75$! unfortunately they didn t even completely vaccum cleaned the trunk. There was sand and leaves there. They also didn t clean the between the seats compartments.
Very unfair for so much money.
There were even stains on the body that they didn t manage to get it off
I had a vouch for service and was not informed that they would charge extra because I had a station wagon the food and coffee was expensive and the cleaning was below standard I had to ask for the dirt still on the driver door to be removed the glass wasn't clean I won't be returning
First time using them and was absolutely delighted with the end result ! Car was looking amazing after getting the carfe silver option! Would definitely go back and recommend them to others!

My two week old car got dirty as a result of a drive on an unsealed road. Did not want to risk paint work in a machine car wash, so took it to Car-fe for a hand wash. Was not allowed to watch the process. After drying, an attendant pointed out discolouration in the paintwork on the passengers side rear door. I was somewhat surprised as I had taken a very careful inspection of the car before buying and the paintwork was pristine. He suggested a cut and polish by them. When I got the car home and into good light, I noticed every panel on both sides of the car had swiping scuff marks. This had been the only time the car had been touched by anyone. Went back to Car-fe and spoke to the manager. He absolutely refused to admit any liability. Took the car back to the dealer, who immediately noticed the scuffed paintwork, and asked what I had done to mar the surface, it was so obvious to him. I am so disgusted by the arrogance of the manager in not even considering the possibility that there was a fault in their process on this occasion. I am not suggesting this will happen to every car cleaned there, but should it happen to you, do not expect any compensation, sympathy, or empathy from this enterprise. You have to bear the cost of restoring the car yourself.
Absolutely fantastic service, Cafe was clean and food was very tasty. My car looked brand new and the guys out doing the mahi were friendly and did a 10/10 job. Highly recommend! Longer opening hours during the summer would attract more.

Very disappointing result after spending almost $200 on getting two cars valet cleaned over the weekend. The end result with my son's car was a joke, they didn't do any proper vacuming and we had to go home and do it ourselves, there was mud on the dashboard as well. Very disappointed with the lack of care given to us today.
The ute looked good for the chosen service and the coffee and brownie were pleasant enough.

Careless. Disgusting attitude by the owner. Caused damage to the car and laughed in our face. Go somewhere else for car cleaning. Better yet, do it at home yourself. They use cheap products and break your stuff.
Even after posting star rating, though some one responded to email about the issue , but is been two months now,no one bothered to reply nor call and provide a replacement service for the faulty service offered, hence pls think twice to visit this place , as I feel they are money minded and provide low grade service for the cost offered

A poor experience. They were disorganized. It took a long time to pay and even get a coffee. Most of the food on the menu wasn't available. The car cleaning service was ok but hardly value for money
I won't be back, totally over priced. Went on a Tuesday afternoon, no queue. When I handed my keys over I asked for a bit more attention paid to the rim's which were pretty heavily coated with road dust. Got it back with a superficial wipe of the rim's and the dust in the grooves untouched, asked again for them to clean it properly, was told they were stained. Came off pretty easily at home with soapy water. $50 for a quick exterior wash (no interior clean) and a sun protection coating that I'm not even sure they applied.
Been going here once or twice a month for some time now. Usually get the silver lux and am never disappointed with the impeccable standard these guys provide. Great concept done well.
Staff frendly however the car some patches still dirty as I spend 70 dollar. Wash and vac.

Fairly expensive, but always a good thorough clean. Plus it's nice to be able to have a coffee while you wait.
Wait two hours for a $100 clean and ended up with a dirty car with a clear coat. Only to get arrogent responses from staff when questioned on the result. $14 wash next door would have been better unfortunately.
Very efficient and fast which was good. Sadly the quality of job suffered. Paid for a $90 clean and had to go home to finish the vacuuming off. Could have done the same job in 20 mins at home.

My first time at Carf . They did a pretty nice job of cleaning my car and the coffee was good. I'm unable to partake of the food offerings but they looked and smelled delicious. I will likely go back. It's handy to be able to have a coffee, read the paper and have your car cleaned when you're done. Thanks

My car interior was still dirty. I don't think they washed it. It's waste of money... aw so I had to wash my car again.
Went in for a carfe x wash. Was overcharged by 33%, symbols show SUV is $40, XL is $50. No extra charge is indicated for a station wagon on this option not like the vaccum options, so unsure why we were charged $40. Did not appreciate watching the car rocking on park because the handbrake was not used. Windscreen is worse than it was before coming in, in the sun it is horribly smeared. Wheels appeared clean initially but only in one orientation.
EDIT: contacted Boston, but he is simply dismissive. Arguing its been too long since car was washed to view work, and that their board and website is clear. Have added photos of the clear list on their website and board. No mention of staff not bothering to use handbrake.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My partner and I had been a regulars of Car-fe Greenland prior to this. Soon as I got in my car (after it was washed, and wiped down inside) I noticed this big crack in the GPS screen. It sticks up from the dash a bit- is non touch screen- so the only reason to touch it- is to clean it- and there were wipe marks on it, so obviously it was from cleaning... I immediately (and politely) asked to speak to the manager. First the main attendant came out and looked. Then he ran to get the manager- who told me he was the 'owner'. Before I even showed him he denied any damage .. he looked at it then and said yeah it looked like it was damaged from cleaning, but, he was the one who cleaned my car. I said I watched several other guys wipe down the interior (from the waiting area you watch them clean your car) he said no he was the only one. I explained again, I physically watched at least 3 other people inside wiping down my car and pointed to all the people I saw as they were still there. He then said he had a disclaimer about damage. I was nice the whole time and explained this is kind of a big accident on their end. He again repeated they have a 'disclaimer' so I asked what can be done. He then (condescendingly) replied- and I quote- "Go ahead and file a claim with your insurance. We will deny it" after he finished saying that he just walked off without another word.
I will never go back here and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. It is one thing to damage someone's car- (accidents happen, and I get that)... BUT to treat a customer as they did is simply unacceptable by any standard. ** I would have put 0 stars, but you have to at least select 1 in order to submit.
Paid $85 for the Carfe silver. Was pretty disappointed with the results. Water marks on the outside - seems like the drying cloth was dirty. Also seems like the drying process had scratched the paint a bit - I ll have to polish it now to get rid of it. Inside wasn t vacuumed properly either. Pretty shocking given the amount paid.

Not impressed with my $140 clean. Could have done way better myself, not vacuumed well, interior doors given a very quick once over with dust and dirt still remaining. Seats not even cleaned. A home polish of dash etc would have come up 10 times better. Certainly would not recommend Carfe & will not ever be returning! Oh and cafe staff could learn to smile and try to be friendly as well!!

No several attempts were made and my vehicle does not have any worn carpet inside, it is a relatively new car, but thanks for the feeble attempt to make yourselves look better
I had such bad experience bad customer service And the boss was so rude to me I called and asked to clean my car inside and out they said $75 when I get there the guy told me it will be $100 with polish after finish cleaning I received dirty car and I asked why is not clean enough he said that I have to pay extra $60 for polish I guess this is ripe off and dishonest plus my car was already vacuumed so for me I wasted my money for nothing I won t recommend this place to any one
The food is ok. But it is a good combination of coffee while waiting for the car to get cleaned.
Paid 60$ for a inside out clean plus $10 for mag wheel clean. The whole process takes just over an hour as oppose to the 25-35mins. The car was finished without any shine. Car looked like it was rinsed with water and sprayed and wiped with some liquid. Wheels were given a quick wipe, dash still had dust sitting around.
They doa good job on my car and you get to have a coffee while you wait for them to finish.
Got the silver service and what a fantastic job carfe did. Will definitely be back!!
nice and quick service, my car is 95% clean apart from still some dirt on the door. Don't bother to get back to them for such small thing.

Just did a quick exterior wash while on a grocery run. Was fast and clean. Good price and service was good.
Very poor job considering I paid $50. My boot still had mold on it and there was a lot of missed stuff on the side of my chairs. I even got charged extra for having tyres that are too dirty...anyways..won't be back ever.

Didnt do a thorough job on the wash and I had to show them the missed spots. For the price, I'm not seeing any value and I can't say I'll be bringing me car back. On a somewhat positive note, due to this experience, I've solidified my position that you cant beat doing it yourself!
Came in today and requested Silver service. Paid $75 for 4x4 car. No issues with the cafe or the wait time. However what has annoyed me is the quality of the job done. I wasn't expecting a showroom finish but at the very least I expected not to find cobwebs in the boot and lots of debris left. Entire job inside and out appears very rushed. I feel this is an over used comment with these reviews but I could have done better myself.
Won't go here again. Very poor quality clean - tar left of the bonnet, running boards not washed, area under the roof rack rails not touched. Interior vacuumed very slapdash.
Was asked to email but it seems that the request was made solely to save face for a review. No contact from them since I did that. Pretty unimpressed!

My wife and I have been using Carf pretty much since it opened, and we absolutely love it! Glancing over some of these negative reviews has come nothing but a surprise to me, as my experience with Carf has been nothing but good, so I thought I would leave my thoughts.
There s a reason they ve been around for nearly 20 years now, they re no joke. It s a great concept the car wash cafe and they ve hit it right on the head. Staff are always so lovely and polite, and very helpful. The cafe has got a beautiful array of food and beverages with a really cool vibe, not to mention the free Wifi! The car valet itself is the pinnacle of all there services. With a range of valets to suit all budgets. They re fast, precise and extremely professional. Love your guys work, keep it up! A+++

Wasn t informed about having to remove all items. My main concern was my boot and it wasn t even done properly. Overall was a good job but still wasn t happy.
My car looked almost the same except the tires were a bit more glossy. Then never vacuumed the boot and there was still spider webs on the outside of the car. I paid 90$ for that and wouldn't recommend it. While I was waiting I did see a couple others also complain that they did a half job.
As a daily commuter in Auckland I pride myself of my car. I would spend most Sunday's cleaning my car for the week ahead, but this came at a price, as I was spending hundreds of dollars a month on cleaning products and missing out on the little time I have off work. My nextdoor neighbor approached me one day i was cleaning my car, and mentioned I needed to check out carf in Greenlane. I was very reluctant at first as I like to clean my own car but as the weeks went on and my car was never really getting any cleaner I decided to head down. I was greeted by a very friendly team that helped me match my needs and desires, I ended up settling with the Black service! For those that try to clean your car, you really dont know a clean car until you have been down and seen the guys at carfe. I was completly blown away by the extent to which they had gone to, cleaning right down to the corners of the cupholders and places you could never clean with normal equipment. On top of the near perfect exterior and interior clean, you have the option to either sit in the cafe(which has a great range of snacks and kitchen selection) and have a coffee or leave your car with the staff to pick up later in the day. I have been coming back every fortnight since my first encounter and have only been more and more pleased with the service I receive! Would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone A+++++

Really bad service. Paid for a premium service for car grooming and was really disappointed, paid extra for dog hair removal and still had loads of dog hair in my car.
Wouldn't feed the food to my dog but my car was cleaned for a hefty price. Very average all round. $150 clean didn't include mags. That was an extra $10 what a Ridgy.

Greenlane Carfe is very poor. They don't clean the inside properly. You can still see dirt in common places. On top of that, went there twice and the first time I had a big roofing nail on my tyre and the second time my hatch back lift door component got broken. It shows how rough they handle the car. Do not care at all!!!! If someone gives them 5 stars, it must be their own employees or friends. Pathetic!!

Carfe is the only car wash I can take my car to. The attention to detail and consistency in which my car is cleaned simply cannot be compared to anywhere else I ve been, not to mention - the food is great. It s organic and fresh!
First time customer and can't say I was very impressed unfortunately. Paid for Silver and added on wheels and leather cleaning so $130. The interior doesn't look like it's been cleaned at all there are still marks on steering wheel, dials, interior doors etc and doesn't appear the leather had been conditioned at all. Would have hoped that going to a place like this would have done a better job then I could have myself yet il have to go over and re do myself so quite pointless and expensive at that...
