Had booked a 2bhk in the month of June/July 2018 paying full booking amount, However due to a unfortunate death in the family, had to cancel the booking. Till date I have not received my amount back. Have made multiple follow-up via phone, email and visited the office. They did not even return my money when it was required the most for a genuine need.
At office, they said that they did not have funds and are just postponing my refund till date. Had thought that Skylark was a good brand, however it turned out to be the other way.... Be Cautious.
