Excellent accommodations! Booked accommodations for a 3 month period. Service calls always responded to promptly and efficiently.
When we booked accommodations for a second period they were very supportive and very quickly found us a place when we were in need of lodging ASAP. Would definitely reach out again when in TO.

Matt went above and beyond to guide us through each step of the process. On move-in day, he even lended a hand with our personal belongings! We highly recommend both Matt and Sky View Suites! Thank you for the fantastic experience!

My husband and I rented two different units from them after finding out that we needed extend our rental period for longer than originally planned.

Both units were conveniently located to amenities and nicely appointed. Our stay was generally free of problems but if any arose, were dealt with quickly and as completely as possible. In particular, Matt Regush, who seemed to work round the clock, was great at communicating with us.

If we had to do another short term rental, we would look to Sky View Suites again.

Sky View runs a great, responsive operation. The HelpDesk is a great service, an easy way to log inqueries, and they are prompt to acknowledge and answer issues. The property was nice, very well kept, and Sky View was good to see to regular maintenance issues that come up (light bulbs, etc). Our initial check-in situation was last-minute and rushed, due to the nature of our medical situation --yet even with many staff out-of-office for an event that day, they still worked to coordinate efforts and get us into the unit the same-day i contacted them!! Many thanx, again!!

I have been travelling back and forth between Toronto and Calgary for the last few years for work and stayed with Sky View Suites on my last trip. The apartment was spacious, clean and in the perfect location for me to commute to work quickly. They were very accommodating when I had to extend my stay and I was very impressed with their over all customer service.

I stayed with Sky View suites, two times with a one year apart: both of them were great, but my last one I felt they became more professional and improved a lot. Even when my schedule was tough to deal with and I kept extending my stay at the last minutes, all the staff in Sky view suites were very helpful and did everything to make me feel at home. All there suites are very clean and nicely furnished and the staff respond quickly to phone and email. Great service!

The stay at Sky View Suites was phenomenal, loved the stay having all the basics things available. The view from the 29th Floor was spectacular, seeing the sun rise & sun set from the balcony having the harbour front right in front of your eyes! It was simply superb!

We recently stayed at a Market St. It is a one bedroom unit overlooking the St. Lawrence Market in Toronto. The location is central to the business core and the very active and vibrant city of Toronto. The gymnasium overlooks lake Ontario and the view is a great motivator for an early morning workout!. We highly recommend the services of Sky View Suites.

I really enjoyed my stay with Sky View Suites. My apartment was so close to everything I needed and that was very handy. If I had any concerns or questions regarding my unit staff always responded very promptly to resolve the issue. The bi-weekly cleaning is very much appreciated as well. I was looking for a short term rental while I was in Toronto for a work term for school. I found Sky View from Google and I was coming from abroad and didn't know much about the city but the staff were really helpful and made the process very easy. I loved the suite I stayed in, it was clean and comfortable and at the end of my work term I didn't want to leave. Definitely recommend this company to students or anyone who don't want the hassle of furnishing a place for a short stay.

The team at SVS were friendly, responsive and helpful in finding my partner and me a furnished apartment downtown. Even with some issues during Covid-19, the team ensured we were well looked after and I would definitely recommend them for finding a short term or long term furnished apartment.

I don't recommend staying here. Stay away!! They have the most incompetent and unprofessional service. Stay away. Their pictures don't match with the suites and it's all fake advertising. Really really bad.

I stayed at Sky View Suites in Fall 2018 and it was a great experience. The suite was clean and beautiful, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff were easy to get in touch with and responsive to my questions. Highly recommend for a short- or longer-term stay in Toronto.

I recently relocated to another part of the city and used SkyView Suites as a short-term rental during the transition. I had the opportunity to reside at the Gatsby; one of Toronto's tallest residential buildings. Located on the 79 floor, the suite was spacious, luxuriously styled and contained a breathtaking view of the city.

The apartment had large windows showcasing the city's skyline as well as brining in natural light. There was enough room for my family of four, with two bedrooms and private en-suite bathrooms. We had Cable TV and the kids enjoyed access to the suites Wifi. The suite was also located in the heart of the city and accessible to the Eaton Centre, TTC and other shops on Yonge.

The Sky View Suites team was also a pleasure to work with. They were very hospitable and ensured that my stay was comfortable. I will definitely use this service again!

I stayed at the Urban F unit and was very happy with my stay. The unit was quaint, but very well laid out. I will definitely be using this service again next time I'm in town.

Awesome short term rentals in Toronto. Well designed suites, awesome service, and great locations - will definitely stay here again!

Good location easy 20 min walk to financial area at King and Bay. Also great for shops at Eaton Centre as well as groceries with a good Loblaws about 5 mins away. Unit was really well equipped and clean. Building was quiet and nicely maintained. All in all very good for a 30 day stay.

Both were very spacious suites with nicely decorated interior and great views! Both had nice modern gyms. Both had other amenities such as pool, lounge area, changing rooms, etc. Both were downtown with one overlooking the lake and the other in the middle of restaurants and shopping areas as well as conveniently located near bunch of companies, banks, etc. Looking forward to the next stay!

I stayed in Sky View Suites apartments twice. Both times had excellent experience. Location was perfect. Suits were in excellent condition and had everything I needed in a good order. Also buildings amenities were nice addition. Staff was excellent. Logistics done quickly and without delay. Suites are as advertised.

I needed a short-term place to stay while I was buying a house with my fiance. Sky View was very accommodating of our uncertain schedules and we were easily able to extend our stay when we needed to. The unit was beautifully furnished and in the perfect location for both of us to get to work quickly. I would definitely stay again if I ever needed to.

Stayed in one of their Maple Leaf Square units. It was well designed with stylish and comfortable furniture. We encountered some technical issues with our unit but the help desk was responsive and it was fixed within a couple of days. I will use their service again if visiting Toronto.

My wife and I stayed in a furnished apartment with Sky View for a few months during home renovations. While we didn t get the unit we initially wanted, the place was comfortable and in a good location. Overall, the impressive apartment and reliable, friendly staff made for a great stay.

Great place! I stayed a month and enjoyed my time there. Close to everything downtown. Everything within walking distance. The design is perfect with a private bedroom. Great little kitchen and well appointed bathroom. It's where i stay when in Toronto.

My husband and I rented a one-bedroom apartment through Sky View suites for a month at Yorkville. I had come across Sky View suites randomly while searching on Google for apartments in Toronto.

The staff at Sky View were always prompt in getting back to any queries we had before and during our stay. The apartment we chose at Yorkville was also excellently located in the midst of convenience stores and most importantly near the subway. The apartment was also tastefully furnished and it also had everything one would need during a temporary stay.

I would strongly recommend Sky View suites to anyone who's looking for short term apartment rentals in Toronto!

I am glad they are pouring money into their office, as they don't pour money, attention or focus on their suites they represent, or care about guests walking into horrible situation in one of their units at Maple leaf Square where we are right now....Hi, we are still here staying at one of Skyview Suites in the Maple Leaf Scquare. I don't even know where to start. I have a huge list of issues I have repeatedly emailed Skyview, with very little response to date. They only deal by email, verses calling me, or coming over. The biggest issue is no air conditioning, and no resalution and we are day 4, ranging from 27 to 25 degrees here up on the 43rd floor. We walked into a fairly dirty unit, mold in the showers, and floor by the master bedroom rotting underneith. The kitchen supplies are limited, not even a sizable pot to cook in. I found a kettle and coffee maker with slime and discusting residue I had to scrub and try to clean, and they haven't replaced with many requests. Not enough cutlery to go through and we are 3, melted and broken spatula or any serving utencils The, door for the balcony doesn't lock. So much more, I generally do not write reviews at all, but I'm shocked with the condition of their unit, and with their lack of appropriate response and willingness to provide an acceptable response, and a comfortable unit we have paid $5K for. Very unacceptable. We are across from a garbage shoot and it hasn't been cleaned, the smell is seeping into this unit. I wish I can find on the sper of the moment another temporary rental. We came with so much for a months rent as we move to the US. Not much in basic storrage of clothing, toylet accessories, or kitchen supplies. We are living out of suit cases which is truly unacceptable and so wrong. We have explained this over and over with no appropriate response, or resalution, it feels after our hard stressful move, I'm on the computer each day for hours begging them to understand and fix what shouldn't even have been presented to a guest. No quality, cheep quality furnature, even the few supplies in the kitchen are cheep and broken, or discustingly slimy when we walked in. Hardly any storrage for our clothing, or in the bathroom, or kitchen for pantry items. No use of the bedroom TV as it doesn't work, they know all this, and nothing so far to fix anything. The lack of air conditioning is really hard especially during the day, we have to close all the window coverings just to keep it down to 27 26 or 25 degrees. Shame on Skyview Suites! they don't care, if they did after all my attempts something would have been done. They did come in to clean a second time, why even have to! should have been from the get go, do not present or allow guests to walk into this ever! But nothing else has been addressed, or they don't respond.

The first night after our huge move, trying to settle in as much as possible even without enough basic! storrage! I went to bed to discover, the bottom sheet the top sheet, and comforter were wet and stained. You have no idea of how upset I was that Saturday September 15th, I had to get up, strip the bed and then put everything in the drier which took a long time to dry as the machine wasn't working well and still doesn't. Sorry tired and shocked, nothing like this to this extreme has ever happened to us before!

SHAME ON YOU! SKYVIEW SUITES, you might fool some like myself, but I'm not lieing, go elsewhere not worth the money at all! but not worth the aggrivation ever!

Nice view of CN tower roger center and amazing experience staying in downtown. I stayed at the north tower with very good amenities and appliances for personal use. Love to stay again at TFA

The unit was clean and well kept upon our arrival. The customer service was excellent and the help desk was very responsive when contacted. I was also pleasantly surprised by the selection of kitchen utensils and cookware. Will definitely stay with them again if I'm back in Toronto for work.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness of the unit was exceptional and the furniture and appliances were all brand new and well taken care of.

If i can rate half i would go for it. It was my worst experience ever in Toronto !
The location was amazing and the size of the apartment ONLY but the service was really bad bad bad bad!
First of all, the did not show me or explain anything about the appartment. They give me the key only !
The appartement was old style with old furniture and machines.
second, We stayed one week without a light in the living room!
Although we sent them an email! Then they provide me with a lampshade after few days they sent someone to fix the light.
Most of the cutlery was damaged and missing , i bought new set of glasses coz the one they have are broken.
Third, The Bi- weekly cleaning was really bad and the don t clean very well .. i used to clean after them.
They charge you for the job that you have to do it !

Last ,The washing machine damaged my cloth, i will attached the photos, when i sent them an email request a reimbursement of my cloths, they kept telling me we are waiting for the reply from management for a month. Then they said we can t pay you should send them to laundry! Does anyone send their PJ to laundry!
I pid for a serivce which is a washing machine in good condition.

I would never ever deal with them ir even recommend the company.

The suite I stayed in was right in the heart of downtown and it was very easy to get around to places of interest. I will definitely be using Sky View Suites in the future.

Their flexible leases were a lifesaver for us when we were in between homes during our move. The apartment had nearly everything we needed, which meant we could keep most of our stuff in storage, which was much appreciated. Started off decent enough but ended up losing the unit I wanted (which was available at the time but happen to be booked upon a reply from the company) Had to send follow up emails a couple of times to get a response. Not a great experience overall.

I have stayed with Sky View for two extended periods over the last 18 months. I highly recommend Sky View. The staff is extremely friendly, responsive and accommodating. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and they truly understand the renters needs.

They have a great selection of condo's downtown and the rooms are clean and well appointed. Sky View makes it easy, with all services included.

I am sure I will use them again, its just the best choice for short term stays in the GTA.

Had a great experience with my short-term rental staying in the Signature 3 unit. I had my family with me and so was great to have a 3 bedroom place. Everything was smooth with the check in process and the unit was very conveniently located. Would definitely come back.

Great location, with Ikea quality furniture. although was not given all the keys to access all parts of the building including the staircase.
As well on check in i noted that a table was broken to make sure they knew it was not me and they said they knew about it, but on check out they made me pay for it out of my damage deposit.

My review would be higher if it wasn t for the issue I had with my washer. It kept randomly turning off while I was washing my clothes. After I informed the team the issue was fixed pretty quickly though so that was much appreciated.

I strongly recommend renting through Sky View Suites. The communication from start to finish was smooth and flawless. During my stay, their response to my queries was quick and positive. A very professional team. The room I stayed in was as advertised.

We had the pleasure of working with Matt Regush and his associates while our daughter was going through some life threatening health issues. In order for you to understand I will have to give you a little background on the situation. Our daughter Tina was diagnosed with CTEPH (chronic thromembolic pulmonary hypertension). It's a condition that blood clots filled up her lungs and her heart was working to hard in order to push oxygen through her body. She required a double lung transplant in order to survive. Her and her husband uprooted their life from Ottawa to move to Toronto in order to be close to the hospital. In November/2015 our daughter had finally hit a point where she needed to be put on life support, a lung by-pass machine called the nova lung. We live in Sudbury, so you can be sure when we heard the news; we needed to get to Toronto fast. We also needed a place to stay quick, a place like home and we were not too sure how long the duration of our stay would be.
We are a close family, therefor we also needed rooms or condos at a moments notice for her brothers, aunts or grandparents. My wife, Lorraine found the Sky View Suites on the AIRBNB website. Our first stay was for five days in a two bedroom condo on Blue Jay Way. Matt brought us our keys for the unit right to the hospital. We were so amazed by that service because our daughter was in surgery and we did not want to leave the hospital at that time. Tina's surgery did not go so well, she had to return to the operating room to stop her from bleeding. So her brothers from Ottawa headed to Toronto the next day. I called up Matt and explained the situation and he was able to find them a two bedroom condo with a pull out couch. My youngest son has three children and it was a feeling of home for them, a feeling of comfort. We were able to take turns going to the hospital and we were able to have our meals together as a family. If we had the luxury of laundry facilities right in the condo, which comes in handy when you have young children. We were a 10 minute ride to the hospital. We could take our car or just jump in a taxi. There is everything you need around the condos from grocery stores to restaurants to coffee shops and even a Home Sense.
Tina finally stabilized and her brothers returned home on the Monday. We packed up our condo on Tuesday morning and headed to the hospital to be told that it looked like they had a match for Tina. We slept at the hospital that night waiting to see if the surgery was a go. Tina received her new lungs on December 2nd at 5:30 in the morning. I contacted Matt again with a request for a condo at moments notice, This time we required a three bedroom because we had extend family staying with us to help us through the long journey ahead.. And believe me...It was a long journey. Tina went through so many complications. Matt was so understanding and sympathetic to our needs. He brought the key to hospital a second time for us. In saying of all of this, having a place to call home for those few weeks made it a little easier to go through this experience. The condo was spacious and cozy for five people to live very comfortably. Living in a hotel for that length of time would cost us a lot more in the end. There would have been extra cost of parking, eating in restaurants, laundry facilities and not to mention no privacy. Our daughter was released from the hospital December 25th...the best Christmas gift ever...the gift of life...My wife and I know in our hearts that there would have been no way we would have made it through this journey if it was not for our family but as well as the support, understanding and the compassion from Matt Regush and Sky View Suites. We feel we made a friend with Matt. We would highly recommend him and his associates to help you find the right place to stay whether it would be for fun or for business or for home away from home like us...They are definitely the right people to help you out.
