires estimates not differ from actual charge by more than 10%" He hands me back my paperwork and says, "then I can't do it" I said "what, you cannot give me a quote?". This is really quite absurd. I know that he can call his parts company and ask the price of a bumper and barring price changes over time, that is the price. He really wanted to be clear that his plan was to stick it to me later if /because he cannot look up the price of the parts he would need to repair. Stay away from Skyline Ford.

As a first time buyer, I was very skeptical and nervous about the car buying experience. I wanted to go to someone who I knew would help me feel comfortable about this experience and have my best interest in mind. My sister purchased a car from Octavio a few years ago and had a wonderful experience. I decided to go to the same dealership and same salesman. Octavio was once again very helpful, and introduced me to Jeff who did a wonderful job making me feel at ease with the buying process.

I was interested in buying a new car that fit my needs, that was affordable, reliable and safe. Octavio and Jeff worked hard to find me the perfect car. Thank you very much Octavio and Jeff!

Worst experience I ve ever had. They shouldn t even get one star. Customer service was horrible, they said it was 159.00 for battery when I got there it was 206.00. when I pick it up. Manager said the service broke down the cost with me. That was not true. I m paying an extra 69.00 dollars with Covid and haven t worked in 9 months, then he said well our technicians have to get paid, too, and only charged you for a 1/2 hour. Really bad experience.

Customer service was excellent. They have great hot coffee or hot cocoa for the kids. Free popcorn and a nice waiting area. They offered my 2 kids coloring books and crayons. Oil change was completed in great time. They also have a TV to pass your time if you like.

Even though we did not make a Purchase, i was Very pleased Carter understood that we were not there to make a buying Decision the day we came in. We had a very poor experience at this dealership. We felt the person I believe to be the sales manager was rude and condescending. The amount offered on a like new condition trade in was 15% below blue book. We were told he could sell the vehicle to three other people waiting to pay MSRP.

Pam contacted me very soon after I expressed interest in a new Ford, worked with me to schedule a test drive and even followed up before the appointment. Jeff was a great salesman and worked hard to get the terms that made this awesome car in my driveway a reality, including a very fair deal on my trade in and the down. Excellent purchasing experience at Donofrio s Skyline Ford for my 2021 Explorer with Kelley and Jim! Kelley was extremely thorough throughout the whole process to make sure I was getting everything I wanted in my new vehicle. There was no rushing or hard selling at all. Kelley was just looking out for me and what I wanted. The atmosphere in Skyline Ford is very friendly, clean, and comfortable. This is our second vehicle from them and it will definitely not be our last. I highly recommend this dealership!

Went to this dealership with no clue about Fords. Had a plan to buy a F250 or F350. Dealer knocked some sense into me and made me realize that I didn't need that much truck. He picked out a nice truck for me which I absolutely love. My only issue is that he told me about features that I would enjoy, that my truck doesn't have. I would've been fine not knowing about it, but now I wish I had it. This is why I'm giving 4 stars and not 5. I would give 3 and a half, but that's not an option.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They had my car for over a month to fix some recalls. Had an appointment set about a month in advance to fix recalls which they knew of. Dropped off the car and several days later they said they didn't have the needed part. Called multiple times over the month to ask when the part was gonna arrive and if it was done yet and they said they did not know. Almost 3 weeks in they finally said it would be done that Thursday which would have been exactly 3 weeks after dropping off. Ended up not being done so had to call multiple times to ask if it was done yet. Then over a week later it is finally done. My parents go to pick up the car and waited for over 30 minutes for them to bring out the car. Come to find out its because THEY LOST MY CAR KEY! Literally lost the key and now have to make a new one. This is not the first time we have had issues with this place but this is the WORST of them.

This review is a bit late but I want to share it at this time. I cannot say enough good about Tracy in Service. Last October we had our Lincoln in for service (regular maintenance) as I was going on a very long trip and I needed to know the car had been all checked out. A few days after the service my battery went dead and I panicked because I was thinking, "
what if this would have happened on my trip." I called Skyline Ford, long story short, Tracy showed up at my door at 6:00 pm on a Friday night and replaced the battery right there in my garage. I was so thankful and still am. He was polite, matter of fact, and I couldn't have been happier. Thank you, Tracy, again! All the best to you, and all of you at Skyline Ford!

I can not speak upon the dealership portion of Sky...

I can not speak upon the dealership portion of Skyline Ford, but my review is based on the service center. I took the vehicle in due to an unknown noise that keeps coming from the engine. Long story short, it took them a day to source the issue, but as it wasn't covered under warranty, we decided to just do some of the suggested maintenance due to cost. We were sent the quote and the suggested maintenance same day at end of day. We let them know what we would like done to the vehicle the next day (this only consisted of replacing pinion seals and the two front tires). It has now been over a week, we still don't have our car, and they are not done. They have made little to no attempt to keep me informed, and I'm having to hunt them down. Voicemails, emails, etc, no call back. I have to tell the receptionist how frustrated i am with their service to get a live person to receive empty promises that it will be completed by this date, only to call on that day to be told it still isn't done.

I wouldn't recommend the service center to anyone. I understand they may be extremely busy, I just wish that was communicated at the beginning, or at the very least throughout the process. Instead, I am the one reaching out to get updates on the status of our vehicle. This is our only vehicle capable of holding our entire family, as our other vehicle is a sedan. It's caused a huge burden and i cannot wait to finish this transaction to never return.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with everyone here. We had gone in originally just to get some work done on our truck, and had asked about cars and some financing options, etc as we knew we were looking to get a newer car soon. Norm was friendly and informative and not pushy with us at all. We had some trouble with the financing because of the loan already on our truck that we were trading in and the guys all worked really hard to find us a good financing option within our budget for the car that we wanted. They spent a good portion of the day playing phone tag just to make sure we were happy! And we are! Sage was friendly and helpful with getting us our warranty and extra options along with that while keeping it within our budget. We will definitely be coming back here for any vehicular needs we have in the future!

I've never had what I would consider a good experience buying a vehicle. The folks at Skyline Ford changed all that when I bought my new truck there. There wasn't one stressful moment in the whole process and Phil McColly was great to work with from start to finish. I only wish I had gone there years ago for all our other vehicles.

A complete waste of time and energy. Find a better deal for yourself WITH PROPER WARRANTY at Dodge just across the street. 100k miles on any new or used truck from time of purchase.

Walked into Skyline and was told they only offer a 36k mile warranty on their vehicles. Wanted to purchase a used 2015 vehicle that already had 31k miles at $37,000... They graciously offered me the ability to purchase a new warranty not included with a counter offer of $35,000 at which point they could negotiate for 200 dollars more... (what a steal) because of cosmetic side flairs that were added onto the truck. Makes you wonder what type of quality they're really interested in at this location.

Walked out of there and headed straight to Dodge and bought a brand new truck at practically the same price fully loaded with full transparency.

I had a ton of trouble finding a dealership I wanted to purchase my truck from. I called and visited dealers everywhere from Boise to Seattle and was very disappointed in the lack of knowledge and professionalism. It didn't take me very long after speaking with John to decide thats where I am buying my truck. I have dealt with multiple people in the sales process at Skyline and didn't come across anyone I didn't like or feel comfortable with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Buying our 2012 F-150 from Skyline Keizer Ford went very well with the assistance from Francisco Arias. Francisco went out of his way to help us get the exact truck we wanted at a great price. He was very patient and thorough as he went over the mechanics of the truck and assisted us in setting up Sync. Octavio Hernandez was just as thorough in setting up our contract and explaining the various service options. The shop did a very good job of installing a new bed liner in our truck and answering questions. The entire process, from the time we made contact till we drove off of the lot in our new truck was stress free. Overall we would recommend Skyline to everyone. Thank you, Joe and Paula Hernandez
