Very beautiful mountain ... just a shame it is so expensive for family outings!

Very poor customer service ... poor skiing conditions and very expensive food and beer ... overall way to much money the service you get... been going 6 years to this mountain and after conditions and service i had this year me and many will not be returning here ..

I love this mountain, the conditions are always superb and there is a great diversity of tracks.

One of the most accessible and fun mountains near Montreal

Beautiful mountain for downhill cycling. To cross-country cons, it is necessary to go a little more periphery. The trails are well signposted, but the maps must be updated. But we find ourselves quite easily.

Wow. Very fun mountain with an amazing choice of ski tracks in winter each one adapted to its own difficulty style (around 120) and in the summer, there are very fun water complex with mountain treks and mountain bike. Amazing staff and service, but can be very crowded sometimes.

Beautiful mountain! So many tracks that we do not care

Like going to bromont. It s a lot of fun and they have many lifts. The main lift gets pretty busy even if you go early. Also, the mountain is not super high, it can easily take 4 minutes to go down if you go fast.
Overall, pretty good for the price!

Very beautiful mountain, even with mother nature who is not very cooperative, Bromont do their best to offer us beautiful conditions. No need to go to the other end to have a great day of skiing, I've been taking my pass for several years. For the price it's really worth it

Nice place, but very family and child oriented. Slides "double diamonds" are actually a blue square for an adult. To know!

Great for the choice of slopes and the incredible view! The skiers' chalet downstairs needs to be renovated to be more practical and better lit, but we have so much fun skiing that it's ok.

I found the overall experience correct. I find that the prices are much too expensive at the base and even more for what was available in times of Covid, and this, despite the activities nearby. I don't think it's a reasonable amount. Slips, I've seen worse, but I've seen a lot better. It would be relevant to make some improvements and a few more varieties.
In my opinion, it is a place for children and teenagers.
I also find that there is a lack of choice of food and that the prices are clearly too high.
There should also be more places for meals.

More than 126 trails, a hundred lighted, great chalet on Mont Brome. Very good customer service, courteous and professional.

Several varied tracks for all types of skiers, a section for children with carpet (mount sun). The tracks are very well maintained.

Great mountain with top-tier grooming. Lots to explore. The cost of a season pass is reasonable. The only downside is that some of the older lifties are very rude and condescending, especially given the current situation with Covid-19. I had a bad experience with a liftie patrolling the crowds to ensure everyone was wearing their masks. I was adjusting my binding and my mask had fallen below my nose. I am generally very careful about wearing a mask and super cautious about the birus. He came at me very aggressively. I was shocked and responded, apologizing but insisting that he speak with me respectfully. He then followed me as I walked to the lift line, asking me to see my pass and checking to make sure I wasn't using someone else's, which I wasn't. It was a total power trip. He kept coming back to pick on us and was clearly looking for an excuse to kick my friends and I out because we weren't standing for his attitude. I understand that masks are important and feel for the workers, but I pay good money for my season pass and expect to be treated with respect, not yelled at like I'm a dog.

I love my day.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays very good discounts when you buy online.

Mountain is amazing. Bike and ski shop staff are not. My friend rented a downhill bike. The first bike had under inflated tires and as a result he got a flat on his second run. They staff gave him a second bike that had a broken fork (oozing oil) and busted rear shock. We brought the bike back and asked if they would comp us since we discoveredhe was riding a busted bike all day. No luck. Very unprofessional

Good station near Montreal. But learn about the conditions (rain or wind) before going there.

For the water park, there aren't many water play options. 1 small wave pool, 2 slides for adults, a swimming pool and small slides for children.

The water park is good, though; several closed modules (they are careful not to announce it on their website of course). Also the quality of the asphalt is poor, bring water shoes or you will have sore underfoot for days!

Bromont is a good mountain for downhill skiing. The slopes are well maintained. Very pleasant. The new chalet at the top of the mountain is great.

We spent the day at the water park with my children and me. The park is clean and safe, there are lifeguards everywhere even IN the wave pool. And they are not genius despots like I have seen elsewhere, they let people have fun and are courteous when they call them to order. The staff are friendly and cheerful.
The food is a little expensive but not worse than other places like this. For example, a bottle of water costs $ 3.50 and a cheap junk food meal for 4 costs at least $ 50. I strongly advise you to bring your lunch.
An improvement to bring in my opinion would be to add umbrellas around the wave pool because we cook under the sun and it is difficult to save it because the too rare shaded places are already invaded.
The slides are monotonous compared to St-Sauveur or Valcartier, and it's more or less the same price ... So, a flat on the entry price: almost $ 200 for 4 people I find it expensive, especially with snacks. Plan between $ 190- $ 300 for a family day with adults 1.37m and over.

They are not responsible as a team work but as all individuals, I don t care what the previous employees said, what I say now is it. I was like ... Highly recommended videos all they says when you questions about your benefits. Luckiest I did videos them, I will show. Bad luck the google can t upload my videos. You will see how rude of its customer service. Maybe because I m not a francophone? Anyways, my videos will show.

Great experience skiing at Bromont, the variety of terrain is excellent from beginner runs to difficult double black diamonds, plus the mountain offers an incredible amount of trails for night skiing. Friendly staff and plenty of different sections to ski, I would highly recommend visiting!

It's too bad that the customer service is so bad. Never anyone who answers when I call. Every time we have to leave a message and wait for someone to call us back 8 hours later. When we wanted to go skiing in the morning, it's a little connected! No opening to solve problems. Too bad the money coming in is more important than the positive customer experience. Too bad I thought I would reshoot this week despite negative experiences with customer service last year, but it looks like it's getting worse and worse. I loved this mountain ...

Almost perfect condition despite a spring temperature

Mountain bike trails are really fun. There is a lack of flow trails / trails with jumps but otherwise the rest is really fun.

I have a season pass for 2 seasons for skiing and will resume one more this year!

We got two 3-7pm tickets last week. When we got them no one told us it was the last day to use them, and they started closing early after that day. Now our tickets have been reduced to 3-5 and they pretend it s all okay!! However, after talking to them they agreed to give us 1-5 tickets, so it's all good, thanks!

Very disappointed I bought my ticket online and arrive the half of the park was close missing defective ... Breff should advise aven I would not buy and more 3 hours of waiting for the rest can slip really disappointed never jvai go there first and last time

A great ski hill with some of the best night skiing in the East. It's not the highest hill in the East, but it's well put together with fast lifts and varried terrain.

Best place to ski or snowboard along with friends and family about an hr drive from Montreal. I recommend bringing your own winter gear, it s possible also to rent at the ski station.
