I am glad they are pouring money into their office, as they don't pour money, attention or focus on their suites they represent, or care about guests walking into horrible situation in one of their units at Maple leaf Square where we are right now....Hi, we are still here staying at one of Skyview Suites in the Maple Leaf Scquare. I don't even know where to start. I have a huge list of issues I have repeatedly emailed Skyview, with very little response to date. They only deal by email, verses calling me, or coming over. The biggest issue is no air conditioning, and no resalution and we are day 4, ranging from 27 to 25 degrees here up on the 43rd floor. We walked into a fairly dirty unit, mold in the showers, and floor by the master bedroom rotting underneith. The kitchen supplies are limited, not even a sizable pot to cook in. I found a kettle and coffee maker with slime and discusting residue I had to scrub and try to clean, and they haven't replaced with many requests. Not enough cutlery to go through and we are 3, melted and broken spatula or any serving utencils The, door for the balcony doesn't lock. So much more, I generally do not write reviews at all, but I'm shocked with the condition of their unit, and with their lack of appropriate response and willingness to provide an acceptable response, and a comfortable unit we have paid $5K for. Very unacceptable. We are across from a garbage shoot and it hasn't been cleaned, the smell is seeping into this unit. I wish I can find on the sper of the moment another temporary rental. We came with so much for a months rent as we move to the US. Not much in basic storrage of clothing, toylet accessories, or kitchen supplies. We are living out of suit cases which is truly unacceptable and so wrong. We have explained this over and over with no appropriate response, or resalution, it feels after our hard stressful move, I'm on the computer each day for hours begging them to understand and fix what shouldn't even have been presented to a guest. No quality, cheep quality furnature, even the few supplies in the kitchen are cheep and broken, or discustingly slimy when we walked in. Hardly any storrage for our clothing, or in the bathroom, or kitchen for pantry items. No use of the bedroom TV as it doesn't work, they know all this, and nothing so far to fix anything. The lack of air conditioning is really hard especially during the day, we have to close all the window coverings just to keep it down to 27 26 or 25 degrees. Shame on Skyview Suites! they don't care, if they did after all my attempts something would have been done. They did come in to clean a second time, why even have to! should have been from the get go, do not present or allow guests to walk into this ever! But nothing else has been addressed, or they don't respond.

The first night after our huge move, trying to settle in as much as possible even without enough basic! storrage! I went to bed to discover, the bottom sheet the top sheet, and comforter were wet and stained. You have no idea of how upset I was that Saturday September 15th, I had to get up, strip the bed and then put everything in the drier which took a long time to dry as the machine wasn't working well and still doesn't. Sorry tired and shocked, nothing like this to this extreme has ever happened to us before!

SHAME ON YOU! SKYVIEW SUITES, you might fool some like myself, but I'm not lieing, go elsewhere not worth the money at all! but not worth the aggrivation ever!
